Big Frog of Portland does an excellent job of working with customers, they can print low numbers of garments, and rush orders as well. Very high quality prints that dont flake off, durable and washable. Ive gone through them twice, and I plan to use them in the future. 10/10 would recommend. Great customer service.

I was looking for a Grandmother,grand children t-shirts as a Birthday gift. I described the design I was looking for, a heart with Grandmother printed in side and ten hand prints around it with the grand childrens names on the hands. I chose the size of the shirts and the colors. Big Frog will mail the shirts to my sister when the order is complete. I already have an idea for a new shirt idea. Using a photo from my phone of my friend and his new Boa snake. Having it printed on a sweet shirt or a hood die. Quick and polite service. Convenient service.

My experience at the downtown Portland Big Frog was fantastic. They were very friendly and their graphic artist helped me create the perfect t-shirt for my familys big event. They work with you to get every detail right from color of t-shirt to altering the image to look more rustic to match my theme. The owner of the shop, Sanford, was also super friendly and several employees even helped make sure I was parked in the right location so that I wouldnt get a parking permit. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

What to say?... Big Frog really pulled a company project I was working on out of the depths of failure. I was working with our first vendor for 3-weeks on a project only to find out that once the design was finished they would not be able to meet our initially quoted timeline. In fact the first vendor said it would be another month.In steps Big Frog. I called them, last minute and needed 200 masks printed within 1 week. We had our initial call and provided artwork on that Friday. The following Monday I had the invoice, the variations of the artwork, and a verbal commitment to have the masks done by Friday. And like clockwork, the Big Frog team came through. Not only were our masks printed on time to meet the shipping deadline, but the masks came out way better than we could have expected.Another HUUUUUUUUUUGE thank you to the Big Frog team for making my colleagues look good in their new masks and for me making me look good in front of my cross-functional partners.

I had an idea for a hillarious T-Shirt. It was a picture of Arnold Schwarzenegger and said Its Naaaat a Toomah! They took my weird idea, made it work, and gave a nice comfy shirt as a gift. I go there for all my joke t-shirt ideas now.

The end product turns out amazing with great quality shirts.I felt safe picking up my purchase. They were taking all the necessary precautions. I have used the large amphibian printing friends two years in a row for a small custom job. I make my art and they print it on a shirt. Ive been super satisfied and the people whove seen the shirts enjoy them. There may be better services out there but my experience with Big Frog in Portland have been excellent and I would recommend anyone who needs shirts printed to reach out to them for their custom shirt needs.

Big Frog was great. After a horrific experience at another not-to-be-named local business, trying to get our logo printed on hats, I was wary of trying again. The designer I worked with was responsive and very clear and honest about how the process might go. The proof I got was spot on for the finished product. This is the second time I’ve used Big Frog and it was just as awesome as the first. This time I ordered custom aprons with a jpeg design to be imprinted, and they discussed the apron types and the best printing process for something that’s likely to see more severe wear (BBQ’ing, etc.) The aprons turned out fantastic! They were on time and even better than the proof. I’m so pleased. They’re also following good COVID protocol which I appreciate as a customer. Highly recommend them!

The store is a hidden gem. The staff is incredibly friendly and competent. Bring them ANY idea and their in-house designers can work with you to create apparel that will blow your expectations out of the water. I Love this company. I have spend thousands of dollars with them. The designers are extremely patient and good at communicating order status. Good customer service is becoming a dying art in the digital age but not at Big Frog. Weather picking up an order mid-week or stopping in for an impromptu order on Saturday they are world class all the way. One thing that has really impressed me about this company is that the company stands by the customers regardless of the situation. In my case I have had both a designer mistake and also a vendor mistake and in both instances the Owner stepped in without me requesting it to fix the problem. As a small business owner myself, I understand that sometimes factors outside of our control can work against us. Big frog has worked on two projects for me. Both were easy and turned out just like Id hoped. Their in-store designer was able to put together a simple design for me in less than 10 minutes, and show me a mock up of what it would look like.My only complaint is that the ink printing only shows up with dark ink colors on light fabric. That makes sense, and they have samples in store to show you what each ink color will look like on each color fabric, but it does limit your design choices.Overall, though, they do a great job and are very easy to work with.

I guess I could call it ok. We went inside on a Saturday and the lady was already busy with another customer, so we browsed through the store. The shirts are expensive, but all printing is expensive. After a few minutes, we decided to leave. It seemed like it would be about another 30 minutes until wed be helped.But its ok. It seemed like shed just started working and was learning the ropes.

Amazing customer service by Nate. I brought in a drawing that my friend had done for me. It was to large to fit in the scanner so Nate took 4 separate scans of it and rebuilt the image flawlessly on his computer. He then helped me design a logo for the back of my shirt. He spent a good 30-40 minutes working on my shirts design on the computer trying to get it just perfect and listening to any input I had. The price crazy cheap especially with all the help you receive. When my shirt was done front and back it was only 22 dollars. Great deal and I will certainly be back!! Also if you have a complicated drawing his ink printer that puts the ink on the shirts will capture every tiny detail.
