So, without skipping a beat, while out on my average morning business errands, and because of the miscommunication on BOTH ENDS, I STILL HAVE A CRAKED WINDSHIELD.WILL NOT RETURN!!

We had some minor body damage from a recent snow storm. We got very good quality workmanship and very good customer service. The entire process was explained and all questions were answered. Great workmanship, completed right on time as I needed my car back for a trip. Service manager Marcos was very caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only problem I had was with an Uber driver they provided for to give me a ride home. Almost got t-boned leaving their parking lot. Got me so shook up I accidently left my cell phone in his car. Never got returned by Uber driver.

The people here did a great and timely job at getting me back on the road. Very happy with the work they did and in answering the many questions I had along the way. They kept me up to date with the progress of the repair and helped explain things I didnt understand. Would recommend them to anyone else in the future. The manager here is also very responsive and it was appreciated.
Repair on door is visible and has swirl marks. Paint looks like they used a can of spray paint and a orbital sander to smooth it out. Scuff marks all over the interior trim work from prying it off to access damage. Fuse panel will no longer snap into place its damaged. When rolling down the driver side window it hits something and makes a clicking sound. Driver side window auto up and down feature no longer works and it did before I brought it in. Headlight control knob looks like it was taken off dipped in sand and then put back in place without cleaning off the sand. Inside of truck smells like a toxic solvent and is nauseating to be inside of the truck for extended periods of time.

Had some repair done to several body panels, the tailgate and the hood. The car looks as good as new. Work went efficiently, and Macey kept me informed of the progress. I cant judge the value, but I payed about what I was expecting. The quality of work was very good. Enterprise rentals is right across the street, so getting a loaner car was very easy. I would go to Caliber again for repairs.
I had body work done to the bumper from a hit and run. Upon completion they gave me my car back with scratches all over it, grey paint all over my drivers mat and panel near my pedals. I took it back to have them fix their mistakes and my car is still scratched on my bumper and the paint still on my panel and mat. They are unprofessional and I deserve to be refunded for such a sloppy job of work, this is crazy!

My car needed repairs for multiple times by accidents not at my fault. I appreciate d their courtesy and excellent jobs on repair. Real time updates via text gave me assurance. Even I have to wait for a long time, I will definitely wait to get repair done at the shop. I had to take my car to McCollum due to the other driver’s insurance preference once, they drained battery but refused to replace it. Then I realized how professional and best customer service Caliber provides. It is always nice to be able to trust auto shop since I have little knowledge about car.

My car was rear ended years ago. Originally I bought this car new. I took my car here and they took almost a whole month to repair my car. After I got it back I noticed that my gear indicator lights (D, 1, 2, R etc) didnt illuminate. I didnt really think nothing of it. Fast forward several years later my car started running rough. I then took the car to my mechanic and they told me someone put the wrong computer in the car. It was a computer for a manual and not an automatic. Several hundreds of dollars later they put the correct computer in and my gear shift indicator lights worked again. It all made sense that this auto body shop took so long because they removed my cars computer and put the wrong one in. I dont know what the computer replacement had to do with the car being rear ended. Do not take your car here. They always give some low ball estimate to begin with (Ive been here several times) and then when they begin working on the car the estimate balloons to an unbelievable amount.

This place rocked. I had almost $4,000 worth of work done, and they kept me up to date and informed every step of the way. I was always emailed updates on a regular basis to let me know what the status of my vehicle was. I really appreciated not having to call and constantly ask what was going on. The quality of work was great. I would recommend this place to my family or friends.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Abra. Someone smashed into the passenger side of my new Honda and once I got the green light to find a repair place I chose Abra because it was close to home. From start to finish the staff was extremely nice and helpful. They completed the repair quicker than I anticipated and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The Woodstock location is across the street from Enterprise so picking up and returning my rental was also easy. Car looks good as new and I’m thankful that a stressful situation (car accident) ended on a good note, thanks to Abra. I’d definitely recommend!

Our car was hit when it was parked on the street - hit and run, which is such a nasty situation to be in, but ABRA made our experience as easy as possible. They were able to get our car right in, worked seamlessly with our insurance, did exceptional work, and even returned the car one day earlier than they had originally estimated. Along the way, we received excellent and proactive communication from the Customer Service Manager, Chris Morreira. Big thanks to everyone at ABRA for doing great work for us!
Kadels has worked on my car twice. They are friendly, easy to deal with and do a good job. If I have a problem after my repair, they fix it. No problems, no issues, just good service. I recommend them! They found a problem with a previous repair (by a different shop) and they called them, coordinated records and communicated directly with the other shop. I was able to just drive over to the other shop and drop my car off with no hassles.
First accident ever, and though thats not fun, I thankfully got referred to Kadels Woodstock location to fix me up. Eric helped me through each and every thing and got me laughing and smiling to boot. He kept me updated with how the car was coming along through emails which was great. I got my car back much quicker than I expected!!!I sent him an email explaining that the day I was picking up the car was also the first day of my new job! So Id have to be in and out of there PRONTO to make it there in time. So, I show up just a few minutes before they open and I hadnt even gotten out of my boyfriends car yet when I see my little baby driving out towards me! I thought....,This is SERVICE, how do they know its me in this car?? Turns out Eric was thoughtful enough to have her driven out front, defrosted and ready to be driven away asap when I got there. (needless to say, I was half an hour early for my first day :))My car looks great, alignments all fixed, I am a happy camper!!Car accidents are no fun, but when you receive wonderful, thoughtful service from true professionals, it REALLY softens the blow!!!A+!!!!
Great service - the Abra team updated me everyday on progress and was very clear when there were delays. Car finished ahead of schedule and staff was very polite, professional and helpful. Car was given back to us clean and beautiful. Top job and would recommend this shop to anybody; ours was an insurance job paid by the person who hit us.
I had an amazing experience with Abra on Woodstock and 82nd. Carissa at the front desk was extremely helpful in guiding me through the experience, I received text messages updating me on the progress, and the vehicle was finished earlier than expected. The vehicle looks good as new, the people I dealt with were very friendly and helpful, so I would highly recommend it to others for any auto body work.

