I’ve had four or five broken into windows since moving into downtown Portland and I’ve come here for every single one. Today was another disappointing morning where I realized it had happened yet again, and I got off work early to get this done so my car was safe to pick up my son from school later. They gave me a reasonable price, were SO FAST and squeezed me in, and just always delightful. I love supporting a smaller business who really cares about their customers. And honestly, I’m sure I’ll see them again but hopefully not soon.

This small shop is big on quality. After talking with them and watching them in action, I would not trust my vehicle to anyone else. They care deeply about creating an excellent customer experience, and doing the work right.

They took care of my windshield replacement the next day and customer service was the best. I will definitely be going back to them. I had called other windshield replacement businesses and they were overpriced and scheduling days out. So I got lucky finding these guys :)

I came in with a perfect condition door, and frame.I left with a crooked door that won’t close right, and a section of paneling around the door was broken, thrown away, and then they told me I brought it in like that, and the cameras would prove it. They found it because they were lying to begin with.Then I asked them to bring the door back to the condition it was in, and the guy got aggressive with me. He walked away, I got in my car to leave, and he came back to my car, opened the door, and threatened me if I didn’t get out, because he was taking the window (I PAID FOR ALREADY) back. I tried to close the door, and he wouldn’t let me, standing in the way, getting in my face and screaming at me.I’m considering filing criminal charges against him, and reporting the company to the BBB.I have photos of the poor work, and a video of the assault for anyone who dares question me.

They did a fantastic job replacing the windshield on my Civic. Covid made the parts scarce and they had to keep it overnight. They were very professional and apologetic for the wait. I picked it up the next morning and as an added bonus they cleaned the inside of my car better than I have ever done it myself! 5 stars for 5 star service. They were super friendly, as well. Definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend them. My vehicle was broken into late Saturday night. I contacted them late Sunday morning and I had an appointment the very next day. I was in and out in just over 30 minutes with a new passenger window for about half the cost of some of the advertised places.

Came home from a vacation to New Mexico to a broken windshield. Called Marcus for a quote and in less than 24 hours I had a new windshield. Excellent service!

I had a good experience with them. They are friendly, fast, and they set realistic expectations on time. I discovered on a Friday morning that my Jeep had been broken into and these guys were able fit me in that afternoon. They also helped me search for my wallet when I realized it was missing and then allowed me to pay them using Cash App since my credit and debit cards were gone. Rad day obviously but these folks made it a little less paincul. They were so professional and friendly and positive. I will always take my vehicles here.

Was absolutely floored with my experience with mobile auto glass! My car was broken into and Safeflite quoted at me a week out for over $450. Called MAG and they got me that same day for half the amount. Not only was the savings huge but they also vacuumed out the shards of glass in my back seat without saying anything, that’s great service! AND waited for me to get back to my car from a slow bus route after 5:00. Will be recommending and coming back

I cant express just how impressed I am with all aspects of my experience with them. From the people answering the phones and making appointments to the technician that installed my new windshield, the service was impeccable! Henry, the technician, had to come out to my home in Vancouver several times in one day because of issues with my windshield and he was extremely professional, personable and timely.....thank you Henry for all of your time and expertise!!!! Hands down 5 stars! If you have insurance to help with your payment, leaving you to only pay the deductible, they do that here and it was effortless. I just called my insurance company, filed my windshield claim, provided Mobile Auto Glasss info and that was the last I heard about it.I called another shop and they were booked out for 9 days but they serially referred me to these guys after I explained my time constraints. That just blew my mind.These guys came to our place and literally had our windshield swapped out in an hour! Convenience at its finest. They even offer same day service upon availability! And the best part you ask? It was the same price if not cheaper than any place you would take it to, leaving you either stuck sitting in their waiting room while they swapped it out or worst dealing with rides to/from.Great warranty and very friendly service tech and customer service rep. Definitely recommend them to anyone who has a windshield or window that needs replacing.

Good price.Quick turn-around.Friendly staff.But just eh install quality.Glass was installed slightly off-center.Weatherstripping was poorly trimmed, resulting in ugly corners.One of my plastics wasnt snapped in properly.Minor hairs of adhesive on the inside of the window.Even the rear-view mirror wasnt fully seated.Perhaps my dirty car influenced the quality of work, or maybe it was the heat today. Regardless, Im not sure yet if Id be a repeat customer.

My windshield had a spreading crack, and they were able to send a technician to my house the very next day. The new windshield looks perfect, and the service was more affordable than I expected. Highly recommended!

They are friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Took my Audi in there with bullet holes knocking out my passenger and front windshield. I dropped my car off at the appointed time. And it was finished in under 3 hours be and I was driving away!

