My phone needed screen replaced cause of internal damage. I decided not to have them fix it because the cost was high enough I could just purchase a new phone however when I received the phone back it was in worse damage then when I walked in. Including chips from the corners and a sloppy job putting the screen back on. I put photos on the reviews photos. To the response down below i further inspected the phone in the car and saw the damage done on the outside of the phone. I was pleased until I saw they didnt really take care of it while trying to inspect it. I was fine with not repairing it but for others wanting to use this store maybe consider how they treated it. Especially sense after farther inspecting it theres large chips on the outside of the phone. Im not worried about the phone but how the store may treat other phones that people will use

I had this company replace a battery. Had a set time to pick up 2:30 got there to find door locked with sign out to lunch. Had to wait 45 minutes. Picked up phone to find a dark call screen. Phone not working. This place isnt worth it. There more interested in you paying cash then giving good service. Run in opposite direction. As for all the positive reviews,Its a set up.

I came in due to the microphone in my note 20 ultra not working. The middle aged gentleman at the counter was very professional and polite. They ordered the part and told me that they would call me when they received the part. I never got a call from them and I had to call several times to see if the part was received. One week later I brought my phone in for the repair and they told me that it was going to be around three hours. I left and came back at 3:00 and my phone was done, the microphone was fixed. It wasnt till I got home that I noticed that my phone wasnt connecting to my cellular provider, I was told that they ordered the wrong part. While they were in the back I talked to some of the customers there and they both said they have had to come here multiple times and advised me to go somewhere else. So I took my phone to an authorized Samsung repair center (ubreakifix) and they told me that the motherboard was damaged due to it being opened improperly, (I even had a diagnostics ticket that I brought back to CPR) I was advised to go try and get my money back. I drove back over there to talk to one of the associates and asked politely for my money back or even a cheap temporary replacement (Im on call for work Tuesday-Satuday). The young man at the counter was very rude and scolded me for having someone else look at it. He lied straight to my face and told me they were authorized by Samsung and that I have voided the warranty on the incorrect part they installed, ubreakifix has a list of authorized repair centers and they were not listed. They told me that they were willing to order the right part and replace the incorrect part. They said they would call me when it comes in (its been over three weeks and I have heard nothing). On my drive home from CPR I got into a car accident, the driver of the other vehicle was unresponsive and I was unable to call 911 due to my phone being broken. My suggestion is to go to someone that is authorized by the manufacturer of your phone, they have been properly trained and have experience.

Took in my ipad for a battery on Thursday. I was told pick up tomorrow. I showed up not ready we will call you, no calls. I called again they had to order a battery. They are closed on Saturday. I called Sunday not ready. I said did you put in a new battery in he said yes,. But it wont hold a charge. I said it doesnt work then. He said they wanted to look at it more. I walked out mad.Went to another repair shop they said the screen is broke. I said ok and went home. I called the small claims court. I called them back told them I will file if they didnt call me back within a hour. NO CALL AS OF 3/29/21@ 2:30PM3 days later he called, bring it in Ill fix it no charge for the screen. All fixed by Monday

I will give them 5 stars. My phone wasn’t repaired but not at their fault. It was damaged badly, husband accidentally dropped a marine motor on top of the phone. They were confident they could repair because it didn’t look like it hit the motherboard. Told me two hours. They called later and they couldn’t turn it on. Asked for some time to try and repair. After a few days still couldn’t get it to work. They did try to charge me a diagnostic fee but at the end they waived it. That right there is an honest and good business. Anytime I need a phone repaired (hopefully never as bad as this one 😆) I will bring it back here. I will still recommend this place to anyone who needs a phone repaired. They’re honest.

Bought used phone here yesterday best deal I could find in Florida!!! Been non stop shopping for a Samsung S10 for 10 or 11 days after losing my S8. Seen there add on marketplace immediately I got a response. My schedule is hectic they were more than willing to meet me after there business hours. CPR repaired my Apple Watch with a new face for $265.76. With a warranty. Said it would be “as good as new”. After 3 weeks of it working I swam in my pool. The watch immediately stoped working. I returned it for warranty, CPR stated the watch’s warranty did not include liquid. Apple says their watches can withstand 50 ft of depth. CPR’s statement “as good as new “ was totally misleading. My fault in not bringing the watch to an Apple repair center. However CPR did not back up their word, so please be forwarded.

Went top the Port Charlotte location to have a desk top computer fixed because Windows crashed during a recent update. While I was explaining what had happened, the man who was helping me had a good idea of what had happened. They had it fixed in about 5 days and we able to back up my pictures and documents before replacing the Windows that crashed. The people who I dealt with there are great and did it all for a great price (compared to others in my area). I am recommending them to the people in my subdivision who need something repaired.

