I have been ordering parts and building my 2017 Mustang GT for the better part of 18 months now from multiple places and I have to say that because of Matt Henschke going out of his way and helping me with an alternative solution, when the part I needed(due to safety issue) was back ordered 3-5 weeks, Steeda is the ONLY place I’ll be ordering my parts from moving forward and I’m all the way in Vancouver, WA. 10 out of 5 stars to Matt!!!

My first sales rep was in Florida. We got to know a little about each other and after a little trust was developed, Id ask him what I needed for my track setup and hed get things right out to me. Excellent service!

I ordered a part from their online website. I was sent the wrong part. Steeda apologized and sent me the correct socket. I would recommend them to others...

Matt Henschke was a great help to a problem I had with my SCT tune tool!I had been working with SCT for over a year to resolve a heated O2 sensor problem that they were not sending any data and the car would not pass emission tests. The SCT people determined that I had a defective programming tool. I sent the old one to them and they sent me a new one. Did not know the new one was lacking the Steeda tune. Matt was good to send me a new tune for the new device at no charge! My problem is still there but at least I know a company that has great customer support like Matt and Steeda!I would rate them at A+++++Bill Boehly

Horrible customer service! I ordered a part in the middle of March. I called To check on my order they said it would ship Friday. I waited until the following Friday and called again and they said they were waiting for parts and it would take 2 more weeks! How come they didn’t tell me that then. They have a lack of communication going on there. It’s already almost been a month and then another 2 more weeks. I’ll take my business somewhere else.Revise***** after posting the review they contacted me and offered me a 10% discount and will be shipping the piece I ordered as soon as possible.

Called in first time to see if i could get help to upgrade my car, Bryans customer service helped me along with him being very knowledgeable and willing to explain what needs to be done and how to go about it. Didnt feel rushed or like I was bothering them by calling in.

Cannot say enough Good things. My wifes 2018 mustang GT whipple supercharger install went great. Everything they recommended and did was excellent. The car is now extremely fast and handles great. Many thanks to Rod and the team at Steeda.

I did my first car here back in high school in 1991. Over the years they’ve grown but the principles remain the same. No you can’t hang out in the shop like the old days but they still do a hell of a job at a fair price. This is my third car with them and while I’ve dabbled with other shops locally over the years I always come back to them. If you’ve got a problem nobody can find, this is your shop. Great team.

After waiting 9 weeks for an air filter, I had to contact my bank for a refund.Contacted them 3 separate times after waiting initially about a month. They blamed it on COVID every time. I was very patient and polite with them.I was charged up front when the order was placed. Item never shipped.Filter easily found on Amazon Prime, same price.Matt was rude, unapologetic, and short when I asked for a simple refund. It shouldn’t be that hard to refund something that can’t ship after waiting 9 weeks.

Will never do business with again. They lie about inventory cause theyre to cheap to run live inventory on their website. John sucks at customer service. Month later no product was ever delivered to me

Stopped by to purchase a few parts and get a quote on an installation. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I was given a tour of the shop and my son and I felt appreciated the attention and professionalism everyone showed. I highly recommend Steeda and know I will continue to do business with this outfit.

I originally had my car dyno-tuned in palm beach county (2011 gt). It was stalling and giving me engine knock with 93 octane. Worse than before. Cold air intake, long tubes, gt500 tips. It came to a point where I couldn’t drive it knowing what it was doing to my engine. Brought it to Steeda. Brian, Rod, John, and James will take care of you. Not only are all of my knocking issues gone but the car is faster, sounds better, and shifts like it had a new transmission installed. James spent over 6 hours on the dyno with my car. That’s how messed up it was. What he does is an art. Just save time and come to Steeda. I will be using them for all of my future builds.

Holy cow! I had a tune in the past on a truck, but it was nothing like a Steeda tune! My car tries to become airborne when hitting the gas now! And the shift points are exactly where I would have put them! Outstanding work on the tuning! I never knew a tune could make such a difference! I met with Brian, he was extremely helpful and professional. I only had the bumpsteer kit installed and an alignment, however he treated me as if I had been a longtime customer. The tech who installed the parts and performed the alignment showed me how far off it had gotten and explained the process on how it is corrected. The car came out great and drives better than ever. I will definitely be doing business with them again!

