Its a bead shop, I know nothing of bead shops other than they have beads. That being said the staff is helpful and courteous and my teen daughter loves this place.

I haven’t beaded in like ten years but I had so much fun in your store today and even more fun assembling everything after. You two were so helpful to me and really accommodating to my boyfriend who didn’t know he’d be waiting for 30+ min as I shopped. The beads are so beautiful and plentiful and I’m excited to come back soon and get more. Thank you!

What an amazing experience! Eric made our day through his kindness, charm, and amazing collection. He set up a table for us to sort through the exchange bead baskets. It felt more like we were welcomed in a home than a store. Jen was equally welcoming. We will be life-long customers.

The employees here are absolutely wonderful people. They were both very genuine and excited to talk about everything in the store. We happened to wander in and were instantly in love with the place. They helped us with so many different things and were incredibly knowledgeable. We aren’t from the area and they gave us a lot of recommendations of places we should visit. They were very informative of many things and seemed to genuinely really love what they do. I’d recommend anyone to stop in and at least see what they have to offer.

Im not a beader (is that a word) but I occasionally need some sort of jewelry related item and this place always has what Im seeking. Today I wanted a new leather rope necklace on which to hang a pendant. They had tons on the rack, but not one in black, in the length I wanted. The owner made me one, on the spot, to my specifications, with the type of metal clasp of my choice (from what she had in her stash). Super friendly and helpful. Looking around the place as she worked her magic, its a bead wonderland. So many beautiful items to choose from! Great place.

Dusti is super nice and helpful. I am going back to making jewelry after a ten year break. She was wonderful. She even suggested I not buy a tool, as one I was already getting had the same function. Her passion for beads and sharing her knowledge has made me excited for my next visit.

I came in with an intricate beaded pouch my Nana made many many years ago, that needed a repair. Some strings came loose and it was missing a row a beads. I thought I would have to just set aside the delicate, falling apart piece of jewelry and just keep it for display. But a woman who works there (maybe the owner?) was SO wonderful and repaired it for me in less than 15 minutes!!! So talented! Words cannot describe my gratitude. She only charged me $5 for the beads and thread work. I would have paid so much more. Im so happy. Thank you again!!

Visited for 1st time 2 weeks ago. Great, close locale for me.I assume it was the owner that introduced himself upon arrival, inviting me to ask if theres anything he could help me with.I was just there browsing but their display of loose beads were too enticing!prices were fairly reasonable.not much avail. in genuine gemstone strands as that is my main interest when shopping at bead stores- but the abundance of loose gems made up for that!Overall- a beautiful shop with very nice sales people!-Sandy- PORTLAND OREGON

Due to my being a Bull in China ShopI broke my favorite Blue Tear Drop thread (chain) clasp..That came out all wrong..Lol The woman there was very cordial & kind...She fixed my clasp at no charge..In days what have done for me Today ...Im older & appreciate kindness & courtesy..American workmanship...Thank you boy Ill return for sure & tell my family about you..

I had a rainbow colored letter M on a necklace that I needed to replace because the bead broke. Since I got the original fimo clay alphabet beads from this store, I went back to ask if they had another one. They didnt have an M, but I can adapt a W, so my Morse Code necklace is still good.

My experience with Dusti and Eric Dickman (the owners of Beads at Dusti Creek) is a unique and special one. The owners are some of the most honest, thoughtful and gracious people I have ever met. They have the upmost integrity and will go out of their way to help people in any way they can. They are guardian angels. Their store is precious, and one can tell the minute you walk in it is their passion. I am so incredibly lucky to have met these two incredible people and I endorse their business with 1000 stars! Over priced, poor quality goods. Owners of the business seemed a bit off. Not in a good way. Poor customer service. Dont give them your money, Dava bead and trade or Gold Door is much better.

I have always wanted to come inside. It is a nice store. To much merchandise in a small space. Nice packaging. Greeted when I came in, but no personal interaction. That was for the regular customers, it seemed. A little pricey.

Found this store because it is near a coin shop that i go to . I found the owner dusti to be very helpful in choosing the right gift for my grand-daughter and highly recommend thus shop.

EXTREMELY RUDE. The man who met me at the door is extremely snooty. I dont think I have ever met anyone as snooty as this person in my entire life. He treated me like I was a total idiot. Its like they dont want customers! I couldnt get out of there fast enough, and we were only in there for about 5 seconds. I am extremely disappointed with Beads at Dusti Creek. They should be ashamed at how they treat their customers who keep their stupid business going. An attitude adjustment is needed.

The people that work at Dusti Creek are very nice however their turnaround time for repairs is ungodly slow
