Thomas was great, really helpful in helping me find solutions for a master bedroom with odd dimensions and a guest room day bed. Pricing was under what I expected, especially for premium options I looked at. I hope I don’t need another bed for at least 5 years but, if I ever do again, I’d shop here first.

The sales guy was really knowledgeable. I wish that he would’ve told me the price is up front instead of making me wait to find out what they were going to be. Price wasn’t bad. I hope they deliver on time!UPDATE: Got a call this morning that the mattress that I bought wasn’t available. That’s twice during this transaction that they switched the product from the one that I thought I was getting. It gave me a bad vibe, so I just went back to the store and canceled my purchase altogether. 🤷‍♀️When things don’t happen with ease & grace, I take it as sign that it’s not for me!

I had a fantastic buying experience from Mattress World Northwest. After having a horrible time getting a new mattress (bought it from Amazon, ugh). It finally delivered, I realized I had been sent the wrong size. I was finding it difficult to find box springs and a frame to go with the mattress. Then I found Marc. He really took care of me. Gave me a fair price, and delivered my purchase same day. Even still, the rails were the wrong size. He brought a replacement the very next day. He was real nice, had a great attitude, and just all around awesome. Thank you Marc, your customer service is on point. Sorry my review is so late.

Just had an amazing shoping experience with Thomas Burnett at the Jantzen Beach Clearance Center. He full on listened and had me try several beds and tell him what I like about each bed. Once we had several choices, he then told me about the beds and what was similar and different about each bed.Money was not discussed until the end as he knew what my starting budget was. He fully worked within my budget and did not pressure or try to upsell. He was more concerned about what features were most important to me.As a person who has worked retail for 30 plus years, this was greatly appreciated. I will be telling friends and family to come see him!!!!

The sales rep. Jake provided an awesome shopping experience. Because of his newness to the company and function of his location he couldnt share a lot of specific nuances about Mattress World proper policies but he understood manufacturers and their products. I am now highly motivated to spend the extra for the Sterns and Foster comparable mattress and my enthusiasm is directly attributable to his phenomenal customer service. Thank you!

Came in for a power supply for a medical bed, the manager could order one but took care of us that day by taking a power supply from a floor model. Great customer service Marc was amazing and a great person as well. Thank you very much

We had been to several other mattress stores before going to see Adam and Alex - night and day. While the other stores were more focused on showing off top of the line and not caring about our financial comfort level, Alex and Adam took the time to really LISTEN to what we wanted and the range we wanted to stay in price wise. They were both attentive but not hovering; there to answer questions and provide insight, but gave us time to process and think without stalking around like sharks smelling blood in the water. It was so wonderful to have the two of them really listen what were saying, and guiding us to what would fit our needs. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend them for all mattress needs. There was no pressure, no “slick salesman” tricks, just honest service. Thank you!!
