I just want to say I shopped for this specific truck for the last year and a half and once I found it at Group Wholesale the whole team made it happen. The whole sales team took great care to make the purchase happen. They picked me up at Spokane Airport. Gave me a ride to the dealership. My wife and I were looking for a Toyota pick up, found exactly what we were looking for at Group Wholesale, very, very low miles, with everything we wanted. We received a fair trade for our car and purchase price for the truck. There were a couple of things that needed attention, alignment, detail and a minor upholstery issue, all were taken care and they provided a loaner car while the truck was worked on, good luck getting the dealers to do that! Group Wholesale is at a different level than any dealership my wife and I have ever dealt with. They do not pressure you into anything you don’t want to do, they are very curious,honest and fun people to be around. The showroom and lot are cleaner than you would think is possible and every vehicle is just as clean! The truck we purchased was legitimately like new and even vehicles with a little higher miles looked new. Their price was less than anywhere else and did not play games when it came to negotiation. We recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Great experience buying our 2017 F-350. Brandon was our initial salesman & was easy to deal with over the phone and email with quick responses to any questions we had. He snapped any and all pictures we requested since the sale would be done site unseen. Dennis was also great with us and helped work an excellent deal on our trade-in while ALSO helping us secure an awesome rate on financing for the new truck. After the deal was done they even followed up with us a few days later and asked if there was anything they could help us with that we may have discovered after the fact. Lastly, Julie in financing has been great tying up lose ends with paperwork as things have to get processed out of state. This was my first time buying a car on my own and I was really nervous. The moment I walked into Group Wholesale I was greeted very warmly and everyone made me feel very comfortable! Brandon helped me out with getting my new car and he was very sweet and friendly. The owner was very helpful in getting me a great deal on my car, and they even topped off my gas which I really appreciated! Usually car dealerships are very scammy but these people were not like that and they cared more for my happiness over anything else. I would highly recommend everyone get their next vehicle here!

My dad and I went in to take a look at a 2019 GMC Denali pickup. We were welcomed into their great showroom floor by the sales manager - Jake. Keep in mind, my old man hasnt bought a new vehicle since 2001. Lets just say, my dad doesnt love change. So, if this purchase was going to happen - the process had to be seamless. Prior to us taking a look at the truck, I had called and let them know my dad drives a 2007 Cadillac Escalade and he would like to know if he could get a decent offer on a trade in. Sure enough, Jake and the finance department made sure the deal got done. Surprisingly enough to my dad, Jake came back with an offer that he had hoped for on the Cadillac. My dad was left with no choice other than to purchase the new pickup.4 weeks later, my dad still raves about the experience he had at Group Wholesale. Jake was incredibly knowledgeable on the fleet of vehicles in their showroom and made the process easy and personable.
