We had a great experience getting our Quartz countertops installed by PDX Cabinets & Granite! Danny was great at walking us through our options and Christine was fantastic to deal with on the design side of the project. All the people we interacted with at every phase of the project were punctual, competent, responsive, and professional.I shopped around when considering who to hire for our job, and their prices were super competitive. Im very happy we were able to support a locally owned small business with this kind of project. If youre looking for quality countertops and installation, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I stumbled on PDX Cabinets, literally because I was driving by on the way home from a disappointing visit to another cabinet company. I normally work with places where I have a personal referral, but I thought what the heck? Their showroom is terrific and made me comfortable with the product quality. I explained what I was looking for, then I received a design from them by email later that day. They had great suggestions for areas where I was unsure what to do and are VERY RESPONSIVE! What a pleasant surprise! Christine was amazing to work with and Im sure I have been annoying with my constant calls and emails, but she is always happy to help. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the 5 other places I contacted, and were comparable with Costco sale pricing. Their turn-around time is much faster than anyplace else. I received cabinets in about a week. I purchased all of my kitchen cabinets and quartz from them and would do it again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to others.

The seller did not like my shopping plan and purchase plan. Since the owners communicate in the language of another country, they decided that they could discuss me even when I had not left the store. It was evident that they were dissatisfied and for a long time accompanied me with a dirty look, continuing to discuss me. Felt very uncomfortable.Just remind the customer is always right.

Work took twice as long as they said it would. left a mess after every visit. left my driveway dirty. my cabinets covert in dirt. glue all over. overpriced!!!

I tried to do business with this company and could not get them to respond. If their pre-sales communications are so poor I expect their post-sales communications would be even worse. I will not risk doing business with them.
