Theyre rude. They did the body work but did not do a check up of my car, even after i mentioned it, and was told they would.

Brought my car in for a fender bender repair, and these guys were so friendly, professional, efficient and easy to work with. I got the car back a day earlier than expected, and it looked as good as new. Plus they vacuumed and cleaned the interior...bonus! This was my second super positive experience with Central Auto Body, and I will definitely go back. Highly recommended!

Had a really good experience here, and Aaron (I believe his name was...), was really communicative and helpful. Someone had smashed the entire right side of my car in a parking lot (hit and run), and the pictures attached show the awesome repair job they did at CAB! They let you know EXACTLY what theyre going to do to your car here, and dont do anything more unless insurance is picking up the tab or they explicitly get consent from you. Hands down best body shop Ive ever dealt with, and Ive dealt with quite a few, living in collision prone PDX.

Hes now unfortunately helped me fix my vehicle twice. I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. The customer service is the best Ive experienced on a car repair.

The mechanics took such great care of my car and would reach out weekly to check in and let me know what was going on because my car parts took forever to come in. It was a process but it was worth the wait because my car is perfect now!

Great customer service here... They have amazing body technicians who have talent, love thier jobs. Which by looking at their work must make a difference, amazing fast clean repairs. The front estimators were so friendly, i witnessed one of thier great body tech. Stop his work mid way, come out to the front of the shop and help this poor lady with a bumper fix and it was smashed . Took him no more than 15 min then he was snapping it back in place and she was gone... This was a free charge fix. For free.... Crazy no shops have custoner appreciation like these guys and i highly recommend you bring any vehicle here in need of some repair or paint... 5⭐big👍

They burned 80 miles worth of my fuel(I think someone took it home for the weekend) and drove it like a race car. Upon pick up the gas app was getting a constant 8 to the gallon for the last 5 minutes of use (normally 15-20 in a 2019 Tacoma) Also theres a new chip in the windshield and the drivers side break light is out, they replaced the drive side bed side.

I have been to/tried several repair shops and this one is far and away the best I have ever dealt with. Communication is frequent and honest. The quality of work is stellar. They handle both mechanical and body work with professionalism. They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is both safe and is returned to you in pristine condition. I highly recommend them. Avoid these con artists at all costs. Their estimate to fix the car was too high (this was not their fault), and after a couple weeks of haggling, the insurance company said they were going to total the car out. They charged me $1550 in storage fees for about 20 days! They were very rude and hostile when I acted surprised at the high cost, and had the nerve to claim that my car was keeping them from getting business because it was taking up a space in their massive, half empty parking lot. For total transparency, they did claim there would be some storage fee, but this was absolutely ridiculous. And their hostility toward their customers was shocking.

I had some storm damage to my car and Progressive Insurance recommended this shop. At first I was reluctant to accept the advice of my insurance company, thinking that they would want me to go to the cheapest place rather than the most skilled, but after speaking with Lupe I was sold. They did a great job, were prompt with everything in their control (a part took a while to come in but that wasnt their fault), and helped recommend care and protection of my new paint job and panels. I was amazed at the level of service I experienced with Central Auto Body. I came in with a pretty complex wreck to the front of my car, involving many damaged, interlocking parts. The staff was incredibly knowledgable and friendly, and kept me informed at every step of the way in the repair process. They were exceptionally considerate of my budget range, and worked with me to creatively solve some of the repairs in a lower cost manner. I walked away with a pristine, perfectly repaired vehicle, I did not recognize it as my own! It looked like a shiny brand new car when they were done with it. I highly recommend them for all internal mechanical and external cosmetic issues!

After being rear ended on the freeway, I was directed to Central Auto Body on Division by the insurance company. They where extremely helpful, work with the rental car companies for pick up and drop off, and where great about explaining car things to a non-car person without being condescending. They kept in touch throughout the repairs with detailed updates which is great for building trust that they know what they are doing and care about your individual vehicle. I got my car back earlier than expected and it looks amazing. It is clean, everything looks perfect, and they even cleaned the inside!

