This family owned company is fantastic, reliable, and delivers, literally fantastic allergy free non toxic beds and pillows.I own both a bed and pillow and have not had any problems since purchasing. Going back for my 3rd mattress now that little brother is ready for his 1st twin mattress. Bought our big kid one and loved it so much we bought ourselves one. Worth every penny. 5 years in, still comfortable, still perfect.

Loved, loved, LOVED the mattress but the sales pitch really rubbed us the wrong way. Ironically, we probably would have purchased had the salesman simply invited us to lay on the mattress without the pitch.

Super helpful, answered all of my questions and let me lay around on all of the different mattresses for a long time without hovering. Even helped me drag each of the different topper options onto the floor so I could see exactly how they felt on a hard surface. Im very happy with the mattress I ended up with after a year of using it. Definitely the best mattress Ive ever had, and the price was very reasonable.

I wish I could give this mattress and this company 10 stars! We bought a mattress from them in 2005 that is still the most comfortable mattress Ive ever slept on. I have had that same thought thousands of times when I climb into bed! Was just looking them up to refer them to a friend (for probably the 100th time:)) and wanted to be sure to post a review. Truly a chemical-free sleeping solution. We love our latex mattresses. Even though Ive had reactions to chemically laden latex products in the past, a Mulligan mattress is different. No smell. No allergic reaction. Weve bought two mattresses so far and they are beautifully made. I feel like guys really take pride in their work.

We bought a mattress for our 9 year old, which was great until warm summer. When the air is 75 degrees or more, the latex smell is quite strong and unacceptable. The company visited last summer to check out the problem. Unfortunately, the sheets had just been washed, the air temperature was cooler, and I was at work, so I couldnt explain the odor. I heard the company man just left annoyed. Now that the weather is warm again, the odor is back and strong. I contacted the company again and heard nothing from them.Our large adult latex bed from another company has been great with no odor.

Buy a great custom latex mattress at half the price! My husband and I did a ton of research on mattresses and ultimately decided on getting latex for a variety of reasons--organic, chemical-free, bio-degradable, comfortable, no transfer of temperature and no transfer of vibration or movement, long lifespan. We shopped around at many mattress stores, both brick and mortar, and online. I found Mulligan Mattress Company through a Google search, read the great reviews and decided to give a visit. The storefront is unassuming, almost easy to miss, and the inside is minimal - just three beds with three different quality mattresses. Talking to Gary gave me a great appreciation for what we were getting. He knows the industry, the science behind why sleeping on latex is good for your body, and was friendly and funny to boot! When you walk into a corporate mattress store, nobody talks about skeletal alignment, the pursuit for achieving integrity of body position while you sleep and its effect on ones overall health. I very much appreciated that Gary acknowledged this very important dynamic. Three mattress choices (soft, medium and firm) are all that one need to find the perfect comfort level. My husband and I have been sleeping well--we are thrilled with our choice and happy to have saved so much $$ on a latex mattress.

I needed a custom size mattress for my RV. They picked up the old one for measurements made one and delivered it the very next day. Very nice Brothers that run this company. Great quality mattress and awesome service I highly recommend.

Ive only had my latex mattress from Mulligans for about a week now and I cant imagine sleeping on another mattress anymore. It is so comfortable that I can sleep through the night again and wake up well rested, nothing is sore. Before purchasing, I did a ton of research and tried every bed locally, asked family and friends for recommendations but nothing was comfortable. I thought I was going to settle for something mediocre and pay double the price. And then I found Mulligan Mattress website. The next day I went to try it out. As soon as I sat down, I knew it was the one. Gary was very helpful explaining what happens with spine alignment when you sleep on your side. No wonder I used to have hip and lower back pain. I will never buy another mattress again.

What a great experience. I had a latex mattress for the last 18 years and loved it, but it was in need of replacement. I had looked at all the chain mattress stores, and had found a couple that I didnt hate. I found Mulligan through google searching on latex mattresses, and I am sure glad I did. It turned out to be about half the price of what I had been looking at, and I love it. The fact that its chemical free is a great plus.

