This place has the worst customer service ever I have signed up for auto pay multiple times but there system never charges the account and when I complain they make it sound like it’s my fault if I could give zero stars I would. They really need to learn how to speak with a customer and understand why a client is frustrated. I work durning the day and not allowed to answer my calls at work.So they tell me to make payments in advance so I don’t get phone calls, then what’s the point in auto pay. I’m not going to call in so you guys can charge me extra to make a payment over the phone. I can’t wait till I’m done with my payments I will never use rentacenter again or refer anyone. This location really needs training on customer service
They give you anything to keep you quiet promise you’ll get what you ordered soon meanwhile still taking your money every week and once you get behind they call over 3 times a day no matter what your reason is cause I’ve been in the hospital for months and all they care about is getting in my home to retrieve the stuff because I haven’t paid due to hospitalization and still never got what I ordered and was paying for

Most friendly, great customer service go out of their way to assist customers with a reasonable request or solution finder to your problem. Palm Aire store is one of the Best location to rent from. The Manager of the store gives super care to her store, customers and employees.
If I could have given it no stars, I would have. They rented me an AC unit portable that didnt work, took them a week to come get it even though I reported it the same day, and then refused to refund the money because I had it for a week.

Isaac is extremely arrogant. He thinks he is a police officer the way he calls and questions me. When I call to make payments I always ask to speak with someone else if he answers. Issac, you need to reevaluate your role at RAC.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS RENT A CENTER. MANAGER BRIAN WILL LIE TO GET THE SALE AND WILL RELENTLESSLY CALL YOUR PHONE IF YOUR EVEN 1 DAY PAST DUE. IM 6 DAYS PAST DUE AND HES CALLED MY PHONE 28 TIMES! I rented a game console since December I got behind 1 month and was fend to get paid in 2 days n they repoed it but telling me I can pick back up po payments and get the game back then though thats crazy and they have a lady there that discriminate to and Im sure they know who Im talking about this place is a rip off I could have bought one and another after the money I spent dont rent