When my wife car got dented i was recommended to go here to get the car fix and voila there super awesome made me super comfortable. Quick and easy employee was super awesome.
Told me my repairs were guaranteed, but ghosted me when I found problems. Not cool.
Lack of leadership and communication among the ABRA crew led to inefficiencies on the repair of my car. It took them 6 attempts to finally complete an okay job and after the insurance inspector intervened. I called ABRAs head quarters, as the company states that customers satisfaction is their priority, but my complaint did not pass the representative who took my call, as I did not receive a call back. The manager at ABRA offered me a $50 gift certificate (that I did not take) for my time, frustration and stress; this was an insult and a very distorted idea of my expectations as a customer.
This company is beyond awful.Completely ruined my car. Ripped off my insurance co. Quoted me one price then jacked it up later. Made changes to my car I didnt like. Told me I would have it one day then got it another. I was working with one of the associates and then the general manager got involved and I have no reason why. Didnt call me and keep me updated with what was going on with the car, and said that they would. When I got my car back, the stereo didnt work the way I like it. It was a great stereo with a full rich sound. When I got it back it sounded like crap. They probably took my great speakers out and put in crap ones. One of their business men is probably driving around with them. When I told them what I didnt like about the repairs, they didnt care. Really disappointing shop. I wont go back to them ever.
Do NOT take your vehicle here. My insurance company chose them for me after an accident in February. The work was super shoddy. My hood doesnt even sit on my new car anymore. They replaced a headlight with a different model than the original but didnt replace both. They are only open during normal business hours, which is highly unusual and inconvenient if you work 8-5 too. They couldnt do the work correctly the first time and now I have to file a claim against them and a new claim to get my car fixed.
I would of put zero stars if I could, bad service, had my vehicle repaird here for an insurance claim and they did a lousy work, charged an arm and leg to my insurance for a messy work, paint has swirl marks, burn paint marks from the polishing, parts coming off, paint chips from the removal of other parts, charges to my insurance for paint but only was polish, sloppy installation, had to bring again unfortunate to the same place for warranty and this time there being jerks because they dont like to handle warranty, lousy service, hate this place never coming back. DONT RECOMMEND
This place is completely terrible. My estimate said that it would 2 days to complete my repair. Took them 14 days to complete and I didnt have rental coverage so I had to pay for my own rental and they completely screwed me over with the rental in cost and inconvenience. The day I was going to get my car back finally they called me and said its being detailed and it will be done. When I got the car back it was vacuumed but very poorly and was barely clean. Also I had stuff stolen out of my car. Be aware of this as they say one thing then do another and also steal from there own customers. Do not go here!!
Excellent service. The car is running great, looks like new and most importantly they regularly emailed us updates so we knew how the repair was coming and if we were expecting any delays.

While they did a good job fixing my front bumper, a few weeks after the repair I started hearing a rattling sound whenever I went over bumps. Because of the time between the bumper repair and the sound, I did not associate the two and inquired about it at my next oil change over at K&M. They couldnt find the rattling. Fast forward another year to when I get a comprehensive inspection on the car and mention that rattling once again. This time they found it...a socket wrench lodged inside the front bumper thats been bouncing around for a year.Now, I realize that nothing bad happened and it was basically in a harmless location, but I think forgetting tools inside the car is very unprofessional. Its like sewing up a patient with medical equipment still inside. Had it been in a location where it could fall out at a high speed, it could have caused injury or damage to my own or other vehicles on the road.Again, I say they did a fine job on the bumper and everyone was very nice. It looks good, but I worry about their attention to detail.

Kadel fixed my car due to scratch and hit on the right front door by another car, my insurance company sent my car to Kadel for repaired, they did a good job to fix it, I picked up my car and home, then I found there was small dent on the right rear door which was closed to the front door. I really did not know if this dent made by the shop or someone on the road, I called David Sliffe about my situation and he suggested me to take my car and let him check. He first used the touch up to fix the dents but not satisfied the result, so he sent my car to paint it and arranged a loaner car for my use until it done with no other charge.I highly recommend this shop to my friend in future.That is no other choice.