If you need body work completed on your vehicle, this is the best place to go. Everyone there was great to work with, super professional and courteous in all ways possible. They made something as inconvenient as getting your car repaired to be a breeze. Chulki, the estimator I worked with was fantastic. He kept me updated on the status of the work over text rather than phone calls, which was perfect for me as I am in and out of meetings all day and cant always answer the phone. They are super accommodating and professional. Hopefully I wont have to go back into a repair shop anytime soon but if I do, it will definitely be with these guys.

I was honestly surprised how awesome my experience was! The folks at the Division store were honest and friendly, and the estimate was very accurate. I would also like to add that my car was WAY cleaner than when I dropped it off - I had no idea that it was also going to get a detail during its stay!!! While the insurance companies are basically the worst, my experience working with Central Auto Body was the only good experience when getting rear-ended!

Great, friendly professional service from Mac Shea, Lupe Contreras & others.Mac clearly explained the process & steps that would be taken. Estimate (even though it likely would be paid by other drivers Ins. Co.) was thorough & accurate. Immmediately after Ins. Co. took responsibility Mac called me with green light to begin the repairs. He had an Enterprise Car Rental driver at the ready & they arrived minutes after I got to the SE Division & 122nd Central Auto Body location. He kept me informed AT MINIMUM every 2 - 3 days. My 2017 Subaru Forester looked great & they were easy for this Ins skeptic to trust through the entire process. Highly recommended.PS Im not a dad, mom, relative or paid hack ...nor did I respond to any constant advertising offering to help w/my deductible either.

They were very busy but were able to turn this job around quickly so my kids and I could get the car back. They helped me save money without cutting structural corners.

UPDATE: I contacted the corporate about the issue. They tried to make things right. Make sure your car is empty before you send it in.Techs were able to fix the bumper. I gave one star because our car got rummaged while it was in their possession. I feel so violated. We entrusted that they will take care of it. The stuff in the dash were all in the passengers seat. We lost our car phone charger adapter, gas money, lots of wet wipes for my toddler, our car vacuum. Manager wont do anything. Maybe next time lock the cars in between fixes especially on a Friday. Homeless people are everywhere in that area. Very disappointed.

I am glad that I found this shop not only was their quote reasonable they also did an awesome job at paint matching my bumper. Came in with no appointment with a vehicle that had been rear ended. Staff was fast in greeting me and was very honest of what to expect of the process. My vehicle had barely been in their possession one day when they had already inspected my vehicle and contacted the insurance company. I will go here for any other body shop needs in the future!

Lets be honest...we dont ever really want to NEED an auto body repair shop. It is always a forced relationship. We will do our best P.I. work to find a good hairdresser, nail technician, or the best tattoo artist, but wed really rather not hunt down the best dentist, pest control company, or auto repair shop. Realistically, however, these things eventually become a necessity, and are also worthy of our research. Recently, I was thrust into such a scenario. A young man hit my parked vehicle in a parking lot. He happened to be driving his grandmothers truck, and was fortunately covered by her insurance. The insurance company informed me that I could go anywhere, but upon my request, gave me the names of a few local repair shops. We did some homework, and found that Central Auto Body @ Division already had a stellar reputation, with many positive reviews. I contacted the insurance company and advised of my choice, and had an appointment the following Monday morning. From my first moments in their waiting area, their 5 star rating made sense. Liz was my first point of contact, and had such a calm and confident demeanor. I just knew she had everything handled. She even went out of her way to drive me over to the rental car company, whose Monday was not quite as well organized. The repair itself was minimal, thankfully, and they had everything ordered and completed in less than 3 full business days! They even had it washed and the interior vacuumed when I arrived to pick it up!Liz was the perfect liaison between my insurance company and I, keeping me up to date on the process. She is kind, and knowledgeable with an easy going nature that put me at ease in what I had expected to be a chaotic experience. Everyone I came in contact with at Central were professional, and friendly. While I certainly dont recommend auto accidents; in the off chance that you find yourself in one, I would emphatically and without hesitation, refer you to Central Auto Body. It is a relationship that I am pleased to have made, despite the unfortunate circumstances that led to our meeting.
