We loved our experience at Bradfords Rug Gallery and purchased a beautiful rug. They have gorgeous selection of everything you could want for your small or large scale projects. People are thoughtful, super knowledgeable, and the customer service was excellent. Family owned. We will be back!
We had an amazing experience at Bradfords Rug Gallery and we absolutely love our rugs! My elderly parents were burned out of their house and needed to replace all their rugs. My parents dont love to shop but Bradford and Beth were patient, kind, knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. We visited them several times and purchased 7 rugs ranging from a gorgeous 11x13 100-year-old persian rug to a soft, neutral, machine made wool rug. We would highly recommend Bradfords for the beautiful and diverse inventory, reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Thank you, Brad and Beth!
First, but certainly not last time, customer. Nervous about ordering on line without the touchy-feely aspect of carpet. Super-pleased with the great prices, excellent quality carpets, speedy delivery.
Always love to see all the beautiful new and vintage rugs at Bradfords Rug Gallery! Brad, Beth, and Courtney are always so friendly and helpful.

We just replaced the rugs in a few of the rooms in our home.Bradfords Rug Gallery (BRG) in Portland came very highly recommended by our friend who had rugs replaced in her gorgeous home.We went to the rug gallery to meet Brad and see the selection. The selection is great and he is really personable and incredibly knowledgeable. He came out to our home a few days later to see what we wanted to have done and he made it easy and fun.On the date of the install, Ed showed up right on time. He is amazing andmakes the process mess free; he also has a great work ethic.I happened to pass by one of the rooms a few hours into the project and noticed a dark patch on the plywood that the new pad and rug would soon sit atop. I asked Ed about the patch. He told me he had noticed a small depression between a few of the plywood pieces. In 15 years of living here it was imperceptible my wife and me. I remarked to Ed that since the area was about to be covered by a pad and then a rug, we would never have known that he had corrected this potential problem. He smiled and said he fixed it because it was part of doing the job right. Its only the right thing to do if youre truly a craftsman.I quizzed him a bit more because I found it so unusual that he cared so much. Again he smiled and told me that since his name is associated with his work, he wants it to be the best it can be.My whole point is that if you purchase a great product from a quality place like BRG the end result doesnt much matter if the installer doesnt really care about the quality of the installation.Bottom line is that we got a great rug with an amazing installation. It looks great today and Im confident it will look great 20 years from now.Brad, his rug gallery and the craftsman named Ed who does the installations are all first rate. This is a five star establishment.
