I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! They were SO friendly and helpful and they will also loan you a car (for free!!) while your car is being repaired. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with an auto shop. I hope I never get into another car accident but if I do I’m definitely coming back to this place!Oh and they also washed my car for me!! This company was referred to me by my insurance company, they now have had my car for six months.......yes six. They gave it back to me around January and I noticed immediately that there was still a problem with it. First there were parts to a Toyota in my front drivers floor mat, the rear view side passenger mirror was missing, and when I went to drive away there was a huge rattle in the front end that was the part of the car they were working on. Well I asked one of the employees to ride with me real quick to show him the issue. He was defensive and argumentative right off the bat, it seemed odd to me that a person would just be in such a hurry to state that it was not their issue. Well maybe after driving it maybe a half dozen times and actually fearful to drive it, the front end virtually fell apart. I do not think that this was malicious and I did hear a lot of positive reviews about this company. I believe the snowstorms simply overwhelmed them with jobs and instead of doing the right thing and saying they were booked they took on more than they could chew. Well Oct. 10th of 2016 to the 23rd of march 2017 this company has had my car and they do not update me, I tried calling them three times today and could not get a person to answer. The owner needs to step up and do the right thing regardless of what it takes. Six months without a car is absolutely unacceptable and has become a total financial hardship on me. A few pictures show that they did not even care about the cosmetic issues, simply not okay.

Great service. My car looked better than before and they even touched up some other small defects that had nothing to do with the accident free of charge. Their rental program is unbeatable and they really went out of their way to work with me and my insurance.

Giving kudos to Kim for the most outstanding job done on my Dad’s 2000 Concorde LX white car. The work you put into his car makes it look like a brand new car. Dad says, Job well done! I would recommend him to anyone.

Kc Halsey collision center have all the sympathy in the world. When my car was about to be total, and I told them I wanted to fix it instead of buying a new car that I couldn’t afford to make payments on, and Kim said “ I’ll see what I can do” and he went out buying a whole car in other to get parts to fix my car. I have a Subaru that was hit by someone and I found out when the driver’s side mirror was dangling by wires.For 2+ years I’ve been gluing it on, only for it to fall off in a car wash or even someone just touches the mirror.FINALLY, I decided to get a new mirror installed. I made the mistake of going to a auto supply store and not KC Halsey first. I ended up overpaying for the wrong mirror. Luckily, I went to KC Halsey for the painting and learned (1) they could do it for less, (2) they could make it happen FAST, and (3) they’ll do an excellent job.They were able to find the exact mirror I needed for a fraction of the price and they were very kind and friendly.Please don’t waste you time and money like I did. My girlfriend Stacey J. 2007 Lexus ES350 got rear ended. Took it to KC Auto Collision and we got the BEST service ever! We were not sure how everything works, but they took us in, gave us a nice rental car that was plenty of room for our baby’s car seat etc. When we got the Lexus back, it was better than Brand new! The rear looked as if nothing ever happened! Not only did it look new again, but they even detailed the car inside and out! Spotless! Highly recommend this place! Thank you for making it easy on us!

I got a brand new car, an accident occurred completely smashing my back hatch door, breaking the glass, and chipping the bumper. I was referred to Halsey Collision after being really worried about the paint color matching, and having the repair done in a timely manner. Within 20 minutes of being there I was completely taken care of, they set me up with a nice loaner car, made sure my car I dropped off got put inside because it started to sprinkle and my window was broken, told me they might be able to help me with my deductible and gave me a week time frame of when my car would be done. They made sure to keep in contact with me until my car was done, since it was serviced over a holiday weekend. When going to pick up my car it honestly looked better than it did before, they even found a window with a slight tint so I don’t have to go get that window re-tinted to match the rest. I was given a touch up bottle of paint Incase I need it, which was such a great bonus especially since I worried about the paint matching in the first place. In the end, they took off more than half of my deductible helping me out even more. I almost made the mistake of taking my Volkswagen to a big name dealership to get it fixed, I do not believe that I would have been taken care of as well. Halsey Collision has the best customer service between all three people that I dealt with, the calls to keep me in the loop on what’s going on and the time frame we were looking at, and the job that was done on the car itself. I wish I could give them a 10/10 instead of just a 5/5.