Overall, great experience. Last minute they were able to get me in for a door window replacement after a break-in. Quality of the job is top notch at a competitive price, about $100-$150 cheaper than everywhere else I looked. My only complaint is the lack of transparency, dont tell me the job is going to be done in an hour and a half and have me wait around when it is going to take 5 hours because youre so busy. Being busy is great, Im glad youre getting good business during these times, but next time dont leave people sitting around waiting and telling them just a little bit longer.

These folks were incredible. Got us in 30 minutes after finding our car window smashed, they cleaned the glass on the seat, and had a new window in place within an hour and a half. They were warm, funny, and incredibly friendly. Plus, the rate was the exact amount they quoted on the phone. I used mobile auto glass to replace my windshield. They were able to get me in much faster than safelite. Communication was great, and my windshield looks like nothing ever happened. Highly recommended

ABSOLUTELY 100% exceeded my expectations!!When I called about my car window problem, I talked to and was impressed with the lady (Mary) who genuinely listened to my situation and answered all my questions honestly and suggested I stop by that day before they close to see if they can help. So I drove over...When I checked in, she immediately got her glass technician (Jose) to stop what he was doing and to immediately assist me. I was thinking, WOW!! Without hesitation, he went to work on my window and repaired it within 30 minutes!!He was definitely knowledgeable and confident as he explained to me how he repaired it and that I wouldnt have to worry.  Its been about 7 months now and no issues.Overall, it was a very PLEASANT and HIGH QUALITY experience from a small local family owned business who seems to really care about the customers they serve in their community.1000% Highly Recommended!!

The job is done really nice and for reasonable price. Service is really professional and good except for the lady in the office. I told her 3 times I have two cars so I have to come back for the second one after work once I drop off another one so please leave me a key and send the picture. Of course I came and could not get inside my car. Because there was no key. I dont understand how can you waste peoples time like that, the drive here was 40 minutes one way.

I had my car broken into when visiting Portland and I called up these folks and 10 minutes later I’d dropped my car off to them. They were able to replace my window in an hour all while being super kind and friendly. I’d drive down from Seattle if I had to get my window repaired again! Wow! Needed my windshield fixed asap as the crack has gotten worse by the day. While all other auto glass shops have 2 weeks or longer to get an appointment, these guys got me scheduled within 2 hours, same day; what an experience this was! From setting up my appt with Mariela to meeting Henry who came out in the 117 degree weather to fix my windshield, it reminded me of how one can excel beyond their competitors — and this is why. Prices were also much less in comparison. So happy I found them. Thank you!!!

Good service and good people but the quoted hour and a half timeframe was more like 3 to 3.5 hours but if thats my only complaint then theyre doing pretty good.

I stopped in today to get a price on BOTH my windows that were broken by thieves. .They were (not the crooks, but the staff at Mobile Auto) very professional and personable, gave me a great competive quite and made me feel at ease that they could competently replace my windows. I have not had the windows replaced yet, so I will complete this review when theyre done. I think this shop actually CARES and wants to please his customers!

I literally sat there for 10 mins and my window was done. The entire time from when i called them to getting back in my car with new window was exceptionally FAST. I WILL NEVER GO THRU ANYONE OTHER.

My two back windows were smashed while I was at work this morning. I asked for a quote online and they called me within a half hour to get my appointment set up. After work I went to the shop, there were a ton of other cars being worked on, but they still had me ready to go within 1.5 hours. It was a relief to get this taken care of so quickly on the day it happened. Awesome service! Thank you!

Almost half the price of other places I called. They answered the phone Sunday morning and made me an appointment for the next day after I got off work. They showed up bout half hour after the appointment time which was fine and the two guys were very professional and the quality was top notch if not better than OEM. I would definitely recommend calling these guys first or after you get another quote because they are amazing!

Not only were they not able to install the passenger window correctly but they dropped something on my sunroof and didnt tell me about it. Now I have to make a second claim to my insurance. After 4 attempts to install this window I had to take it somewhere else. The second place told me that damage had been done by the previous installer. Do not have me come over there 4 times in a row to pick up my car when it is obviously not installed correctly.

I got a great deal on my 2004 Honda civic.

Very friendly staff. My rear windshield broke and they did a good job replacing it in a timely manner. My rear windshield wiper nut cap cracked but they ordered a new one for me. That took some back and forth, but ultimately came to a resolution.

My car window was smashed from a break-in. I had another company who was going to come by and fix it but, they had to cancel because they were booked.I called Mobile Auto Glass at 8am and they said they could be at my place at 11am. I think they were done in under 35 minutes. They were able to get out the glass, very professional, and appropriate pricing for the glass, installation and mobile service.I would highly recommend Mobile Auto Glass to my friends and neighbors and if this ever happens again, I know who I am calling!

