I went to them for an oil change.i asked for high mileage oil which i have gotten from their sister location in new hyde park ny for about 15 years.the last time i paid 59.99$ plus 30$ extra for 3 extra quarts. The owner tells me he doesnt have high mileage in stock but he would double check.Lo and behold he has it.I didnt think anything of it till he charged me 190$ .He said its because it is a mercedes .i have always had this car and was charged under 100$ with the location in new hyde park.he refused to lower price and was nasty.In my opinion he is dishonestand now im worried he might have lied about the oil he gave me.Go SOMEWERE ELSE.In my opinion he purposely doesnt tell you the cost in advance.Take my advice he wasnt honest with me and might not be honest with you .Do yourself a favor and go to a different ool change place

I went there for a car inspection (right after Thanksgiving day) around 1pm. There was not any line. They were pretty quick. After 10-15 mins it was completed and I was good to go.

Went there to change starter. They over priced me. Charged $ 252 price for starter for a 1998 Toyota Camry. Ridiculous. I was a fool not to dispute and drag to court lol.However, the SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. The car works fine, they know very well about fixing cars.I would suggest in general to purchase your CAR Part before going to a mechanic to avoid being over priced.BUT Service is really good. Went their to fix brakes (pads) on my nissan atlima 2009, mechanic ask me to change for all four tires so they replace pad for all tires after month or two the car started making noise from back wheel... so i took it back to them and this time they asked me to change brake pad for the back wheels.... I showed them the previous receipt but didnt comply with it so i took my car to other shop...Cant wait to report this BBB...
