I was recently on a flight from Portland, OR to Denver, CO. The purpose was to accompany my 22-year old daughter who was traveling for medical purposes. She was to the point where a wheelchair was needed. A nice professional lady with Bags, Inc. came up to me immediately after seeing me struggle with my daughter and our luggage (her name was either Debra or Deborah). She brought a wheelchair and put one of the pieces of luggage underneath. She was extrememly helpful and friendly. She then proceeded to help me check my bags, get me through Security, and then to a restaurant by our gate to a nice table. She even went into the restaurant and got us a waiter and menus. She was just so kind, accomodating, and helpful all around. If your employees act as she did - you will have one very successfuly business.

Darian Ben Candelario helped me find my car. He picked me up after I arrived at PDX yesterday (10/31/2021) on a flight from Boise, Idaho. He was excellent--he even helped me find my car in the huge, long term parking lot. We started at the top and went down from floor 7 to floor 3, and then we did it all over again, except this time I found my car on floor #6. I was so happy I forgot to give him a tip--I would have paid anything to have someone help me find my car--I was lost, exhausted and only wanted to get him.Thank you, Mr. Candelario!
