I’m an local end user that was looking into buying a stacker for my warehouse. I came across a friend who has bought from EKKO in the past. He recommended me to give them a call. So I called in, a very nice gentleman answered the phone and since this was the first time I’m purchasing a stacker, he introduced me to their products. He soon helped me get in touch with a local dealer, and they were able to get everything processed for me. I just want to say I’m very happy with the customer service they provided. They’re quick, generous, and very patient with their customers. If you want to be treated right, go with EKKO!!

Very impressed with my experience with EKKO! I was looking into a sit down forklift, and they provided great assistance. S/o to Larry, who was so supportive and efficient with helping me locate the best equipment that fits my needs. It didn’t take more than a week for me receive my equipment. If you’re looking for a forklift, I totally suggest you go with them. Their staff members are very patient and friendly.

Worst owner and customer service I have ever seen. I am a former dealer of EKKO in Canada and I can tell you they do not look after the customers after the sale or the dealers for that matter. Avoid buying this product at all cost and dont let the low prices fool you. The owner only cares about one thing the sale at the time. Any service issues or EKKO mistakes on orders they tell you to get lost. AVOID EKKO AT ALL COSTS! If I could give them negative stars I would.

Complete JUNK.. I called the dealer I bought my forklift from and they said they dropped the brand due to the worst after sales support in the industry. Called Ekkolift and could not for the life of me get in touch with any support. I have had this forklift not running for 3 weeks now without any support. JUNK!

Same fork lift I paid $4000 from w w w . toolots . c o m and save $1500.

Picked up there a little tight for big trucks but good people friendly all in all good place

Well at first I was reluctant to try them since Ive never heard of the brand, however took a chance because the pricing was very competitive on the 4 wheel electric forklift. 13 months later the thing has not given me 1 problem and runs like a champ. So far so good.

I shopped around town trying to find something that was inexpensive for my small shop and 2 local forklift companies tried to sell me a forklift, which I didnt need and couldnt afford. Then after my third attempt looking for something within budget another dealer said that for my application and small warehouse I did not need a forklift that was way overpriced and that a forklift straddle stacker was sufficient for my needs. Purchased it and it is everything I needed and way under budget..

We just received our Ekko Walkie Stacker and already love it! We had some basic questions about the running and maintenance of the machine and EKKO support is really great. Cant go wrong with this purchase. Highly recommend!

If you are in the market of buying a lift look some were els never have parts and these are made for a one time use cheep made so I went to rayment Lifts wow talk about 10years no need for parts just regular Maintenance Not like these paper wait that’s all there good for we Recyling ours has more plastic then metal more time down then working

Without a dock I bought the electric stacker from my local dealer to unload and load my pallets from trucks about 2 years ago and it has seriously paid for itself within 1.5 years from all the fees for lift gates..
