One of my clips on my bag had broke. The nice lady was able to fix my bag in store and the clip was only 4 bucks. She was super helpful 🙂. By the way Timbuk2 bags are the best. Had mine over 15 years still going strong.

I couldnt decided what sized messenger bag to buy online so i went to the store to see them in person. It is easily accessible via max or streetcar and is in a nice part of town. The staff was great and they carried a color that i was not able to find online. Best part of all was the bag was half off! Great experience and will definitely come back!

Great service, good gear. The staff were nice to my kids while I was checking out some message bags. Although I told my kids to leave the touch screens alone the staff insisted it was OK and allowed them to use them while I was buying a new computer bag

Great customer experience. The staff didnt pressure us to buy anything, were absolutely chill with my brother and I looking around and browsing without the goal of buying anything. They offered bags that suited us (as travellers) and were extremely friendly to us; making conversation about things other than their products.

I bought a bag second hand from a friend. I love it. It was missing a strap and I went into the store to see if I could order a replacement...they had a new one in in store for $5. And they cleaned up my bag. My daughter picked up a new messenger bag too.My next bag will be a new Timbuk2 - Im going to custom order it in store with the material choices of my preference.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful without pressuring us. Theres just one thing I would like to say about this company, well done! The story starts with I do not look at or buy backpacks often. But, a week before a big trip I was going on I was walking around in Portland when I passed this place. I walked in to check it out cause it looked very clean and local. I am immidiatley greeted by extremely nice people. They show me around and ask questions without overwhelming or upselling me. They truly cared for my needs. The main dude who was working with me brought out sparkling water to enjoy while I was trying out backpacks (very Portlandy😂). In the end somehow I ended up walking out with one of their backpacks on my back. Great job to the company for making backpacks such high quality, with so many pockets, designed with laptops in mind and can accomplish anything from commuting to hiking (with a lifetime warranty). And great job to the employees for being extremely welcoming and modelling the way a business should look.
