I bought a red leather phone case for my mum for her birthday (July/2015) and she loves it. It is aging really well, the colour has stayed intact and not faded at all like another one I got for her other phone. The turnaround time was great. I am now on my 4th Hand and Hide leather phone case. The most overlooked feature of these cases is the protection factor. I have not incurred any phone damage from uncountable drops and falls in nearly 5 years. Four different phones and no damage after daily usage.The new micro suction holding strip is awesome. I have a LG G7 ThinQ and it is the most secure case so far.The cost of a fine leather case is justified by the protection features alone, yet the functionality of the card slots and cash pocket make this more than a phone case.I love the phone cases from Hand and Hide. I have them for my Nexus 5, 6 and 7 and I have one on the way for my Nexus 5X.I get compliments very often on the quality of the leather and the functionality with the card pockets that allow me to get rid of my wallet and only I carry my phone case now.

I am a first time customer and I just purchased a leather wallet case for my OnePlus 8. I had to email Jeff to see if he could make me a wallet case for my phone because it is from Verizon. Jeff immediately sent me a reply and said he could make me one. Within two weeks I received my case. The smell of the leather almost knocked me over! I had some difficulty putting the phone in the case because it is a tight fit. I sent Jeff an email thinking I was doing something wrong. Within an hour Jeff sent me an email and explained how to install the phone. That is what you call customer service. I love my case, it is a little stiff, but like good leather, it will soften up. I highly recommend Hand and Hide. The cases are a little expensive but isnt your phone worth it? This is a first rate company with a first rate customer service. There are other companies that take days and days to reply to your email questions. Not Hand and Hide. Take a chance and visit their website. I guarantee you will like what you see. I didnt realize how much the case had become a must for me until i had to order a new phone and needed a new side to my case. I felt completely lost without the case while i was waiting on my order. Its not designed to be a wallet but this is how i use it. The two slots are great for a credit card and driver license. This is great for going places where a purse is more of a hindrance. My iPhone SE case is more beautiful than i imagined it could be - and it becomes even more so as it ages. Hand and Hide does beautiful, high quality, and functional leatherwork.Before i start gushing about how much i love my case, the only thing i would change about it is the area of the design that spans the crease. I chose the hummingbird etching, and the beak has faded a bit where the case opens and closes. For my next case, i will probably chose a design that either spans the whole case (like the wave pattern) or which avoids the crease.Now, on to the praise! I am an avid biker, artist, and theater-goer, so i needed my case to not only express my personality but also protect my phone in a wide range of situations. Im happy to report that my phone and screen have survived many a drop (and one crash) from my bike, thanks to the cases protection. In fact, there isnt a single scratch on my phone even though ive had it a year! Additionally, Im able to carry all necessary ID, cards, and cash in the case as well, which saves me from carrying a purse. But, since the case is so beautiful, I can carry it with me even when im seeing a show and need to be a bit dressed up.I will definitely buy from Hand and Hide again in the future!

I purchased the convertible wallet case for my iPhone 6+ over a year ago. I dont often splurge on myself so it took me a couple of months to research all options and realize I wanted this case above all others. I absolutely have NO regrets. Worth every penny. It feels wonderful in my hand and I doesnt make me sweat when I tuck it into my top pocket (aka bra cup). Wow - The quality of the case they sent is outstanding. I have a Galaxy S8+ and Galaxy S9+. Both phones are situated in each case slot perfectly, the camera holes are extremely precise and access to the power and function buttons is excellent. Charging and sound ports are free and clear. Such a great hand made product, I travel internationally and I have received a lot of compliments on the look and quality. I have had the case 2 + years now and it still looks great. It holds important business cards and credit cards securely. The size of the iPhone 6 Plus seems large but it actually doesnt feel that way in my pocket. HAND AND HIDE, this is one of the very best phone cases I have ever owned. I was looking for a sturdy, non-plastic, wallet case and found exactly it from Hand and Hide. Ive been using it for about six months and there are no rips or cracks in the leather and all the stitching has stayed put. I chose the red colour and it has not faded or come off onto my hands or in my purse. It is a bit bulky for talking on the phone but its easy to take the phone out of its case if need be. I see they now have a model that can be snapped apart for easier talking on the phone, which I would probably select for my next one. Very happy with the product and service from Hand and Hide!

I have a phone case (LG) and recently bought my husband a wallet from Hand and Hide. The quality is excellent! I am a purse stuffer, and I was able to get extra slots for my phone case. Most of the time I use it as a phone case, but I love that it becomes my wallet for nights out so that I only have to carry the necessities. Hand and Hide are fantastic. If youre in the market for leather accessories, their base products are every bit as amazing as youd hope, but the customer experience doesnt stop there. In my experience, compared to Hand and Hide, not many well-established craft companies are even half as flexible and accommodating in tailoring their products to consumer need. But whats more, I havent come across any small custom-manufacture businesses (in leatherworking or otherwise) who have such an up-to-date, well-rounded line of base products and services. I will be buying from these folks again.

I purchased a phone wallet for my Moto X phone from Hand and Hide in August, 2015. The wallet they sent me was exactly as described and has been used daily since then (today is 2/20/2017). It looks as good (the leather is first rate and the workmanship is flawless) and it has saved my phone from a nasty fall on a couple of occasions. The wallet is perfectly designed to carry everything I need (credit cards, currency, drivers license, library card, business cards) and still fit in my pocket. It is so useful, my 16 year old son wanted one, which we recently bought for him - he is equally pleased.

Absolutely beautiful cases. I just purchased a new wallet style for my new phone after having had one for 3 years for my old one. The prior one never frayed at the stitching and never loosened at the ends of the stitches. With the oils of your hands touching it constantly it gets better looking with age. I ordered a wallet case from Hand and Hide for my Nexus 6 more than 2 years ago. After all that time of HARD usage, the case is still in great shape and even more beautiful. It has protected my phone from multiple hard drops. The craftsmanship and materials are top notch. I have put off upgrading my phone several times because I just cannot bear to part with this amazing wallet case. I did finally upgrade to an S7 Edge and am ordering a new convertible case for it. The customer service was unparalleled on my first order and they even did a custom cutout on the back to accommodate the Motorola M dimple for no extra charge.

The reason Im reviewing them is because of how impressed I am with their customer service. Shes had the wallet for about a year and the button snap broke from everyday use. I took a shot in the dark and emailed hand and hide not expecting much and man was I wrong. They were super friendly and quick responders letting me know if I mailed it to them theyd be happy to fix the button if Id pay return shipping. Not only did they fix the button but they noticed that our base style was different from what they do now so they asked if wed like to upgrade bases at no additional cost. A saw a friends Hand and Hide phone case and knew immediately that Id want one of mine own. These are not inexpensive cases but neither is an iPhone so protecting it is top priority as far as Im concerned. I feel like the phone is safe and secure, even if dropped. The cover not only protects the screen but also hold my drivers license and several credit cards. Ive started leaving the purse behind when I run into any store cuz its all I need. Freedom! I also loved that I could create my own laser cut design. Nobody has a phone case like mine!!! On top of all that the customer service at Hand and Hide is outstanding...I asked all sorts of questions. When I was worried about my snap losing its oompf they said theyd replace it. The only problem was that Id have to send it back and then be without my case for a period of time! I decided the snap was ok for now. The only unfortunate thing about these cases is that they are crafted to last a good long time... so dont think theyll break or wear out before your phone does, they wont.