Man... words cannot describe this place above par customer service Rod is always polite and works hard for the customer, always willing and ready to answer almost any and all questions. This is the second time I have taken my car to them, (1st time to get rear gears installed, 2nd to fix my pinion angle) both times I have been met with great work and customer service. 6/5 stars 11/10. Would highly and greatly recommended to any person with a mustang page to come and get work done here!!

The only place I will let touch my mustang (2016 GT). These guys love what they do and it shows. They are friendly, knowledgable, and most important do good work. I appreciate your honest feedback, as it makes us better overall. Your particular review brought to light a unique situation where a return of an invisible product like a tune, pushed us to alter our processes for RAs on customers who would like to return a tune. Since it isnt a physical product, we never received any product - which is why there was a hold-up on the paperwork. Since there was nothing to physically process, it fell short in our warehouse. Weve since fixed this process on our end to prevent anyone else from having to go through a wait like you did. I hope this helps alleviate the concern on your end.Although my initial recommendation was negative, It is very likely that i will do business again with Steeda and you can rest assured that they will take the time to make things right if they go awry.**original review**took 26 days to get a refund. called after waiting 14 business days, accounting did the refund as a store credit. ??? but said they would correct it and refund would take 3-4 days to hit my account. after 6 days still no refund. submitted a dispute claim with my credit card company on a saturday and within 1 hr i recieved an email from steeda for reciept of refund. took me playing their game of hardball to get my refund. due to this experience i cannot say i will be likely to do business with them again. i really want that steeda hood though. but if something is wrong with it will they exchange/refund with out making me submit a dispute to get my money back? who knows. do not buy their tunes if you have nitrous. they do not do nitrous tunes but also do not inform you of this on the product detail page.

I brought my S550 in for their stop the hop kit just last week and after driving it all weekend it is a totally different car. Matt was the installer and he treated my car like it was a precious museum piece. I plan on returning to get some dyno tuning done!

I spoke with John about getting a tune installed for my mustang (warranty friendly tune) and he was very honest in telling about what I should do so that the warranty stays in tact and even gave me a recommendation about where to take it. Really appreciated the upfront honesty, seems like a very trustworthy place.

Excellent customer service, literally the best in the aftermarket industry. Products are great as well. Just wish they offered more for more cars other than Ford.

My only complaint with Steeda is that I’m unable to give it a better review than 5 stars! Growing up, my father always had some crazy Mustang/Ford and he would always buy from Steeda. Fast forward 10 years and I am now also continuing the family tradition. I’ve currently bought the Gtrac Stage 1 Suspenion, Tri-Ax shifter, CAI, and a few more I can’t think of. I’ve never never never once have been hassled by any of the employees here. Not only are the products they sell used for competition, but are proud to say that their parts are all MADE IN THE USA. Now that’s tune I can dance to. Steeda takes their quality VERY seriously. I’m most cases I’ve been told I’ve ever had a problem with a part they would have no issues replacing the part. And I’m not sure why they would have to because even with all the abuse I give my car, I’ve NEVER had an issue with ANYTHING I’ve purchased from Steeda. It sucks that I live 2 hours away or else I’d be there every weekend trying to buy parts. Thank you guys so much for taking care of your customers, that means a lot to me in a world where everyone is trying to screw you out of something. I would recommend Steeda to anyone and everyone

The Sales team and Techs go out of there way to make sure that the job is done right! Dropped my car off for some suspension upgrades and a Cold air intake, received the car back nice and clean.

UGH, worst shop Ive ever been to. As a kid growing up I would always see steeda racing their cars in magazines and on the internet this that the third (that was over 10 years ago) the owner steve I guess is too old to actually work on the cars so they have new techs, and thats the problem. The company was once really good, NOT ANYMORE. Now they just sell parts. So anyways i found out the were local to me after I moved to Florida. They absolutely messed up everything and more when i brought my car to them. Steeeeer clear of Steeda!! Terrible! I came for service and all they wanted to do was sell me parts I already had telling me theirs were superior and caused me more problems that I had to come back a second time for them to try and fix. They didnt do anything . I was more upset because I know they know how to do the work, they just chose not to, just to try and sell me more parts and cause me to come back and spend more money. They must be hurting if they need to sacrifice quality to gain more sales and service. Never again!
