I have been to many T-Mobile stores and have had sub par experience. Not here! LANDYN IS THE BEST! He was beyond helpful in Resolving my issue and spent loads of time assisting me.

Nathan is great. Has good patients and hospitality. Definitely recommend him when you go to that store on Elizabeth lake !!!

Best customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. Jay and Sam helped me leave my sprint contract and they set me up with a great plan that I could afford. I would recommend this store to all my friends.

This store is the worst t-mobile store Ive ever been to! The so called manager Nick George is the most disrespectful individual representing t-mobile. He claimed he didnt even work for tmobile even tho he had a name tag on and gave me his card with his name on it stating he was a manager at this location. My issue was a simple issue that was fixed instantly when I went to another location in Bloomfield hills off of telegraph in and out within 5 minutes no arguing or being disrespected. I advise anyone that wants to go to this location because its close, to head to another location because they obviously dont take their jobs seriously there! I made a corporate complaint and the problem is being resolved but if you want to be belittled and made out to be the bad guy in a situation this is the store for you. All he had to do is print out a return label for me so I could return my old phone back to the company yet he could not solve this issue. Because he doesnt work for t-mobile? Thanks Nick George hope u get a phone call from corporate headquarters tomorrow. But maybe note since they dont write your checks, since u work for yourself.

This is the best phone store Ive ever been to. All the guys there are polite and curteous. Amir was the guy that took care of me there. I explained what I needed, and he helped me, no hassle, no haggle!

Went in and got myself the iPhone 6s! They showed me all the new features and made the whole switch very pleasant.
