Here is an updated review: I wrote two reviews in June 2020 shortly after buying my nice BMW x5 35i.The CarFax review is a five star review...I dont know why a three star rating appears. Dont be confused...this was an excelling car buying experience and deserves five stars.The Oregon Motors LLC website shows a five star rating, as it should, and a top notch review. I do not know why two ratings show up. I did not leave a three star rating. I have owned my car for two and 1/2 months and am happier now than at the time of purchase. Ramona was pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. My car is great!

Recently I bought Mercedes Benz ML-350 4 MATIC. Car is excellent. Almost as new. No issues at all. We bought a BMW X5 from Oregon Motors about a month ago. Ramona was great to work with and it was a very low pressure buying experience. The rear cargo cover was missing, but she took the time to find it and mail it to us. We would highly recommend this dealer!

Definitely recommend this place! It was quick and easy to test drive the car. Staff was informative and very helpful. Never once felt like I was being pushed into purchasing.

I primarily worked with Ramona on my vehicle purchase. She was friendly, communicative, and if there was something she needed to research, she got back to me quickly. There were a couple services I requested before purchase and those were all taken care of quickly with the documentation provided. I received the title right when I expected. It was a really straight forward transaction.

Went to this dealership and other ones in Hayden Island to look at various vehicles for my daughter. Although we did not know what we wanted, the salesman (Alin) was very patient and offered suggestions on vehicles we may want to consider.
