We are building a house and our general contractor works with this place. The customer service is excellent and they provide small paint sample quantities at a reasonable price, making it easy to test-paint areas and make good decisions. I might have given them 5 stars, but Im not sure of the prices for the larger quantities of paint. Ill definitely continue to come here for future needs, as opposed to the big home stores, where the workers seem to know little besides how to mix your colors.

Locally owned family store, great staff and customer service, lots of paint options between the Benjamin Moore and Ppg lines, will always choose A & E over the big box or corporate stores. If you have a painting project coming up do yourself a favor, go to A & E, youll be glad you did.

The people working there are very knowledgeable, helpful & patient. Im a diy guy & they steered me in the right direction. They told me the pros & cons of different products. From paint brushes & rollers to products to repair cracks in stucco. I drive from Venice to Port Charlet because I like the store .

I was getting upset in town trying to match a paint color to my gutters.I had gone to a well known store in Pt. Charlotte and then to another just paint store. They couldnt match the color and didnt even care about what I was painting or customer service for me.... I tried A + E paints selling Benjamin Moore paints on El Jobean Rd.( 776) Customer service was excellent, they matched the paint color Perfect. Its a Really nice family that works together there and they have been there for many years. They asked and answered all my questions, didnt push anything I didnt need but helped us SOOOO much. The paint covered really nice and I will always go there for any paint I need in the future. Its nice to see people who really care and have the knowledge about their products.... Thank you so much to Jeff and Justin .If you have a paint project or you are a paint contractor, This is the place to go to.