I called 5 different auto glass businesses before this 1. All of them had rates up to a $100 more. And they were all a week out. When I told him that the cheapest rate I had was x amount, he beat it by $10 AND did it same day. Excellent service, great job, friendly staff.

These guys are great! I brought in my work vehicle to get a new windshield and even though they were about to close, the crew worked really hard and stayed late to get it done. I asked about window tinting and they stayed even later to get the tint installed. The front desk reception office was super friendly as well. Today was a very good day. I called Mobile Auto Glass and that same day was seen by there friendly staff. My windshield was changed in about 45 mins. Through the whole process I was aware exactly what was being done. The employees where honest about questions I had. I was mostly pleased with the window replacement I had done here. Quotes on the window from other companies were nearly $100 higher and the technician was available an hour later to come to me which was fantastic. The window looks great. However, there was a minor scratch left in the interior of my drivers side panel (pictured). Assuming this wouldn’t occur with a more expensive company which is purely speculative, I still would have gone with Mobile Auto Glass since they were so much cheaper and quicker. Would still recommend unless avoiding something like a scratch would be worth an extra $100-$150 to you.

Professional, straightforward service, quick turnaround and transparent with results! I had someone commit thoughtless vandalism on my truck in downtown Portland while on vacation. I needed same day turnaround to drive up to Mt. Hood to ski with my brother and girlfriend on my first vacation in a year.Mobile glass got my window fixed in a single day and were transparent when the only thing from the repair was a slight squeak of the window action, which they believed would subside after a bit of cycling the motor. This place is amazing. My cars side window got hit with a pellet gun and was completely shattered. Within 5 minutes of calling they found a replacement and got me in same day. The car is old and the power windows do not work too well. Not only did they fix the glass but now the window works better than it did before the damage. SERIOUSLY IMPRESSED!

They delivered my windshield for install and did not bring the required adhesives. The installer left and said he would be back the following day with the materials he needed and two weeks later my windshield sits in the garage and Mobile Auto Glass will not honor my apportionment and says they are booked months out. As a bonus, no other installer will put in a windshield they did not deliver. When I called today the person at Mobile Auto Glass told me that the installer had quit and refused to comeback because I was telling him how to do his job. Very unprofessional and completely fabricated line of BS.

Our van needed a windshield replaced due to a minor accident. On coming truck lost a drivers side mirror as he crossed a RR track. Our dash cam caught the action and we got the phone number from the truck. Responsible business owner paid for the replacement. Video was clear what happened.Spouses research found they had best price in town for high quality parts. They do all your cars glass...for all kinds of cars and trucks. We highly recommend. Fast. Affordable. Experts. Customer service is cheerful and knowledgeable. Owner Marcus has worked in the business now about 20 years.

This place was awesome from Sunday when I called because someone broke into my car to the replacement and vacuuming out my car of ALL the broken glass. They were so kind. I didn’t expect for the glass in the back seat to be vacuumed, or the pieces that made their way to the front seats and dashboard. They took out the cardboard box and plastic I had used to seal the hole. They went above and beyond and I’m so grateful to have found this place. Not too mention the front desk woman letting me know where I could get coffee and walk around. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Unfortunately someone broke into my car while I was hiking the Ridge trail (note: do NOT park at the small pull out by the entrance to the trail near St John’s bridge) after sunset on a Friday night. I didn’t want to leave my car out as it was forecasted to rain the next day *and* my partner’s car was recently stolen last month from our gated apartment complex when the gate wasn’t working... (the stats about Portland’s car crimes are true apparently).I called up Mobile Auto Glass at 8pm since they were open 24 hours. Marcus came over to meet me at the shop (a 45 minute drive from where he was too!) so he could lock up my car. A huge relief. He said he would have my window fixed by 12pm the next day - he had it done before 10am! Superb service. I’d def recommend this shop to anyone!

Woke up this past Saturday morning to find the back window had been smashed out of my car. I was worried that I would not be able to get it fixed until Monday, but Mobile Auto Glass was open and got me in immediately! I wanted to get my car detailed as well so I asked Marcus if he knew anyone and he gave me a great reference, In & Out Detailing. He even coordinated with the detailers to pick up my car from the shop so I could pick it up from the detailers at the end of the day! I took the car in to Mobile Auto Glass at 2pm and I picked up my car from Cory, the detailer, at 6pm waxed, clean (inside and out) and with a new rear window. Excellent experience and collaboration between two great local businesses! These guys are willing to go the extra mile for excellent customer service!