Just giving a three right now. I was in theor store signing paper work for purchase of new phone. Told to come back next day but call first. Well calling seems tobe un usefull as ieither get a messagesaying the person did not set up voice mail or a message saying all techs are busy call back later. Very frustrating. Now things seem a little fishy to me.Going to have drive up there (im in the next town) to see whats up.

We came here because we had an issue with the memory of our HP Pavillion desktop after changing the RAM. The desktop did turn on, but only made beep codes. (3 long 2 short)They told us our motherboard was fried, but I couldnt believe that was the case.When we recieved it and plugged it in, it spewed smoke. When the smoke cleared, we tried turning it on; not only did it not turn on (other than the fans), it wasnt making beep codes.I am dissatisfied with this service, and I wish the damage could be undone.

Was visiting from Canada and my phone stopped working. Took it to the mall and they told it was not fixable. Then I called all in one wireless the guy was very helpful and sounded very professional. I was told that they would buy my phone when I talked to they over phone then get there and the person that told me to come wasnt there.. I live under 5 minutes away. The sales manager call the boss and it was a waste of time. The phone was brand new in box never opened and I just perched the phone from metro wasnt week old. It was a modo it was a Motorola 7 235 bucks I only wanted 75 wasnt a week old I dont know what the problem was

As I explained my situation to him He automatically started giving me great suggestions and helpful advice. Luckily for me they are a multi-carrier store they were able to fix my screen on my phone get my phone unlocked and also switch me to a different network saving $80 on my bill. I couldnt be any happier with the service I received I would highly recommend them for all your technical or wireless needs

Worst experience ever! I brought my iPhone 6 plus in for a simple fix. The camera lens needed to be replaced. Im there 2 hours when the guy finally comes out of the back with my phone. The new lens they installed is cracked in half! Plus the camera which was working fine now wont focus at all. They took it back to work on it some more and came back out with a new lens in a color that doesnt match. No worries though because it promptly fell out! At this point with no lens in you can clearly see the camera is covered in super glue. So, not only did they fail to fix my problem, they destroyed the camera as well. Stay far away from these clowns!

This is the worst place to have your phone repaired. I took my phone and he told me it needed a new screen. After he replaced the screen, my phone did not work at all. He told me it was broke when I took it there. It did need fixed but after he FIXED it I had to buy a brand new phone. I don’t think they’re capable of fixing a Fisher-Price phone. Don’t go there, ever .I gave them one star only because I could not give them anything less. AND in response to the owner, I am not in the database because After the gentleman broke my phone, he gave it to me and didn’t charge me. Therefore no database. But he in fact did break my phone. I do not write bogus reviews

Bunch of kids that dont even know how to fix a broken screen. Took them 4 days and every day I called and they kept saying that it will be done in a few hours and it still wasnt fixed! They handed me the phone in pieces and I had to bring it somewhere else and they fixed it in 1 hour as promised.

Fiances phone was taken in on Monday 6/5/18 at 12:15 for charge port and battery replacement. Was told initially 2 hours. Go back 2 hours later, since we didnt hear from them, and was told it would be ready by closing time. Since we live in Englewood and I had to be back in Port Charlotte the next day anyway, we headed home.Next day, Tuesday, I stop in at approximately 2:30 and got another delay. Was put off another couple hours.. This happened 2 more times, me stopping in and getting the runaround. Supposedly, a replacement motherboard is being installed.It is now Friday, 6/8, 6:40pm and still no phone and no call. The phone was supposed to be taken to the Englewood store for pick up today.Hell, I cant even get a courtesy call letting me know whats going on with the repair. Not one time have they called me to let me know whats up. Ive had to contact them every single time. I called and left a message today and STILL cant get a return phone call.Im not convinced they know what theyre doing past a battery replacement.Once this phone is returned to us, I wont ever go back to this business. Im EXTREMELY displeased.

Took in my girlfriends iPhone 7 and they said 45 mins. 3 hours later we finally got the phone back after stopping in multiple times. For them to give us a phone with a cracked screen and no service also it kept shutting off. What are these clowns doing? It disgusts me they want to charge $120 to repair an iPhone and return it with a cracked screen and searching service. Forreal dont go to these guys there a joke. Ive also called the bosss number multiple with no reply.

I took my phone in to get the screen fixed. They gave me a great price, but when I got it back there was glue showing on the screen. The screen worked for a cpl days then stopped. I have been back four times for them to fix it. The last time I was in the guy informed me that he put some tape on a cable that was loose.. Phone still isnt working.. Waste of time and money.
