This is my second time going here - both times Ive had great experiences! They are so helpful and willing to work with a budget. They were down to earth and friendly; no machismo BS! They were willing to talk me through every little question I had, and showed me on my car what they were talking about. Ive now gotten affordable new tires, a tire rotation, and had my brake pads changed here! Mario is sweet and very funny. I also appreciate that they are bilingual. I am excited that this location now does more than just tires too. (New name, same great service!)

Lost the key to the lug nuts on my wheels and got a flat. After having a frustrating experience with Les Schwab telling me they couldnt help me, I spoke to Mariano on the phone and got my car into Ortiz Tires and they got my car back on the road in a super quick turnaround. They were super friendly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I came here because Les Schwab wanted almost $600 for a new set of tires, and only a 35,000 warranty. These guys only wanted $400 and it came with a 50,000 warranty. The man, Noél, was very helpful and helped me pick out a good tire as I drive a lot. He had to order them because they were not in stock. He offered to put a used tire on in the meantime and that when they arrived he would switch all of them out with the new ones. He is awesome, and I highly recommend visiting to their shop. Support small businesses!!!They also do repairs now too, and if youre close enough, theyll drive tires out to your car if you break down!!!

Stopped in today about a tire rotation. I was having some vibration in a tire that previously had a flat. Thought it was unbalanced and Mario showed me the bulge in the tire I had previously not noticed. Glad he did or I could have had a pretty bad blow out on the highway.

Called right before they closed with a flat and he stayed open to wait for me. Fixed the flat in less than ten minutes, wheel back on the car, paid $10, and driving away in less than 30 minutes total. Its faster and cheaper than getting my bike tire repaired at the bike shop. I highly recommend this tire shop for the amazing customer service alone. Time will tell how the patch holds but so far so good.

Marcus and his team went above and beyond to help me out as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. I would highly recommend this shop and I will definitely be going there again. They were open later than any other shop in North and North East Portland. They will even pick you up if youre in North Portland with a flat. Superior service!!!!

Friendly, fast service. Way faster and friendlier than the big shops... I guess that happens when the people are personally invested! I bought a set of 4 slightly used tires, got a fantastic price. One of my rims is a little banged up and was causing the slightest leak - I stopped in a month later unannounced and they got it fixed up (rim sealant/glue) and had me out the door in 15 minutes for $10. (Pretty sure if Id gone in right away they would have done it for free.. but they took me at my word and that felt more than fair).

Setting off on a busy day of sightseeing, we found a screw in our completely flat tire, of course on a Sunday. We found these guys open and drove there on the spare. They helped us super quickly, fixed the tire, and we were on our way with a surprisingly cheap bill. They had smiles on their faces the whole time, that was the best part. Thanks!!

They presented a new tire that they were going to put on our vehicle but did a switch a roo with an older worn tire. Be aware. The business prior was one of integrity, we were sad to see it go.

Got ripped off by a used tire shop in sandy that sold me faulty tires. These guys swapped them out for me and then did an all around inspection on the rest of my tires to make sure i was back on the road safely. Honestly the ONLY tire shop i go to in St. Johns.

I came in to get my tires checked and left with my tires rotated, my tail light fixed (I already had it they just helped me install) and then I got my windows tinted from the guys next door. Absolutely amazing. And theyre open on sundays and have football on in the waiting room!

I blew out a tire on my van last night, and this was the only place who not only had my size in stock, but had me in and out in less than twenty minutes. Incredible price too considering the dealer and Costco both quoted me five times as much (and would need to wait two days for my tire to come in).

I brought my car in to get the seats steam cleaned. Not only was it done well, but he had the car all warmed up and waiting for me to pick it up on a cold windy night. He even changed my headlight that went out! I would certainly recommend this place.

We had a gash in one of our tires on a Sunday when hardly anyone was open. They got us in, patched the tire, and had us on our way in half an hour. Awesome service!

Not only are they honest at Tire King but good workers with good ethics and great prices I would recommend them to anybody! And you can take that to the bank!

The guys are friendly, helpful and professional. Two times Ive gone there without a lot of money to spend and theyve done me right both times, charging only a fraction of what the other tire places quoted me on the phone.

Tire king is wonderful,my breaks was 40 bucks plus parts, new tires 2 of them was 60 bucks,2 weeks later I blew a tire he fixed it free..plus fixed my broken side door on van that wouldnt close,new one charge..I recommend this place 100%

Trouble service they advertise that they do detailing and tent on your car I took my car there to have some house paint removed on it and they claimed they could remove it when theres said it was done with my car I still have house paint on my car and made excuses why they couldnt remove all the paint off my car still have paint on the window I was very disappointed and they have nerves to charge me 150 to remove paint on the outside of my car and did not detail the inside very terrible service they dont bother you late customer

I am very upset with these people because they stole a new tire that only needed a patch and they said that it was no longer useful, I bought a used one and they did not want to balance it, my brother went to buy a used tire and they sold him the same tire as to I was robbed !! Be careful 😠😡🤬
