Just spoke to Matt on the showroom floor over the phone, he was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of different flooring even though he knew I would probably not be purchasing there at this time. I really appreciated all of his help, and will be giving my business to Floor Factors in the future!

After calling around multiple locations for pricing and leaving multiple messages, Floor factors was the only store to get back to me in a timely manner. When they did get back to me they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful, so I decided to go in person to see flooring samples in their showroom. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and helped right away. An hour later I walked out a happy customer after placing an order, as they were able to get me the best pricing for the best quality material I was looking for.I highly recommend Floor Factors for all your flooring needs!

Floor Factors has completed several jobs for us (a church). Over the years they have installed tile and carpet. Recently, they took an old room divider covered with ancient carpet squares and redid the wood and the surface of the divider . . . gratis! Always, they are competent and friendly, and come when they say they will. We highly recommend Floor Factors.

Fantastic place, everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Matt helped me with my kitchen flooring. I was looking for something neutral colored, inexpensive and removable as I am renting. He showed me several options, was thorough in explaining the details and able to give me estimates on the cost. He also promptly answered any follow up questions in emails and called when the flooring arrived. Im happy the total price ended up being less than the estimate he gave, it arrived in only a day and they delivered same day to my apartment for free. Overall, Im really pleased with the new floor and their quality customer service.

I love this company. They dont sub out, quality of installation is noteworthy. Also they always have such a great selection of remnants. Rick in sales is always quick and accommodating- so they are of course my go-to for special projects, commercial projects, and my own home projects.

Our general contractor originally referred us to Floor Factors four years ago and we are so grateful they did. Floor Factors has what we believe to be the best selection of floor covering in the Portland area and their staff is top notch. We have now had them install carpeting on two separate occasions and their installers are terrific. We have also had to ask them for help twice when areas of our house and carpeting were damaged by water intrusion. On both occasions they sent people out promptly to help deal with the mess and gave us referrals to some great waterproofing experts.As far as we are concerned Floor Factors is the best!

Just had to sit through lunch with 5 of your guys at the next table (Wendys on MLK). 3 of the 5 had your bright hoodies on with the company logo, and the company van was outside, so I assuming they are employees.These guys were loud and obnoxious. Loud enough for everyone there to listen to every word of their conversation, all while cussing every other word. I felt worse for the elderly people who appeared to be there just for coffee. I was glad there werent any young children present.

We needed to replace some carpet in our home office due to tears in the carpet. Matt took the time to find an exact match to the rest of our homes carpet. He also kept us from making a huge mistake by explaining the different types of carpets and pads and what was best for our home office. With the right carpet and pad combination, he said we should at least double the life of the old carpet.

For all of us googlers out there... if you need any type of floor covering or counter tops this is the place. After shopping from big box stores for best price, I was amazed after leaving floor factors with my 415 sq feet of material. In a nutshell, if ya need floor stuff go to floor factors. I got excellent help at Floor Factors on multiple days. We are getting carpet for our concrete basement and vinyl planks upstairs. We were doing an entire gutting of our house and are overbudgeted; the floor factors folks did not try to upsell us but calmly walked us through all our options. Fully recommended!

This review is for tile work done by John, one of the Floor Factors tile guys. For our condo remodel, John completely tiled 2 bathrooms (floors, showers, wainscot), the kitchen backsplash (with a large scale dimensional tile!), and the fireplace surround and hearth. He is a true craftsman. Each location had its own challenge from quirky angles to large expanses of uneven walls - he made everything look beautiful! And in several instances, he was able to suggest alternatives to what we had originally chosen that would solve our tiling challenges...and he was right every time!! We are so thankful that John was assigned to work on our project. He is a credit to the company.
