Okay... So a lot of people in this area have this stigma about rebuilt titles. I have bought probably a dozen rebuilt titles in my lifetime and every one of them has turned out to be one of the best cars Ive ever owned. Cars start out with a salvage title if theyve been deemed salvaged. Then if they pass the state inspection they move up to the rebuild status which is good because it passed state inspection so obviously it was fixed correctly. After all we drive the car, not the piece of paper that we keep in our safe at home known as the title. It is a way to save up to 50% off a car that you could not afford otherwise and in 99% of the cases, you dont even realize youre driving a rebuilt title and no one else knows it either so what a great way to get the car that you couldnt normally afford. People… stop letting rebuilt titles be the stigma that they are and give it a try because I have never had an issue in over 38 years of driving with all my rebuilt titles. Here is a picture of a flawless Corvette I bought. It is a 2003 C5 Corvette with only 50000 miles for just $7000!!! You cannot buy a 2003 C5 with super low mileage that is near show quality for $7000 anywhere. In this particular case it allowed me to buy a Corvette that was really in fantastic condition for half its value! I drove it for years and had not one problem with it. And this is just one example of many that I have. Also... That Ford F150 Platinum in the background was worth $30000 with a clean title and I paid $15000 for it because of a rebuilt title. Low miles again and not one issue with it ever!

I just bought a car from them. They were a little bit difficult to get a hold of after I saw the car on car gurus but I did get in and out pretty fast and they helped me get the car back to my house which is 30 minutes away. I like the office space and they had a nice little Keurig station while I was waiting. They don’t detail the inside of the cars like I’m used to but they did wash/vacuum.

I bought a car they were super nice to my girlfriend through the whole process. When it came to getting the we owe done thats when we had issues. First was told we had to drop our car off to get a loaner and they would bring it to the shop. So we did that the next day heard nothing and had an odd feeling so told my girlfriend to look at her GPS program thing they have and it never even went to where they said it was getting done. And they never told us where it was going so we had to drive around post falls and search for the car. Called the guy we exchanged keys with and he had to get ahold of his boss to find why the car was in post falls not liberty lake where it was suppose to be. Didnt hear anything so I called the customer service representative and she said she was to busy to call me and tell me or my girlfriend d where her car was going. And got coped an attitude by her and told not to stress it. I wouldnt if u would of been honest with me where it was going in the first place. And I have been waiting to hear back for 3 days when I can get my car cuz I have to call the shop to check.Be careful with these guys.

Sally lied to get a sale then said all sales are final I would not recommend this place if you want to buy anything good go some place different for sure. Sally was going to call me back never did . I am fed up with bad company. The car I bought is only worth $6000 and I paid $20000 I really go screwed. I had the manager got hold of me and he lies just like his sales people. He said the car was trade in and Sally showed me the rear bumper was damaged so who do you believe. The manager was going to get someone to install a electric lift gate for $1200 and I found a place for $600 watch out Roy

These folks are incredibly friendly. They answer all the questions, go over all the details, and If they dont know something they go and find out. Absolutely no pressure. We had a good experience with Ivan at Autosavvy. The process was smooth and pleasant and we really had no complaints.

The dealership mislead the condition of the car. Should have failed most of the inspection they bragged about so much. Steering ball joint was sitting loose (no shimmy on road though) with nut almost completely off, very dangerous. Had to send it to their repair company for multiple fluid leaks and steering issue. Had to pay a deductible for those repairs even though I had just left the Autosource lot. Autosources stance was, you bought it so youre responsible to fix it. Understandable I guess, and my fault for not checking deeper myself. I was just surprised since I hadnt even gotten it home, less than 7 miles put on the odometer from the time of purchase. I was too trusting that they were telling the truth about the vehicles condition at the time of purchase. I had located post accident photos that caused the salvaged title. Definitely far worse than the paperwork at Autosource indicated. A few months later and the steering started intermittently sticking at turns above 30mph. Has almost sent me into a ditch several times. Autosources contracted warranty company refuses to pay for repairs which will cost $3k-4k.Was called Autosource at the time of purchase, now called AutoSavvy

I had called the day before to let Auto Source know I was gonna drive from Montana the next day to come purchase a certain vehicle. They had called me the following morning to check in to make sure I was on my way ( I was already an hour outside of post falls) When I got to the dealership they told me that the vehicle I had driven three and a half hours for was moved to a different dealership and turned out to be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I was extremely disappointed that they couldn’t have just told me that over the phone instead of waiting till I was already there. They did apologize and offer to take $500 off of any vehicle of my choice or they could deliver the one I went for to me the following week. However I wasn’t going to purchase a vehicle without test driving it. Plus I had already gotten approved from my credit union for that specific vehicle and they had a check made for that one vehicle for it’s selling amount. The employees at auto source tried to find me a vehicle within my price range that had similar features however I didn’t really like those ones. They offered me to test drive the same make and model of the vehicle just newer with less miles. I fell in love with the car and knew that it was what I wanted. Although it was out of my budget. We spent quite some time trying to negotiate. Even after negotiating it was still $1500 over what I could afford. They did agree to let me make a payment(in full) for the $1500 but it had to be within two weeks. We were able to make it work. We had arrived at 10am and didn’t leave till about 5:30pm so we spent almost 7.5 hours there... for it being my first time buying from a dealership it was quite a stressful experience. Although I did appreciate them trying to make up for the inconvenience.

