My first experience at Wheel Doctor and it was an absolute great experience. The owner worked with me during lunch time and took the time to work up a fair quote and suggested different options that were better than we had originally discussed. Once it came time to schedule the work he gave me options even when I had to re-schedule multiple times. He continued to work with me. The end result was amazing and was a surprise for my son where updating some stock rims with curb rash to a premium look. Within 2 days of driving around, we had over 5 offers on that car. Honestly, Mo is a magician. Long story short a rouge UPS driver sent my S4 into the curb and my wheels were so deeply gouged and chipped I thought Id have to buy a new set. But then Mo and team erased any evidence it even happened! They fixed the gouges, chips, un-bent my rim, corrected the color, and even fixed the sensor. I would highly recommend them.

Let me just say that I went to this place based on the reviews, how I was treated during the online estimate and over the phone. I scheduled the appointment for the next morning. When I arrived I was greeted by Fernando who made me feel totally welcome and at home. We looked at my vehicle and he said “No problem Nick. We will fix you up and have you out of here!”. The waiting room is comfortable like a living room. The staff kept coming by and checking on me. I had a great experience. Now for the service....I curbed my Buick Regal’s beautiful wheels at 55 mph. I was devastated. I can’t drive my car looking wack like that!!!! When Fernando took me out to see the car I was blown away!!!! They do beautiful work!!! Looks as good as new!!!! Great service and work. Body detail removed major clear coat scratches along rear passenger side. Scuffs from the curb we’re completely removed. Painted the rims black, calipers red, and white F Sport decal on the brakes. They even detailed under the hood. Technicians found an egg in my front tire and they ordered and installed new tires for me at just the cost of the tire (no additional charges for labor).

Rims get damaged. When those rims are unique or maybe a 1 off set dont worry trust these guys. This crew has got the skills and the talent to repair blemishes you put in your rims.

Best customer service Ive experienced. Had a wheel I thought was done for good and got it back rolling again. They will go above and beyond for you. Gave them many challenges considering it was a stretched tire. We ran into a issue where my wheel was accidentally skipped for welding and they went the extra mile to have someone come in the next day to get it done. Id rather not have another broken wheel, but it ever happened again i will definitely be going back to them.

Shady is a true pro. I wanted to have my vintage wheels powder coated. I brought them in and he explained the process of how it would be done. I was unsure of the type of finish I wanted. He took time to show different coats and wheel examples in the shop, and let me take time to make a decision.When I got the wheels back I was very happy with the finished product. The quality is top-notch. They look great!Among other wheel services, if you want to powder coat your wheels, Wheel Doctor is the place to go.

My mom called me in a panic after she curbed three of the four wheels on her 2019 Acura MDX. I knew the wheels would be tricky to repair due to the machined faces but the cost to replace would likely be nightmare fuel. I gave Wheel Doctor a call and they told me to swing by so they could take a look at the damage. They confirmed they could repair the unique machined faces of the wheels so we left the MDX in their competent hands. 24 hours later the car was back and the wheels look brand new. You cannot tell where the repairs were performed. I cannot recommend Wheel Doctor enough!

I thought about writing this review several times and finally decided it was only right to communicate how I am left feeling. I brought my vehicle here for caliper painting a few weeks ago, my spouse even surprised me with a gift certificate, things over the phone felt good talking with whom I suspect is the owner, after scheduling an appointment I was told my decal stickers were not the correct color, rescheduled the original appointment, ok no problem, things happen, after more than almost 2 weeks I had to call them and say, hey what is going on? Did my correct decals arrive, mind you we have already paid for the service, I scheduled a new appointment for the next weekend, dropped my car off at 9AM which was my appointment time given by the business, employee didn’t arrive until almost 9:30AM after calling the business contact number someone answered the phone who was sleeping, the employee arrived, was apologetic, fast forward to later that day picking my vehicle up to find one of my calipers decal stickers was put on backwards, can’t wash my car due to the paint properly needing to dry so not only is the sticker backwards, I have to wait 5 days to wash my vehicle and now I must wait an additional week to come back because the decal must be reordered for them to replace it correctly, when I picked up my vehicle the first time the employee who worked on it left it so dirty inside, my steering wheel was covered with dirt there was red paint on the outside of my driver door, the window, and my gear shift, the service was just not ok, after this encounter I call the business number and a Women tells me to send photos of the paint I do that, she tells me she will have her detailer touch up my car, when I take my car back to have the decal put on correctly, no detailer had cleaned my car, actually dirt was left behind again, I just feel like after they had our money the professionalism went out the window, to add to this, they still haven’t contacted my spouse about his car it has been several weeks, which is ok we won’t be going back.unfortunately a very disappointing experience..

