Floors 55 installed wood floors in our home in Portland about four years ago and did an excellent job. This year they redid our kitchen. In both instances the job was done perfectly and in the scheduled times. Jason and Don went above and beyond in making sure everything came out to our satisfaction. We love this company and are so happy we choose them to install our wood floors and for our complete kitchen remodel.Jason ( kitchen) and Don (floors) are the consummate professionals who went above and beyond what was expected.Not only did their crew install floors, cabinets and tiles expertly, they left the apartment perfectly cleaned and removed all of the construction debris on a daily basis.During both jobs we were out of town and they resolved a few unforeseen issues that came up due to the age of the house and appliance delivery problems.We are thrilled with our kitchen and floors and cannot recommend this company enough. Let me just say that Jeremy is the best!! He took care of us like we were family!!! That says something in this day and age. We bugged him with questions throughout the process and he was always happy to help explain how everything would work. We are so very pleased with our experience with Floors 55 and Jeremy! Would recommend them 100%!!

We purchased new carpet for our living room and bedrooms. We worked with Don. The installation crew showed up on time and the result looks amazing. We will definitely be back.

Originally had a hard time originally getting a call back from Jeremy, left many messages. Byron the owner or boss just kept referring me to Jeremy. Once we connected the floors were done quickly. Upon inspection, I thought they forgot the quarter round finish trim on the hardwoods. Found out Wasnt included in the bid ? looks awful with the big gap between the base trim and floor. Another flooring place we used (Birdseye Hardwoods) did this as included and... I just incorrectly assumed they would too .... Floors 55 says this is extra?. Jeremy said 3 week wait ....have to re-measure. blah-blah. But was insistent on final payment. The installer also didnt sweep up or clean up once done. So I cleaned up, vacuumed, and installed the quarter round myself. Im not hard to please but found myself very annoyed. Not a good experience.

The sub contractors are the worst, they were dirty, left their garage for us to clean up. Because they left their garage our dog got something in his foot and had to pay a vet bill. They did not finish the job and we are not getting answer to when they will finish the job. I would not go with this company.
