The company was able to install the door two days after I called them. That is extraordinary. Their workers were neat, clean and highly efficient. They completed the job in a very short time frame. There was a small tear in the plastic molding surrounding the door. The owner said not to pay balance until job was completed. I offered a % of the balance due he refused until I would be completely satisfied. Not something that happens every day! The new piece was installed and I called to finalized the balance due before he called me.I HIGHLY recommend this company for your Garage door replacements

He did a very through and fantastic job. The garage had a problem were it detached itself from the middle on the concrete wall. He was able to install new brackets and reinforce the connection to the wall with the proper tap cons. Very satisfied with the job.

It is always important to recognize when a company delivers excellence in their service. I called this company along with other 3 to compare a fair price, they came the very next day in the morning right on time, Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly, this was during COVID time and he came well protected with mask, gloves and practicing distancing at all time. He explained to me how he was going to resolve the problem he even spoke Spanish. In 40 minutes my door was working perfectly. And the price was very reasonable.

I wanted to wait a few weeks before I posted this review to make sure the repair didnt need an another adjustment. I always make a point of giving credit when a company provides a service and does exactly what is expected and at a fair price. I have an old garage door that had a roller pop out of its guide, it became uneven and it wouldnt close and I needed it fixed on a weekend. Every company I called charged extra on the weekend until I called Ben (owner) at Pro Garage Doors. He priced me at only $129. He called me 30 minutes before he arrived, he was punctual, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. 30 minutes later it was fixed. One company told me I couldnt get it fixed for that low of a price on the weekend and I would get bait and switched. That company also suggested he would charge me as much as $300, but negotiated down to $180. Im glad I made one more phone call and found Pro Garage Doors. I had an excellent experience and I cant recommend Ben high enough.
