I called yesterday to the local number, the 866 number and tried web chat. Nobody picked up, phones kept ringing and the web chat on the website never responded and stayed at Queue 1. I was able to type into the chat window but nobody ever responded, I left an email address to contact me regarding specific glassware as well (as the automated chat requested). Im going to echo a comment from 2 years ago, are they even in business? It also states Saturday hours but Yelp/Google say closed. Sounds like somebody isnt doing their job updating store hours. My order would have been in the $100 - $200 range, not much but it adds up if this is happening with others.
Im not happy. I rode the bus for an hour and then walked a half a mile to find out they were closed on Saturday because of the Labor Day Weekend. When I was there, there were cars pulling in and out, also discovering they were closed. I dont begrudge people time off but at least there could be a note on the website of some sort. Those of us with businesses set aside shopping time. I had even called ahead and just got voicemail. Sheesh. Its the 21st century. All you have to do is change answering message.
They have great customer service. They ordered the cooling racks I needed and saved me money in the process. I had to return something and they took care of me quickly and easily. I will go back for all my cooking equipment needs.
I have called twice, emailed twice and yet received no response. Are they out of business? I want to give them money but they dont seem to want to take it.
