Do not go here !They are rude and will not talk to you ! went here to get a estimate and told to come back in a week and maybe they could ! Told they are to busy to help you. No other customers were there. I was told not to go there by others, I guess they were right !

My car looks as good as new! Work was finished sooner than I expected. Paul was great.

Have had work done twice, now, and have been very satisfied. Will definitely continue to do business here. Owner very friendly. There is a minor language barrier, but the owner consistently provides excellent service at reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Over the past 5 or so years, I have taken my truck in for body work and painting four times, and each time I have been totally satisfied. I keep going back because Paul, the owner, does excellent work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Gladstone Auto Body and Paint.

The worst experience to get an estimate of auto-body repair. Made you feel like you are an inconvenience. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. I recommend that you do the same.

Fast service w good rates

Walked into the shop, was looked at by the worker and was not even spoken to. Stood there for a while and finally left due to the horrible customer service.

I called and the person who answered the phone hung up on me in the middle of my question . Very bad customer service. Don’t go here.
