This was a joyous occasion Bea my car got stolen and was found...BUT! when I got to this establishment the door was locked and the door bell did notwork and NO BODY WAS MINING THE STORE! 🤯WHAT!?🧐ARE THEY DOING THERE...Not a good look ..(Mr.D need to FIX this) BTW, the young man who Finally did open the door (after we called on the phone) was very pleasant and cordial.

This company is a straight rip-off they charged me $250 to tow my car 19 miles..... I tried to negotiate the price, and the driver stated that once we get the call theres nothing we can do ....I called AAA before that state trooper notified these jokers and AAA never came out .....so now Im stuck with a $250 tow and they demanded cash which no one carries anymore

I needed a tow to a transmission shop. The dispatch set me up quickly, and the truck driver was right on time. I believe the drivers name was Robert, however Im not positive, and he did a very good job. Ive seen some tow drivers struggle before but Robert had the truck up quickly and ready to go. He was also very nice. Great towing company, would recommend!

Dont ever have a State Trooper call A Wrecking Company when you get into an accident if you have AAA call them immediately because you will be charged almost $500 when Troopers call a wrecker

Love the professionalism that Walter Hathaway showed me. He was so very kind and helped me tremendously. I honestly felt horrible but he helped calm me down and thats what I needed the most. I thought for sure it would take over an hour because thats always been past experience with other companies but he responded in a timely manner. I will ALWAYS ask for him in the future. Make sure you always get the name of the driver so you can always request that person.

Anyway, they responded very quickly to my stranded family (hubby, 2 kids and a puppy) on a very hot day (along with a camper being towed to the campground in Suffolk). Our weekend trip wasnt cancelled. Another company (exeter towing and recovery) canceled after they were waiting for 1 hour and a half. If your in this area, use this company! Thank you again!

Very good company. Truck broke down on the first of the month in rush hour traffic and they came at the exact time they said they would. Walter was very nice and efficient. Had the truck loaded within 5 minutes and took it to the required destination and unloaded it within 5 minutes again.

Everyone I have spoken to at this shop has been so friendly and helpful. Great customer service! They worked with me to accommodate my schedule. I appriciate the communication as well. Before they started any service on my truck, they called me and gave me an estimate. They also pointed out other things that needed to be done. They were honest and told me it was something that needed to be done within the next 6 months to a year. I did not feel pressured at all. I feel well informed which is why I will never go anywhere else. This is the kind of service I expect and they have gone above and beyond.

All I can is they turned what could have really been a bad afternoon into a much better one. I was stuck on the side of the road with a blown out tire and the driver David came quickly and had me up and running in minutes. Great customer service from Barbara in the office as well. I hope I won’t need them again anytime soon but if I do I won’t hesitate to call.

All I can say is that the gentleman that came and towed my truck was very nice and polite. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He made me feel at easy because I was nervous over my truck being towed.

Be aware when contacting this shop or leaving reviews that theyve only had this name for less than a year. There is more than one towing company in Portsmouth with the name Finks and this is probably not the one youre expecting.

The worse customer service, the ladys in the office were speaking to me as if i was a child and not allowing me to fully explain the problem. God i pray no one use their towing service. The 2 guys the came and helped was amazing but the women in the office makes this a bad company....

My truck was damaged after hitting power pole 4 years ago. I have full coverage insurance. I was referred to this shop for the repair. My truck is a NASCAR Unit One and was a beautiful wrecker. The first call I received from Finks was a complaint that the paint required for my truck was to expensive. The next call I received was that they didnt want to use the style bumper that I had. Them stainless rails couldnt be replaced. The whole time they knew I needed my truck in service. Therefore I settled for a rushed and incomplete job. The reason I am posting this today is because 4 years later this clear coat is separating. Unless you can do without your truck that you depend on for income. I would certainly go elsewhere.

Welp I give this because I think it’s amazing how you people put a driver in your truck and does not know the D.O.T regulations ... today I call the state department to report the truck driver who violated two DOT REGULATIONS! I called the number on the website and boom the guy pick in traffic and says they are closed oh really you just made a immediate merge and to put matters worse you did it infront of a 53’ 13’6 11’ truck that weighs in over 34000 pounds not to mention empty!!! You could have did more than killed your self you could have hurt me ! Do to be a class b qualified truck! I later call back to do the right thing and inform you that I called the state police so you can get the csa gifts you deserve you was supposed to pull over to exchange information till the officer get there you did not it’s okay though because I have the conversation recorded and the police already have your truck dot number 😆 oh to put the ice cream on the cake is when you said “ what did she do ... no I am not on i64 I have a a from the police to pick up a truck ... so what was the emergency? “ I asked simple valuable question after informing you of you basic to counts not including the merge I asked after you said is the merge the emergency...” do you not have a cdl? You said huh I said with driving a tow truck alone you need at least a cdl and you just told me why you don’t understand why I called the police which means you my buddy or who ever is driving will be going to jail ... then you hung up on me lol it’s funny cause you called me back acting brand new 😆 🤣 I hope you don’t get a run into the police 😇
