Excellent costumer service! Thomas was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions and concerns about buying a new bed. I was looking for a firmer mattress because I am a stomach sleeper and needed something with more support. After showing me around, Thomas allowed me to relax and test out mattresses for myself. I didn’t feel any salesmen pressure or hovering from him. It was a very relaxed and easy process. I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for right in my price range. Our salesperson Marc Brown was so personable, down to earth, and helpful. My partner and I felt supported in finding what met our needs without being pressured to do or buy anything we didnt want. He was patient when we went back and forth on things, asked a lot of questions, and discussed things between ourselves at length in the store. After we made our purchase in the store, Marc was readily available and responsive to answer questions and work out logistics on delivery, including coming back to the house to help us with setup when it wasnt quite where we needed it initially.Super pleased with our purchase and the shopping experience.

Great Service & Selection. I came in and had a fantastic salesman Thomas Burnett show me several options for the type of mattress I wanted. I went in thinking for sure I wanted a medium firm spring mattress like I used to have. After Talking to Thomas and looking at those options he suggested some other types. I never got the feeling of being pressured to make a purchase and was shown several recommendations. He was very helpful and PATIENT despite my finicky criteria due to my sleep and body pain/heat issues from CFS/Fibromyalgia symptoms. I decided on a HYBRID FIRM Copper II by Sealy and im very happy with my purchase. You obviously will pay a little bit more than ordering online. BUT, this has your mattress delivered into your home and the old one taken away the very next day after you purchase it. The two men who delivered this mattress were also fantastic, one put the queen sized hybrid on his shoulder and carried that thing into my apartment, the other carried the box spring the same way... after they left I tried just lifting that mattress and couldnt. It took only a few minutes for them to deliver the new mattress and remove the old one. Also, dont forget to have cash to tip these guys after they deliver it to you. I luckily had some on hand and didnt even think about it until they pulled up. Everyone Ive encountered from this Co. were extremely polite, informative, fast, and efficient. I will be buying my next mattress from the same Co. and salesman if possible, when the time comes.

I was hit by a car in Sept and a bus in Oct of last year. I just had a baby in Feb (our 3rd). I reached out to dozens of mattress firms and these guys were the only ones to see it in their hearts to find us a donation program that could help us. I ended up getting a Beautyrest BLACK with all the bells and whistles. For free... 15.5 inch high mattress. Feels like Im sleeping on a cloud. Our baby was fussing so I laid him down between my wife and i and BOOM the baby is asleep. Screaming to asleep in a split second. Weve been sleeping like that now. Thanks Mattress World Northwest! The clerks here are very helpful and smart. I came in with my three kids, ages 4,5, &6, looking for a new bed and frame. As you may know, its not easy shopping with children that like to run around. So, the clerk allowed my children to roam free, and helped me choose my bed. He also helped me choose my bed frame. It was quick and easy and Race was very helpful and understanding of my situation.The bed was delivered on time with a nice 2-hour window, and the clerks were again very helpful as I moved up my delivery date. The bed was set up very well and on time! A couple of days later, when I realized that the frame would be better with a box spring, for more support, I called back to buy one. Lisa was very understanding and helpful, giving me a reasonable price and getting the box springs to me quickly. Im very happy with my experience there. The clerks are helpful, smart, and considerate.

I knew what I wanted generally but he helped me to fine tune my choice with some questions that directed me to a different mattress then I came in for and more likely a better fit. Great selection of mattresses and the customer service was outstanding. I never shopped for a new mattress before and Teresa and Brendan helped me with all of my questions (and i had a lot of them), and educated on what to look for (and feel for) when going through a process of buying a new mattress. I was greeted with a smile (always a great starter). She went on to listen to my needs and budget, then gave me 3 great options with brief descriptions of how it helps me. After a pleasant conversation while getting my paperwork ready she proceeded to even call a taxi for me and my great mattress. And talked with me even more while I waited. Above and beyond what I expected. The mattress is very comfortable and I will return if need be.

I bought a mattress from MWNW back in 2012 before it acquired the existing Mattress World locations due to their financial troubles. Because of that, I didnt think there was any chance wed be able to get a new mattress under warranty but I figured Id try. I was beyond impressed with Amanda and the warranty departments speed and communication. Within 5 days of sending in my claim and all of my photos, we had a new mattress delivered to our house and our old one taken away. It was a completely unexpected customer service experience to say that least. Thank you.

Here is what happened to me.The bed I purchased and the one that they delivered were not the same. I did not notice until the mattress began to break down. Whatever caused that I do not know how it could be made so CHEAPLY that this could happen in 6 months. This $679 mattress sells at Standard TV for $279 so you can see they make a nice profit.I am tired of being taken advantage of these days so I decided to go to BBB for assistance in getting my cash back. What happened there was a complete mockery of my complaint and the BBB.Nobody that answered my complaint wanted to take care of me at all. In fact they even focused on a delivery issue and completely overshot the problem that was that the mattress I have is NOT THE ONE I BOUGHT. They just dont want to hear it.I did not know that buying a mattress was like buying a used car but be advised at this place it sure is.If you shop here take a camera along. Photograph what you buy. Read everything on your receipt and if they gift you anything be sure it says FREE on the receipt or they will charge you later if there is any issue.And if ever a mattress salesman tells you that A MATTRESS SHOULD FIT LIKE A SHOE you had better run because you are just being groomed to accept it when your mattress caves in in the middle like they say it is supposed to do I guess.Yes they want to give me another one but I dont want another cheap bed! I want my money back and they have offered me $390. Lets see 679-390=$289.00 I get to lose due to NO FAULT of my own. Its just not right. Shop somewhere else.

No hassle experience and landed a great deal on a locally made mattress with as much natural based material as possible. Switched from a fifteen year old futon and it is like night and day. Loved the sales staff and the delivery service was fantastic. They worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted when we wanted it. Will always recommend Mattress World in the future.

I will say it over and over that I had the easiest time buying a bed from Mattress World Northwest. I went to the downtown store, and the employees were very knowledgable, and had all the patience in the world when it came to finding me the right mattress. I felt that there was actually care put in to getting me better sleep, which is wonderful to me, because you dont get that just anywhere. On top of it all, their prices are unbelievably better than any other mattress store. Believe me, I shopped! Will return for years to come. Thank You!