We were not planning to buy a new car yesterday. We just went to look. The first thing we found at AutoSorce in Post Falls was great customer service. We were welcomed as if we were family. We met with Dee Jay and he was not pushy at all and respected our short time frame we had to look for a vehicle. We test drove a 2019 Traverse that we came to look at and loved everything about it. When we left to go to a Dr appointment, I was able to fill out an online application and was approved shortly thereafter. When we returned, we met with Eric M. He treated me and my family very well. HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT BUY from this dealership. I bought a 2017 Explorer with limited damage (they said small fender bender on front end). Checked out perfectly through Ford they said. I bought the extended warranty just in case for $3000.00. 1.5 years into my purchase (2.5 years ago), it starts shaking on and off, getting worse as time goes. I took car in 3 times, third time they told me finally they found the issue (ford dealership who always did all my work and oil changes). They told me the frame was bent prob from the previous accident, cause major damage and dangerous to drive if breaks. Damage is over $5000.00, so I call my extended warranty company, who told me they dont cover cars when they have been in a wreck (WHY DID AUTOSAVVY SELL ME THIS)? The RedLine told me AutoSource never should have sold me the extended warranty. Of course, AutoSource (now AutoSavvy) wont return any of my calls, wont give me any management names/numbers, etc. Refusing to help me. I even offered to split the charges with them if they credit me back my extended warranty. NO RESPONSES or help!DISAPPOINTMENT. I will be taking this further. Not ok to take advantage of people and sell them LEMONS, that is said from my mechanic.UPDATE: To your response, NO I didnt buy the car over 4 years ago as stated above, I bought it 2.5 years ago with 100,000 mile warranty that cost me $3,000. It is way under that mileage and should be covered under the warranty. The warranty company told me you should have never sold me the 100,000 mileage, $3,000 warranty as the car has a bent frame, you knew about. Now, you are refusing to pay for these repairs and my warranty is non void.This has been going on for years in the mechanics shop and I called your customer service dept, sent emails, VM many times over a month ago. Im still waiting for a call back from corporate. Horrible customer service.

Our experience with Auto Source was great! They are very transparent and open about the vehicles on their lot (branded titles) which helped us to make an informed decision on which car would be the best fit for us. My experience was exactly the same as with other brand new vehicles except for one thing. The vehicle I purchased didn’t depreciate the moment I drove it off the lot. The young man that helped me with the purchase was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He also assisted in the lending aspect of the purchase. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Austin (in sales), and Conner (manager) have been nothing but helpful and exceeding expectations for us, staying late for us to make the drive up from Clarkston, WA! They were very kind, respectful, and helped us find a car and price point that worked for our budget. 5 stars for the front end experience. Conner even went through the trouble of driving to the gas station with us to top off the new car, since their service department had already gone home for the day by the time we were done. Superb service. If I could rate this store separate from the customer service side, these guys would get a 5/5 no doubt!Where we lost some appreciation so far (hence the 3 star review) has been in the customer service side of the experience. The day after we bought a 2018 Honda Pilot, the rear door alarm on the passenger side has not been acknowledging its closed, even when it clearly is. I even purchased a new door sensor to make sure it wasnt a faulty switch. No luck. There has been poor communication from the costumer service side, and slight push back with payment, despite having purchased the extended warranty. However, Conner has been going above and beyond though to help us get the communication gap covered, and expenses taken care of, as the issue was clearly somehow missed with their inspections prior to sale. Hoping the car door issue is an easy fix, but will update later if this issue is able to be resolved quickly with less hassle... possibly earning back a star if all goes well!

Sold me a Toyota Tacoma drove off the lot 2 days later my engine blew up went back to the dealership to see if we could work something out. They couldn’t give me a answer for 3 weeks and then told me that I owned the truck for to long and they couldn’t help me and said I was out of luck. Don’t trust these guys they don’t stand behind there vehicles and don’t care about the customer!!!!

I purchased a beautiful 2013 Ford F150 Platinum from AutoSource approximately 2 years ago.This last rainy season, Spring 2020, I noticed my passenger side electronics stopped working. I pulled my mats out to find the floorboard was soaked with water. I took my truck in to a local shop to figure out the problem. The shop pulled the fender off and diagnosed the problem as a plugged drain. I had purchased the extended warranty, through AutoSource. The warranty company refused to cover the damage or repair; due to corrosion. My insurance company would not cover due to pre existing damage. I called AutoSource and dropped by the Post Falls office. I got a call back, two weeks later. The customer service associate let me know this would not be covered because it was beyond their warranty/guarantee period. She offered to send to upper management. I asked her to. That was back in May/June 2020.I had to pay nearly $4000 to the shop to replace the electronics. I am waiting for auto body shop to give me quote on fix to faulty repair; before my purchase.AutoSource has a great selection of vehicles. However, I do not recommend any purchase from them or warranty coverage purchase. This has been quite a problem which could be easily remedied.

I picked up a 2018 Chevy from them with 5,000 miles. They said it was in a front end collision. It ran and drove great. I have had it for about 6 months, about 7,000 miles later I was coming home when it sputtered and died. I took it to a mechanic, there was a existing P0420 code before I purchased the vehicle (the check engine light was not on at the time). Turns out, due to the collision there is major broken pieces in the mid pipe catalytic coverter. Which was clogging it up. Like I said before when I test drove it, it ran and drove perfectly. I would recommend taking it to a mechanic before you buy the vehicle. Although I would never buy another vehicle from them, their staff was friendly and they had a extremely clean facility.

The initial transaction was good. Internet sale. Since receiving vehicle, battery was dead, title is going to be 4 months or so. Hood assembly not installed correctly. Sales person will not return texts or messages any longer. Data from previous owner not deleted.

I bought this car on July 12 I’m getting the title only on August 20. The customer service was nice while I was there but there phone service is terrible. Except Sarah she was very nice to work with. Overall I would not buy a car there again

Great, easy, smooth experience. Helped easy the process of buying branded with lemon squad. Only a very minor nitpick is gas tank was at 1/4 full. Very nice people and very willing to explain and answer all questions.
