The two young men from Allied Garage Doors were very professional and did an excellent installation this morning on my new impact rated door. I used to install doors 30 years ago but this one had too many parts and had to be installed per code, so it was worth the money. I recommend this company if you’re looking for a new door. Found Allied doors on a garage door manufactures site as a premier dealer. They were responsive, meaning they answered their phone and were able to give me a fairly accurate estimate over the phone of the door I wanted. They gave us an 8 week timeline to received and install the door and they are able to exceed that expectation. With all the issues we had in our remodel, Allied doors was one of the only vendors that did not cause an issue, and they did the job right the first time.

I had an excellent technician who quickly diagnosed my door opener issue (computer board burned out)He had the equipment in his truck and replaced it in 10 minutes & synced my remote controls. We have had exceptional experiences with Allied Door of South Florida. They are responsive, honest and do excellent work. They were able to repair our 17 year old garage door after a little mishap and saved us thousands over buying a new door. Im not saying they can repair all doors, that would depend on the damage.Renzo who came out for the quote was very honest, friendly and gave us several options. Then Roberto did a great job on the repair.The other two companies that gave us quotes, said the repair would not be cost efficient and we should just get a new door, which of course was thousands not hundreds. We are very impressed with Allied, they will always be our first call when we need (hopefully not) to replace our door.We give it our highest recommendation.

I hardly ever write reviews but in the case of my recent garage door installation with Allied Doors, I made an exception. Allied personnel (Jorge Vega and helper) were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and precision oriented to the point that Ive not seen with any other contracting services company in Florida. Jorge took to the removal and installation as if it was his own home. He checked, double checked and ensured his work was the best possible that could be performed. In addition, he offered helpful tips and pointed out areas where he improved upon the previous installation. Additionally, Barbara and Nina were also very kind and helpful on the phone and prepared all the paperwork necessary for the job. Also, I was very impressed with Tim who did not oversell me on more powerful/capable operators that was needed for my job. This is the main reason I went with Allied along with the reviews. If you want a job done and done well at a fair price - pick Allied (and ask for Jorge :) to do the install). Well done Allied!

The way a service tech from a company should do things.We understand that no one is perfect. To have a tech come to your home to fix a problem with anything is a pain. Especially when someone from the company was here two days ago.To get it fixed right the second time is great. Juan Carlos from Allied Garage Door out of Pompano Beach is excellent. Very happy with our service, product and experience. When our current garage door opener failed, they offered us two options: repair or replace. We chose replace at what we thought was a fair and reasonable price. What I especially liked was they texted me a appointment reminder with a picture and name of the technician! I tried to fix my garage door after I knocked a roller off the track and made it infinitely worse. I honestly thought Id need a new door.Luckily Allied Door was there to help. Amy and Sunny were both so friendly and nice on the phone and they sent Antonio out to help me.Antonio is a master craftsman and watching him work is like watching Mozart compose, its simply brilliant. He was able to fix the door within an hour and its working perfectly.I had a bit of a panic when I realized I didnt have any cash on hand and not quite sure where my wife kept our check book. Not a problem. Antonio had a portable credit card reader and the price was very reasonable.The next day Mike the manager followed up by email to make sure I was happy. Wow! What service. Allied installed my garage door almost 7 years ago. I called today because I needed some assistance. I couldnt for the life of me explain what it is exactly that I needed. The representative from the service department was very patient and tried to understand. She able to figure it out and went out of her way to assist me. That is what I call great customer service!

We needed a replacement remote for our garage door; Allied Doors ordered it and shipped it via UPS the same day. UPS delivered it to the wrong address and then gave us the run-around. When the remote was eventually returned to Allied Doors they (rather than risk a repeat of UPS screwing it up again) sent someone out. He not only delivered the remote but programmed it for us! This is what excellent customer service looks like. I highly recommend them.

Very professional, friendly, efficient & affordable

Workman was pleasant. Not so with the front desk woman. We had an appointment between 1 and 4 PM. They called and asked if it could be earlier. We had made a morning appt. We told them we wouldnt be home. Next thing I know my husband gets a call that the worker was at our home and we had 10 minutes to get home before he left. That was at 11:45 AM. She was rude, and just repeated that the appointment was for noon. I tried to reason with her, and she just repeated herself. I will not be treated rudely to someone who Im giving my hard earned money to!

This company was amazing to work with. Although it took some time to schedule them to come up for the initial quote and measuring of the garage, their staff was very knowledgeable about their products and the other products on the market. Allied Garage Doors has very competitive pricing. They did everything by the book, permits, inspections, etc. They also made it easy for me to get the follow up inspection for our insurance company. The instillation was relatively fast and they cleaned up after themselves, taking the old garage door and even sweeping the garage floor to remove any debris that could puncture a tire or a bare foot! If you are in the market for a new door these guys will make it stress free and easy. It is worth the two week wait to have them come out for a quote!!

I chose the highest quality garage they had.. nearly 3k spent on a 2 car garage door.. Its always made a lot of noise opening and closing.. Lately the noise has been getting worse and worse.. I called today to see if they can come fix the issue, they wanted to charge $115 for the service call +anything else that could be wrong with it. The lady set the appointment before telling me the price then before we hung up tried to sneak it in there.. I purchased this door exactly 16 months ago, its a shame its already having issues..

Have good prices

This company came to install the garage door and damaged my vehicle while installation.I asked them to not install the door if they were not able to do so without damaging my car.The only reason I can claim the damage was caused by them is because the car did not move for 24 hours until after the door had been installed and no vehicles were near it.I complained to the company hoping to reach a reasonable solution but they want to clean their hands and assume no responsibility to something that was clearly their fault .The installer parked his car next to mine and they claim he only moved on the otherside of the vehicle although his doors faced ny vehicle which he obviously had to open to get into his car.Truly disappointed that they were not even able to apologize and blamed me for damages caused by them.It saddens me as a customer and car enthusiast.

Called them monday 10/17/11 and they came over on tuesday...the whole repair cost $89 -which seems pretty reasonable...the guy was friendly
