Great store!! Ive been to many of them all over the country an this is by far one of the best Ive done business with. Customer service is excellent. Have always help with color picking, right paint for the right price to. They even take time to look up my history in other states which that takes some time to find all that. Id recommend them to any home owner or contractor. These guys have it down pat!!

Fantastic quality. A little more than the big box stores in price but the quality of paint, especially the Super Paint is the best you can buy. Ive used them professionally and personally for many years.

Always have good service at this store, but now hate that I have to sit in my car and then call the store to be able to get service. I can go to box stores and check out their paint and all other items. I prefer your paint over the others otherwise I would have gone somewhere else.

The store was crowded but we were acknowledged right away. Trying to find a complimentary color for exterior of home. Salesman suggested samples instead of buying Qts. Saved money. Found perfect color. Will be buying as soon as we find a painter.

Stores work together. If one store doesnt have what you need, they will contact another store. That happened to me. Saved my project!

They did an excellent match of colors for a repair in my living room plaster walls.

My rating does not reflect my experience. I just was there to pick colors for a project, which I managed to do all by myself. 😇However I was there well over a half hour, and not one salesman took the time to come over to see if I needed anything. Its a rather small store. Wheres the service? May have walked out had I actually been there to purchase anything.

Brian at this location had a very poor attitude. When I approached him regarding getting paint he was very disgruntled as I was unsure of which name the last order was under. I was in the process of giving my phone number when he stated well did you buy the paint or the company then it would not be under that name. Will take my business to home depot!!

Great product. Covers usually in one coat. I do agree with another reviewer that the selection of colors are underwhelming. I actually ended up having them computer matching a color from a different company. Most (but not all) of the employees in this store seem to care about customer service.

Racist store, walked in the worker looked me in my eye didnt say anything. After about 5 minutes of me and my girl trying to figure out a paint color another customer walks in the worker greets them immediately due to him being white My girlfriend said something to me about that so I decided to leave due to we are minoritys

They are most knowledgeable when it comes to color and what brushes to use and just very courteous. I would definitely recommend my friends to visit the Port Charlotte location.

Very helpful and kind. I was buying paint for repairs due to a water line leak in my foundation which led to a full house re-plumb. I explained this to the gentleman and he said he thought I needed a break and gave me a discount. He didnt need to do that and I so appreciated it!

NICE PEOPLE

Paint is pricey, but generally covers with one coat.The store is drab & outdated (but clean).Biggest drawback, is that they still have old fashioned fixtures with fluorescent lighting in the store so you have to take the paint samples outside to get a real sense of the true color.To me, if youre selling paint, the color cards should be displayed with good lighting.
