I have huge confidence in the gas range I just bought from them.Antonio went above and beyond to hook up the range in the showroom, show me everything was in good working order, explain problems hed seen in the same model before, show me comparable options, not stop looking until he found the model number so I could check online reviews, and they delivered for free the next day!The delivery happened at the time we agreed, and the guys were careful not to damage my house despite how heavy the range was. They also hauled away my old unit. Antonio even took a look at my refrigerator, which will eventually have to be replaced. You can guess where Ill be going for that!I was so excited about it all, I forgot to tip Antonio like an idiot. Ill be back soon, so itll just be double next time.Oh, and did I mention this was a $2700 range I got for $1000, with a 6 month warranty?This team knows their stuff. Great service and prompt attention. Owner makes sure customers expectations are constantly met. Affordable prices in most of the inventory. If he doesnt have a particular unit you are looking for, hell make sure to find something comparable or perhaps recommend you with closest store that does. This business is highly recommended for reliability and honesty. I dont believe similar stores offer the same warranty in parts and labor as he does.

The very best place in Portland to get your appliances fixed. My Maytag Neptune easing machine died after sixteen years so by complete chance I noticed this business as I was driving by. I was able to swap out my old one for a refurbished one. It is owned and operated by Cubans who work really hard so I was happy to patronize them as I am a Cuban too! Save yourself all the headaches of other places while saving money by contacting Pacific Appliance Center.

I purchased my washer and dryer there and the dryer stopped working after a few days and their wonderful service man came over within thirty minutes and fixed it. That was two years ago. The set is still running strong every day. We are going back for a fridge and dishwasher.Jeff #real review

I had purchased one in October from Appliance Ranchers -the worst...delivered and it didnt run, then they refused to honor their warranty; I got my money back and found Pacific Appliance -a breath of fresh air. *This newer fridge from Pacific Appliance runs so quiet and has all its parts, free delivery the same day I need it and comes with a warranty. I purchased a washer and dryer set from Pacific Appliance and, after delivery, I found that I didnt like it at all. It had terrible reviews online and didnt run quietly or efficiently. So I called them and asked to return it, they agreed to come and pick it up and return my original check in exchange for a small delivery fee which I was happy to pay. They called me back an hour later to ask if Id like a different set that they had been working on, they emailed me pictures and found the pedestals for both the washer and dryer in just one day. Delivered them and installed them and I love them. They are quiet and work really nicely. Im glad I purchased from Pacific Appliance!

Had to buy an older Jenn-air cooking stove to replace one, that a Bend Oregon appliance shop said was not fixable. Pacific Appliance had a refurbished one at a good price and paid us for the not fixable one. We installed the new one and it did not work. Pacific Appliance drove 200 miles (one way) to central Oregon and got the stove working. The problem was that we installed it wrong. There was no service charge. (They also brought along our not fixable stove, which they fixed, in case there was a problem with the one we just bought.) I

I really have nothing but wonderful things to say about Pacific Applicance. After having a less than pleasant experience at a used appliance store closer to my house, I found myself taking a trip out to Pacific Appliance. I had a dryer in mind but after spending some time talking to the owners brother he convinced me that I could get more bang for my buck from a different model. Free same day delivery, installation and removal of my old dryer- I could not be happier with this dryer. So happy we recently went back for a washer. Pacific Appliance once again exceeded my expectations- they worked with me in my price range, and delivered my new washer in a matter of hours. Unfortunately there was an issue with the washer (hey it happens) Pacific Appliance came back out right away and worked for 2 hours trying to fix the issue. Since it wasnt working perfectly, they came back out again and replaced the Washer with a newer model- not only were they prompt and professional, they offered to replace my (now way past their standard warrantee) DRYER with a newer matching model to go w/ my washer FREE OF CHARGE. I could not recommend Pacific Appliance more. Dont bother with the rest- go straight to THE BEST! Ill be back for sure.
