The owner opened the shop for my husband and I on a Sunday which was a major help since his phone was broken and the screen wasn’t working. He was super friendly and highly professional. I found this wonderful gem of a cell phonerepair service in a simple strip mall in Port Charlotte. The owner introduced himself and immediately took me to the center counter to show my horribly cracked screen. He looked the phone over and said it would cost $79. for a new screen. For $10. additionally, he could provide me with a new screen protector.I agreed to both services. He dialed my number to check the sound volume and let me hear that the sound was somewhat compromised.To complete that repair would be $49.I declined that service. He said he would work on it immediately and directed me to a seat where I could relax for the duration of the repair.Within about 15 minutes, the phone was completely fixed and the screen protector looked great. As he handed my phone to me,he said he had also, free of charge, repaired the volume. I listened and sure enough the soundwas much more audible than previously.The entire total was $95. including tax.He then reached into the store refrigerator and handed me a cold bottle of water.Here, in a simple store which sold groceriesand cool drinks and beer, was this fineand courteous gentleman who went above and beyond to help me with my phone. His servicewas delivered with a smile and I was entirelygratified at his kindness in going beyond what I asked for to make it like new for me.Don’t hesitate to go to this business for your iPhone repair. I highly recommend the expertiseof the owner and his scrupulous businesspractices.

My experience was the worst i have ever had in 8 years of living in the USA. I was referred by a friend of mine who highly recommended this place to me when I was in need of replacing the battery on my Samsung phone, seems like an easy thing to do. I paid up-front and got my battery replaced within a few days. The replaced battery lasted for about 6-8 hrs, compared to 13-15 hrs with the one that I had replaced (2 years old). I gave it a week but I ended up charging my phone 3 times a day. When I called the place and simply asked what are my options, maybe it needs to be replaced or something I was told that a battery that lasts more than 6 hrs is considered good (not sure by whom) and when I disagreed with that absurd statement I recieved bad attitude back and they hung up on me. I called right back saying that I will file a complaint about it and will leave a Google review. After that they texted me back telling me to buy a new battery on ebay or Amazon, they will replace it for free and reimburse the cost of it. I was about to give up after all their attitude and telling me that theres whole bunch of people that are trying to get service for free by disputing charges (I HAVE NEVER EVEN MENTIONED THAT I asked for refund only) I actually accepted that offer because all I wanted is to get the old battery replaced. I bought one from Amazon following the instructions I got from the repair shop, brought it back in and when i come back they said that the one that I bought is not compatible and I will need to buy another one. Ive tried to find another battery but they all look the same to me, even after they tried to explain what i need to pay attention to. After that I gave up. I went to another store in PC, paid another $70 for a genuine Samsung battery and the company gave me 6 months nationwide warranty in case the battery is bad; they will replace it themselves (wont ask their customers to get their own parts). Based on my experience i DO NOT recommend this place.

Was quoted for a repair at $80 then it was $89.99 then somehow that ended up being a total of $125 dont know how that math worked out, and he didnt even repair my phone correctly he bent my phone putting in a new screen, he messed up the front facing camera, and theres plastic pieces hanging out of the edges of the normal camera among other problems he cause to the phone.Now he wont answer or return my calls, do yourself the favor and bring your phone to be repaired by someone who knows what theyre doing, dont let this guy rip you off.

My son dropped his phone and needed a new screen. I called around and got a price from anywhere from $100 to $150. It was an iPhone 6s Plus. That I paid $250 new few years ago, so I didn’t want to spend a fortune since paying $150 for a new screen didn’t make sense if I can get a new one from eBay for $200. He gave me a price and told me he can do it ASAP. I was in the middle of a dinner and got a message with directions. I was like “nice, he really wants my business”. Drove from North Port to see him. He said he can do it while I waited and offered me water etc if I wanted anything. While he was doing the screen, he noticed the camera was also broken, he showed me. Gave me a very good price on fixing the camera also. The quality of the picture was the same as before. Very happy since I was afraid he might use some second hand camera, which he didn’t. He also tested the battery life and told me the phone soon needed a new battery (which I knew) and gave me a price for that but told me I should wait for few months since it was ok for now. He did very good job and was the cheapest. I have been sending other people there also who have gotten the same excellent service. I will go back soon to let him change the battery on my sons phone.