BEST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN A BODY SHOP. WOW!! Fore reals, this place is just outstanding. EVERYONE I dealt with was just so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond the normal customer service. They gave me a FREE loaner car while they were working on my car and just did all they could do to make my experience pain free. While I had the free loaner car somebody vandalized it while I was at work and they didn’t even make a big deal about it, they fixed it themselves and that was it. It was amazing, truly because anybody else would have tried to milk more money out of me but they didn’t do that, they just fixed it themselves and got on with it.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! My tiny red car and I are so very happy . You made my holiday season so much brighter ✨

Cannot say enough about the great service we received from KC Collision Auto Body Shop. They went above and beyond in so many ways. They provided regular status updates and were always available if I had any questions. So glad to have my 2013 Chrysler 200 back and she looks beautiful! The folks over at Halsey are truly top notch. My car was towed here the Monday after Easter when I found my car had been involved in attempted theft of my catalytic converter. I had some damage on the body/fender/doors from the thieves and they snipped the O2 sensor on the converter. Once I got here the paperwork was quick and easy (Farmers Insurance) and I was offered a free loaner car for the entire duration, similar to my Prius (loaner car was an 06 Toyota Matrix XR). My car was in the shop for a total of 12 days. Upon pickup, I called to let the guys know I’d be in at 11:45am as I was driving back down from Seattle (closed at 12pm on Saturday) and my car was sitting right out front for me, completely detailed and clean, inside and out. The paintwork was phenomenal and my car definitely came out looking way better than I expected it to. They even left me the bottle of paint for touch ups if I get a door ding, etc.Overall, I had a great experience with everyone I encountered while I was here and special shout-out to Bill for going above and beyond my expectations!

DO NOT take your car here. Owner was very rude and pulling some very shady business. Dropped off a vehicle for a quote after an accident. We also wanted to shop around and get a second quote before making any decisions. They refused to give us the car back unless we paid them and charged charged us over $350 for basically taking the bumper off. When we wanted to get a quote from another body shop the owner was rude and angry with us for simply shopping around. BE WARNED as this place is a total scam. If I could give 0 stars I would. Look at their LARGE selection of negative reviews on google and yelp and you will know that this place is not to be trusted.

My car was recently decimated by a hail storm that left the car with severe ache! My insurance company sent me to KC Halsey Collision Center. I felt like I was at Nordstroms because of the exceptional customer service and quality work. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations: friendliness, in-house rental car for free, great, competent staff: Vincent, Jimmy. They simply volunteered that they would completely detail the car when the body panels were fixed. Our car came back looking brand new. Mr Kim, the owner, has gone out of his way to take care of us and we will definitely be back (hopefully not too soon because it will mean we had an accident). A total sham of a business. I made a point to show up early (7 AM) to get an estimate for some slight bumper damage. Their estimate office was not busy at all i.e. the short gentlemen who helped me was previously playing with his phone. He quoted the damage as around $500, and when I asked him for documentation breaking down the cost including labor, he went into a diatribe about how I need to make an appointment, and how I need to pay them for their time as well just for the estimate. I can understand if they were swamped about needing to make an appointment, but they absolutely were not at the time. Go to Sis Auto Body instead; theyre much friendlier, and will give you an honest quote about what you need repaired.

Needed help with car, was denied service

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEI have always fixed my cars there.I also do RE and Mortgage loans and I sent few clients their way.Theyve been ok...What I didnt like at first this time when i have said that I want to return old car they gave me to use and said its free, when I said insurance actually letting me rent out good car they werent happy and actually told me to leave the car now or as soon ASAP. If they so kind why get mad for me returning the car.Then my damaged car was towed in they paid the towing. Insurance came to do estimate few days later.I told my brother he suggested me to take it to his friends shop.I called #kchalsey collision center that we want to pick up the car.They said well we will add 25% to a towing cost and charge you 65$ a day for car that set here.They dont care about you.Only your money.I actually going to be discussing other things about them.And hope Safeco wont be working with them.

I took my car for repair then one week later found out I left some cash in my car ! I went back to check on them, they are gone !! I told the owner about it he start laughing and said we not responsible for loses!!! For your safety do not leave any thing inside your car !!

Such morons. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They give you broken and malfunctioning rental cars and then try to scam you into paying for their repairs. Refuse to tell me when my car will be ready. IDIOTS. Do not go there if you value the safety of your car.

DO DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!I were rear ended and had back and front bumpers replaced there. Both bumpers came off after 3 weeks. I brought it back. They told me it was my fault for hitting the curve in the parking lot.I brought my car to Dick Hannah Toyota today to have them inspected my car. They found out the parts were replaced were after market parts and not brand new as Halsey Collision auto told me. I would have been appreciated if I was told at the beginning that Ok! We cannot replaced with brand new parts, we can only use after market parts. Instead, I was told we use all do gin here. (do gin in vietnamese = virgin parts or brand new parts in english). Until now, they are still saying that all parts were used on my car, were do gin. Victor M., who claimed himself from Halsey Collision ( I dont know who this guy is. I have never seen him or talked to him when I was at the shop,) confirmed in his comment on yelp that they guaranteed all 1st quality. The guy from Dick Hannah Toyota told me after market parts are okay to used. However some of the painting job were not really done good job.Tips for other customer: make sure they clarify with you what 1st quality means.When I wrote my comments on yelp, they in boxed me and told me to go f** myself. This is an act of dishonesty, unethical and unacceptable. Most of the good comment they have on Yelp are wrritten by themself or by the employees.Think twice before you do business with them!!!Regards,