Top notch. Dinged a wheel on my new set of alloy wheels. I called around a few places but these guys sounded the best. Some wanted me to drop off the wheel for 3 days. At Wheel Doctor I dropped the car off the night before and picked it up the next afternoon, they restored the wheel to new condition and the price was very reasonable. Wheels get damaged, I will be back if it happens again!

I was quite disappointed with the after sale support. The repair didnt last longer than a week or two. As seen on the pic, it was not a new damage, but the paint they used came out due to the tire contact. Either it didnt dry out or the surface preparation before painting was not done right. Contacted them back, but silence on the radio.

This place is incredible! First of all everybody is so nice. They scheduled an appointment over Christmas break. My wheel looks brand new! While I waited for them to pull my car around, they seated me in a beautiful lobby and served me a glass of wine while I listen to French music and enjoyed burning incense. As a left, I was pleased to find out it actually cost less than originally quoted. I will be back again and again!

Brought my brand new car and brought it in to get my wheels customized. Had the worst experience. Paint started chipping off wheels. Called them and they said they would fix it, so I dropped the car off. They took their time and said it would only take a couple hours but ended up taking 3 days. And even after 3 days the paint on the wheels had cracks in it. I went back and the owner called the cops on me telling me that they don’t want be on the property anymore. I went to another wheel repair place in Portland and they laughed and were surprised at the kind of quality/customer service that I had received. Do not go to wheel doctor for any type of service, you will only loose TIME AND MONEY. And Also when I brought it to the shop they scratched my rear bumbper !! Would not recommend this shop to anybody!!!!! I posted this review 1 year ago, and I think someone somehow took this review off! I’m gonna keep writing until I get my money back. If they delete it one more time I’m taking this to the authorities!

Had a bent wheel from a VW Golf R, took the wheel in. They said theyd put it on their machine to straighten out, be a couple days, and call me when it was ready.Fast forward a few days. No call. Call them, get promised a call back, no call back. This repeats once or twice more until I get a mysterious voicemail 10 days later saying Theres a problem with the wheel. I call back, and get told Your wheel is cracked and not repairable, we dont like to tell customers that sort of thing via voicemail.I authorize them at this point to check in with their new and used (auto dismantler) suppliers for a replacement wheel. A few more weeks go by, with me calling once a week, and hearing the same story: Every time we order a wheel from one of our suppliers, the wrong wheel shows up.Finally, at 1 month after theyd had my wheel, I get a call from them saying they were unable to find any replacement wheels from any of their suppliers. I come back, pick my wheel up, and discover theyd been searching for GTI wheels, despite my telling them both the car the wheel came off (Golf R, also an option on some VW CCs) and even the model name of the wheel (VW Talladega).They ultimately ended up giving me my wheel with the tire on it as I gave it to them. I found the replacement below refurbed online after a few minutes of searching and had the replacement pictured on my doorstep in 3 days.To summarize: they were evasive over the phone, required constant reminder phone calls, rarely called back when they said they would, and didnt listen to me and incorrectly identified the model of wheel and the car it was from, leaving them unable to find a replacement after a month of searching. 2/5, at least they didnt charge me for running me around in circles and wasting a month of my time.

Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful when I called about having picked up a nail in my tire and when I showed up to the location. Five stars for that.However, NO ONE was wearing a mask (or wearing gloves), and most everyone was not keeping much of a distance. So, the idea is that a person doesnt know if they are asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic, that is why it is important to wear a mask when dealing with customers, especially those at high risk.After awhile, I decided not to wait inside the office (no masks, enclosed area) and noticed my car was parked and running outside the garage door. I asked and was told that the locks on the garage door were broken and the door couldnt be open, but the mechanics were working on it. I asked that the engine be turned off and I waited a little longer. Since I had no idea when the door would be fixed (on one said anything to me), I decided to try my luck elsewhere.I know that the broken door was just one of those unfortunate events, and I would have waited longer if it werent for the lack of communication and the lack of any kind of health precautions.

Dropped my wheel off to get fixed the super friendly staff member got right on it and fixed it so I didn’t have to make the 1 1/2 hr trip back to pick up on a different day. The work was so fantastic I couldn’t even tell where the damage was.

I went to WD based on all the amazing reviews here. Long story short, they ended up ruining my wheel by putting my car in the rain before the paint had time to cure. The wheel is completely covered in moon-like craters and looks horrible. Additionally, it they used filler and did not leave the wheel looking around. Pretty basic stuff!When I came back to get it fixed as instructed I was berated and told I must now pay $100 MORE to get it fixed. Unbelievable, as are most of the reviews here which must be bought and paid for by this exceedingly shady and illegitimate business.My pictures speak for themselves.

Went in to repair a dented wheel. They tried to repair it and then they cracked it. They said they had wheels that fit my car and they sold it to me for $600 bucks plus $120 to mount it. When I got the car back, the car still had vibrations and I brought it back and Lori (or Laurie) said it was my fault and I told her that I spoke with them just after receiving it there was vibrations. They fixed one wheel and put it on the car but the car still had vibrations but they said everything was fine. I had to replace another wheel because it was poorly welded by them and now the BMW dealership tells that the rear two wheels are also badly welded and they will crack soon. Stay away.

I bent 2 of my Tesla Model 3 performance edition rims on Saturday night. My husband gave Shadi a call on Sunday afternoon and he allowed us to drop off the wheels that day at his office. By Monday, which is today (also Veterans Day) they were done with fixing my rims and also repairing some curb rash. Alejandro got us checked out and loaded the wheels into our loaner car. I just called this place after looking at its amazing reviews and it’s far less amazing then advertised. All I did was call and ask about prices, I was having a hard time hearing the gentleman on the phone so I suggested I’d call him back in case it was my phone causing this issue. When I called back the same gentleman answered the phone and I let him know there was an issue with his phone and I’m still having a problem hearing him, He became very rude and hung up on me. When I called back I asked the person on the phone did I just got off the phone with you? he said yes, I asked him what was his name he said the owner. I then said ok I understand your the owner do you have a name? He said wheel doctor. I said ok because of you phone professionalism I’ll take my business elsewhere, he then hung up on me again. I’m not a review writer by any means but if this is the behavior and customer service experience your offering I wonder who’s writing your reviews.

After Discount Tire had me in tears after ordering the wrong rim and leaving me high and dry for a car show the next day, I was able to find wheel doctor who got my wheel fixed in less than 2 hours and it looks amazing! Bought a boat out of TX and had it shipped up to PDX. The shipper drove thru a round about and curb two of the four wheels bad! Wheel doctor turned around one of the wheels in less than 24 hrs and the second one was about 3 days. But it was BAD! Super impressed and very nice folks to deal with. The quality of the work was great as well.

We got curb rash on our brand new rav4 with less than 1000 miles. My heart was broken.I called The Wheel Dr. in the morning, sent a picture via text and got a quote within 5 minutes. I dropped the car off and the wheel was finished and back on the car later that day. I honestly can’t tell where the scratches were!! I’m especially impressed because it’s a 2-tone wheel requiring some painting as well as fixing brushed aluminum. I’m really happy with the service and craftsmanship.
