Im amazed this place can remain in business. Utterly incompetent!! We bought an oven and a dishwasher. Didnt work properly. They took the oven back, and brought another. Didnt work properly. They took it back and fixed it. Doesnt work. They dont deserve a star.

One of their employees was driving on 95 south and swerving in an out of his lane because he was playing with his cell phone. I called the company and they dont even care about what their drivers are doing. I talked to a woman who didnt seem to care and I do believe she lied to me. I asked for a supervisor and she tells me I talked to the supervisor and he said hes going to handle it but when I asked to speak to the supervisor myself I was told that he was not in the office and then I was told hes not available. After a friend recommended them to me I contacted them in need of a washer, she sent me a photo of one in my price range. I said yes, Zelled the payment to them and it was delivered the next day. was exactly as described and works great. and it comes with 6 month warranty. couldnt be happier! Thanks

The owner is a con artist. I bought 3 machines none of them works its been 3 months now 2 finally fix but still waiting for my washing machine. Its still at the office over weeks now. Only after contacting The Better Business bureau.

Do not call this place. Total waste of time! Customer service is an unknown concept for the totally unprofessional secretary and dispatcher, Thais. She promised a technician would be at my house the next day between 12 and 3 pm. Nobody showed up. I called them at 3.45, no apologies, some story about a broken car, but not to worry, the technician is still coming. Called again at 5, no worries, technician absolutely will still come. Next day, 10.30 am, I tried to call them numerous times, all I got is the voicemail until I called from a different phone number whereby Thais answers immediately!!! A lame apology. I didnt know he wasnt gonna come.No apology whatsoever for having me wait 6 hours yesterday and lose a day of work. And when I asked her why the technician still hasnt showed up, she wondered if I still wanted him to come?Obviously, they know their customer service is lousy and it is safer not to do any business with this company.And in response to one of the positive reviews: I am a happy person at heart who prefer not to put any time in complaining unless I have been totally disrespected and played with!

We used them once to fix a dishwasher. I paid the service call in advance because I was not going to present at the time of the appointment. After the repair tech was there they called to let me know the dishwasher only needed to be troubleshooted. I did not need to pay anything else. Honest, hard working people. I am thankful.

Great company, I have brought for my home and rental properties. They come quickly to fix any problem. Over warranty still check for free or small charge. I have never paid extra.Very honest and liable. Thanks guys, you rock!!

Very happy with the service and customer service we received. The tech came, checked and repair my washer and fridge, the fridge was at the same day and the washer needed a part ordered which took about 3 days to be working again. I recommend. Im sad to see couple bad reviews, it would be good if happy people had the same energy as the unhappy people have in writing reviews

They charged me $550 dollars for repairing my refrigerator and it only worked for 35 days and they argue the warranty is only for 30 days...parts and labor....they are thieves dont use them

These people will provide you with the worst service imaginable. they rescheduled me about 6 times just to come do a check up on appliance thats under warranty. They dont have any manager on stand by for any complaints . you have to deal with unprofessional secretary that often lies about if she the boss or not

If you looking for service... please don’t run!!!run.. these people are unprofessional, crocks, and rude. The service is horrible.. do not waste your time and especially give away your money for no experience workers to come out to take your money for free. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE NO EXPERIENCE COMPANY. Do not USE. Came to service ice maker in fridge. Failed. Came next time to replace it. Damaged door and door frame then attempted to spray paint over the damage. Next day, water dispenser on front of fridge doesnt work. Very unprofessional. Dont speak English. Dont fix anything. Save yourself the frustration and get a legit company. These ppl also showed up unannounced probably bc they cant speak English. And didnt call 30 minutes before to let me know to meet them at the house for delivery. I do NOT RECOMMEND

So my ice maker on my Samsung refridgerator went out. I researched online who can i call and everyone seemed extremely expensive smh. I did some asking around and was referred thru a friend to this company. WOW i must say i was extremely satisfied with the whole experience! From the office customer service and repair men who did the work! A very effective company with affordable prices. I highly recommend this place, and fantastic job by Daniel the repair man!!!

WORST COMPANY., ALL THE APPLIANCES THAT THEY DELIVERED NEVER HAS BEEN WORKED. THEY HAVE BEEN SENDING TECHNICIAN TO FIX TEMPORARY AND BROKEN AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Basilio Appliances could defiantly improve their customer and installation services. I called to explain how the fridge that they came and installed did not fit where they placed it, and the woman on the got very aggressive and somehow found a way to say that it was my fault that the fridge did not fit and that it was all scratched up. Keep in mind that I was not home and I trusted them to make the right decision in my home. She said I never told them I lived on the 2nd floor (EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT ONE OF THEIR WORKERS OUT TO ASSESS THE ISSUE A DAY BEFORE - HE ALSO USED MY MEASURING TAPE TO MEASURE THE SPACE IN WHICH THE OLD FRIDGE WAS AT BECAUSE HE WAS TOO LAZY TO WALK TO HIS VAN AND GET HIS OWN EQUIPMENT) So CLEARLY they knew that I was on the second floor AND CLEARLY they knew how big the new fridge should be. I also advised and asked BEFORE HAND if it was okay for the workers to take what was in the old fridge and place it in the new one since I cannot afford to just throw out whats in my fridge, the ladies on the phone on two different calls that I made to them to clarify if this was OKAY both agreed and said its fine. So THE LADY I SPOKE TO AFTER I GOT HOME AND CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FRIDGE BLAMED ME FOR ALL OF THIS. THEY COMPLETELY DAMAGED THE KITCHEN COUNTER WHEN THEY DECIDED TO JAM THIS OVER SIZED FRIDGE IN A HOLE THAT DID NOT FIT THE NEW FRIDGE THEY BROUGHT TO REPLACE THE BROKEN ONE!! THIS LEFT ME SO DISTRAUGHT. I AM STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE OF MY DAMAGED KITCHEN AND THE OVER SIZED FRIDGE THEY JAMMED IN THERE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE AS THEY ARE A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!

They forgot to put the air tube back in to the drier!! Now its blowing hot air into my house!!! I think ihave to do it by my self!!!
