I have been working with OPNW for about 4.5 years. I have never had any issues with products or costumer service. In fact their costumer service is beyond what words can convey. They are thoughtful and understand their services and what they provide. Many times I need help looking for an items or products and the reps always go out of their way to find the info I need. Good furniture, but extensive delays at every stage of the process, including receiving quotes & modifications, ordering, delivery and follow-up. Working with this company required constant follow-up, reminders and pointed communications with their sales rep in order to get results. Perhaps they are understaffed, but it was a struggle to get this project done.
OPNW always provides the best customer service either in person or on live chat. So professional and always willing to assure I get my products in a timely manner. When forgetting items, I live chat with Jessica and she always is helpful and very supportive of my needs.