We bought our Mulligan natural latex mattress about a year ago, in 2017. We love it. My husband has serious back problems and sleeps comfortably - I love it too, I used to wake up with my arm asleep etc but no longer. When we stay in hotels, we miss our wonderful bed at home. The customer service was great and we appreciated the personalized bed. Also very glad to avoid fire retardant chemicals, we try to avoid these poisons. Best customer service ever! We purchased a Mulligan mattress in late 2013. My husband and I have both had spinal surgery and, while the mattress worked well for him, my back wasnt so happy. Not knowing what to do or having the patience to look for another solution, I kept sleeping on it despite being uncomfortable. About 6 months ago I thought to flip it so the talalay layer was on the bottom, but it was still too soft for my back. I finally decided to call the company to see what they suggested, even though I was embarrassed because wed already had it for 1 1/2 years. Gary told me to put a folded up towel under the mattress at hip level to see if that would make me more comfortable and to report back in a couple weeks; unfortunately it didnt do the trick. I called back Gary with the bad news fully expecting I would need to sell our mattress and find another option. Instead, he said they would make an extra firm mattress and come swap it out for us. It arrived yesterday and I had a great nights sleep, the extra measure of firmness made all the difference for my back! I couldnt imagine a happier resolution or better customer service. Mulligan Mattress is the best!

Ive had my Mulligan mattress for about 3 and a half years now and still look forward to lying down on my bed each and every night. It is by far the best mattress I have ever slept on or owned. I never have a backache, always feel completely comfortable, stay warm in the winter and cooler in the summer. My son is begging me to get him one (which I am working on), and I will never buy anything else (and I wont have to for another 15 years or more). The guys who own the shop are fantastic, great customer service! Prompt delivery, took away the old mattress in a flash, no problems to report. Buying local is always nice, too.

Organic latex mattresses with no added chemicals. Dont even bother with big mattress stores.Side note, latex is naturally none flamible and you shouldnt be smoking in bed either way. No need for added chemicals. Any Dr should write a note for these beds.

Cant say enough about how much I love my mattress. I travel a lot and it used to be the case that Id check into a Westin or nicer hotel and love the fancy bed I got to sleep in. No longer the case. My bed at home is nicer than the 5 stars (with the added bonus that Im not smushing my face against carcinogens all night long).Great customer service too. We have 3 of them (kiddos have them too). 7 years on they still feel new.Highly recommend them.

Im writing this from a hotel bed because I miss my home mattress! Weve been away from home for two nights and I am so sore. Weve had a Mulligan mattress for three years now and its so comfortable Id forgotten that I used to wake up sore every morning. My housesitter just texted to thank me for the best two nights of sleep shes had in years. We chose to buy a Mulligan mattress after learning about the detrimental effects of flame retardants and deciding to do all we could to limit our familys exposure to them, but the comfort is unbeatable as well!

Mulligans practices in regard to flame retardants are reasonable and probably in the best interest of consumers. We may reasonably suspect that regulations requiring flame retardants in furnishings and clothing were designed to increase chemical sales and were not really put in place for the protection of the consumer. The process by which such laws are written in the United States seems to be corrupt, and to tend to poor results as a rule.Brominated flame retardants are the type most commonly used. These are toxic, lipophilic (dissolve fats and are soluble in fats), and are bioaccumulative, meaning their concentration in our bodies tends to increase over time with repeated contact. We ought to have the right to choose whether to use these products in furnishings that come in contact with our bodies, and to know what products are being used, a right US law does not currently guarantee.I say, for non-smokers at least, that fire retardants are probably more of a risk to your health than the remote chance of a mattress fire. I personally want to minimize my contact with brominated flame retardants, and several other types of fire retardant also suspected of posing health risks.
