These guy can rip you off badly. I took my HP printer over here and they said that re repair would cost more than $300. I was really taken aback since the problem was a roller. They asked me if I wanted to recycle it and I said no. I called NW Print Strategies and they said that the problem was a roller. They actually came to my place and the fixed it for $99. wow!!!! Compare that to the more than $300 that Cartridge Network wanted to fix it.I guess Cartridge Network take the electronics for recycling and they fix it to re-sale it for way too much. Please avoid this people.I gave 1 star because that was the only option It would let me post the review. But Cartridge Network deserves NONE!!
This is the only place that really knows printers and cartridges. They’re honest and have excellent prices. There’s usually only one person working so you don’t get bombarded with inexperienced salespeople, but that also means you may have to wait a few minutes for help; it’s definitely worth it! I highly recommend this business.
I stop buying ink cartridges from this store because most of their refurbished cartridges or so called compatible ink cartridges doesn’t work. I made several returns and the last one they didn’t replace it because I bought it 2 years ago? even though I just tried to use it recently the 3 colored inks & the 2 inks didn’t work. It’s just a waste of time & money to buy in this store.
OUSTANDING SERVICE!I use Cartridge Network exclusively, and refer them to others because they do more than just provide quality cartridges at terrific prices. They provide CUSTOMER SERVICE!It seems that whenever Im placing an order, I always have something that makes my order a special request. Despite that, somehow, Griffin always is able to make that special request happen, and then follows up with me to make sure everything worked the way I wanted it to. Can you say that about any other business??Heres a specific example of excellent customer service and Griffin standing behind his products: He provided me with store credit OVER A YEAR after my purchase when something I purchased from him turned out to not be what I ordered. (The mix-up was beyond his control - the problem was clearly at the factory, which I could tell because of the erroneous labeling.)
Literally just called him to ask if they had a Lexmark 500z in stock. His reply, Where do you get your cartridges from normally? To which I replied, Online. When in all actuality it was none of his business. So he says, Supporting the Chinese I see. I told him he was out of line, and I hung up. Screw this place and his attitude.
Technically knowledgeable staff. They ask about your needs and provide options. Ask about the “Sundries” in the cellar ! There are some hidden value items.
I am in the process of creating a Family Tree of my Native American Heritage as a gift to my grandchildren as a roadmap ov our past. Needles to say I have gone through a number of printer cartridges during this project. My primary source for these cartridges has been Fred Meyer. In an attempt to locate a source in the Portland area that refilled printer cartridges I attempted to find a locally owned business to support other than a national chain. This is where Cartridge Network comes in. I contacted them today 10/28/2020 and as most of you have commented the fact that the owner was very knowledgeable regarding printer cartridges, to this I had no complaint. I inquired if they knew of anyplace in the area that refilled cartridges and was advised, not to his knowledge. He inquired as to the needed cartridges and was advised that he had the cartridges that I needed and that they were OEM new in the box and that he had received them just the day before. I once again asked if these were new cartridges and I was once again assured that they were new in the box. I asked if he could hold onto them for me as we live appropriately fifteen miles away not taking into consideration of traffic conditions. He said that he would write up the order, put my name on it and have it ready on my arrival. I asked my wife if she would be willing to make the trip for me which she agreed to do so.When she returned home with the cartridges I noticed that the carton was damaged, smashed and had some type of return label on the box. On further inspection I noticed that the box had been opened and resealed with a small dab of glue. I opened the box to find that the two cartridges had been not only unsealed and had been removed from their plastic trays and the seals on the cartridges had been removed and were just loose in the box. Needles to say, that I was not a happy camper. I contacted the Cartridge Network and explained what I had found. He responded that I could return them if I wasnt happy for a refund. I explained to him that was an unreasonable solution because of the distance to travel and the fact that there was no way that he could not have known that he should have had some concerns as to the quality of the product that he had sold to me. He implied that I was being unreasonable and that he had only tried to help me out and do me a favor. Sense when is a retail business doing you a favor or helping you out when they misrepresent a product knowing all to well that this merchandise was not OEM or new for that matter.I would never do business with this company again as I feel that they are less than honorable. Shoppers beware of Cartridge Network.
Owner is very knowledgeable, approachable, and professional. I learned lots about my own printer, its upkeep, and maintenance moving forward. I was impressed with the selection of printers and offerings to repeat customers.
So helpful to get my ink at such a good price and get instruction for cleaning and maintaining my printer. i will definitely be a repeat customer.
They helped me out on more than one occasion
Having been a customer for around 5 years I have never had a negative experience. The friendly and knowledgeable staff has been more than supportive and free with information that manufactures are less than forthcoming with. The recycle program has added a few dollars to support our charity but it is important to understand what the recylcers will accept and what goes to the dumpster. I highly recommend Cartridge Network for personal and corporate users. Keep it local support our locally owned business .
They have become my go-to providers for cartridge and printer needs. Much lower price, choices, and friendly and informed staff. Who knew an ink store could be so important to me? The best.
Good deal on inks. They have refurbished ink and they arent too pushy with sales. Very knowledge staff about printers and inks. They will try to help you find the most economical solution for your home and office printing.
Some of the best service i have had when looking for printers and ink cartridges. The older gentleman I see every-time is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the customers he is helping. He has yet to steer me wrong with the HP OEM ink cartridges he has recommended to me and I always enjoying getting my 5th ink cartridge for free!
Terrible customer service attitude. I brought in a box of used cartridges to be recycled (they have a huge sign on their front window saying they take recycled toner). Once he found out I bought my toner through Amazon (he asked me. I didnt tell him beforehand) he had a mini meltdown saying I pushed one of his buttons and told me he was not in business just to take peoples junk off their hands. What a douche. If he would have been cool I would have bought a cartridge. Now Ill enjoy the day I drive by and see an out of business sign on the window.
Griff and his team are super. Very service oriented both in educating us on our choices and, ultimately, giving us the best pricing and product for our money. He has helped us with both refurbished printers and also the ink cartridges to go with them. He is an asset to our business.
HP told me that my printer had reached END OF LIFE because it kept showing an error message and quit working. Cartridge Network found the problem and Im up and running again. My printer still has LIFE !
Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, went out of their way to find the best deals, offered options within parameters I provided, drove 35min both ways to Corazon Chiropractic to help me set up my new printer without extra charge and are available to pick their brains. Wont go anywhere else.
I was having trouble with the printer I purchased at Cartridge-Network. I took it into their shop, they diagnosed the problem, and had me out the door within a half an hour. Turns out, I just need to use my printer more than once a month. I rather like that they sold me a great printer, were able to fix my problem, and saved me a bundle. I trust them. How many places do you know of where you can say that?
Exactly the cartridge I needed when no one else in Portland had it. Thumbs up.
Great service and value for home printing cartridges.
Much less expensive than the big box office supply stores.
Lots of price points, options, knowledgeable staff
I keep ordering from these guys even though I moved to Maryland. Gets there the next day.
