I own many businesses and this is the most unprofessional and unorganized business I have ever dealt with. Stay away if you want good service or your things in a timely manner

I love the work they do. I honestly cannot give them more starts. The professionalism and customer service leaves some to be desired. I came to get a logo design embroidered on some hats and a vest. I was quoted the wrong price. My vest was suppose to have the logo on the back side in the top center, instead they embroidered it on the front left corner. When I went back just to ask if my order was ready they would just tell me they would call me when it was ready. I waited a few more days and went to ask again. The order consisted of 3 hats and a vest. I am a local business owner and I was trying to make just a couple things with my logo, because I would like to make more for my entire staff. I was extremely happy with the end product but could of done without the attitude. How can someone be so upset and have such a bad attitude toward their customer after they have messed up the order. I was told today come back after 3:30pm and it should be ready by than. Mined me its been a week since I first came in. The girl made it sound like it was my fault that she did it wrong. And i was like are you serious!?!?!! SMH... Anyway, I went home and got some work done came back at 7pm and the hats still werent ready. I was so upset. After all that has happened. I think I will just pick up my last hat that they have to finished and be done with this place. I would advice anyone considering this business to do business to do more research than I did and find an embroidery place with better customer service. The guy tonight was like, it is not my order so I cannot work on it. Like, so ur telling me you all only work on certain orders and leave the rest for someone else? To me that makes no sense. Like why are you taking more orders and starting on new orders if you haven’t finished other orders like mine. So they are just starting everybody’s order and not finishing them. Well, of course your backed up! Do them in order and finished them as you go. No common sense or sense of alertness.

The girl helping me was very rude while I was trying to buy some sweat shirts for my business. She only wanted to talk to my fathers son and even after we left she continued to try to contact him on the number from the shirts which is my number. Then when I called her out on it she said I was no longer aloud in their store. I think your employees need to worry about their job and not getting laid. What a disgrace of your business. The even sadder part was the manager condoned her behavior. Theres plenty of places I can go and not deal with such unprofessional behavior!
