Have a brand new dodge ram, the dust cap came off the clutch fan and destroyed the radiator. When we had it towed to this dealer for service, they improperly diagnosed to favor them not honoring the warranty. Expected huge costs to make repair, and when i had repair performed by an outside agency, who discovered their mistake, they refused to reimburse the costs. This repair should have been entirely covered, with no grief given after their mistake. Poor customer service, dishonest, and very shady. Ill never waste my money on this brand again
I came in needing some maintenance and a couple small repairs. They did a great job and communicated updates often. Definitely be back for additional service needs.

The folks and service are so great at Findlay that I always go back. I wish they would go back to making appointments for service. I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. My timing was bad and I was warned it could be a long wait. Im not sure why they changed their policy for appointments.

I had to bring in my jeep for a recall. I made an appointment and arrive 10 minutes early. True to their word they started with me on time. I was very pleased when within 5 minutes of the estimated completion time the work was finished and I was on the road again. The waiting area is very pleasant and the overall appearance and friendly employees are top notch. I am pleased.

I own a Dodge ram 2500 Big Horn with the hemi engine, mysteriously the engine took on water while driving on the highway. To make a long story short Findlay Dodge did not want a warranty it or honor the warranty so I had to turn it in on comprehensive insurance, suggested by them. The engine replacement cost me $4,000 out of pocket and I have an extended warranty. Still bitter about this experience, and they werent willing to give me a good deal on a trade in after they replaced the engine. The people are nice and great, but they dont stand behind their product. They kept trying to say I must have swamped the engine. I have never babied a truck like this one in my life, it was not swamped.
Ron St John, has been so awesome with me, through the last 2 years, he is one of the most honest person I know in car sales, he treats me with respect and that is hard to find at any car dealer, especially when you are a women and they like to pull the wool over your eye . Chris our service advisor helped us with contacting our extended warranty company to get the work needed approved. He also advised us that we needed additional service in the near future and to hold off on the front end alignment until we get those parts replaced. We also experienced a power outage no fault of theirs and with systems down took our information so we could go home. Very satisfied.

The employees at this location were nice enough, but they informed me that Chrysler hasnt made the fuel pump for my Jeep Wrangler in about 10 years so Ill have to find an aftermarket one somewhere. Not very impressive product support.
First time visiting Findley after learning that they service my 2006 Dodge Sprinter 2500 since many Dodge service departments do not. My AC was blowing hot air and they recharged and tested for leaks. All was well and they were very professional about all aspects of the service. Would definitely visit them again.

My Jeep decided to quit working while on a trip. Findlay communicated with me about the problem, but it took them 5 days to figure out the problem. They were extremely nice, but it would have been horrible if I were not at my destination for the week. I feel like it shouldnt have taken so long.

I was close to buying one of the new Grand Cherokees. Very excited!I had been without a vehicle, based on my wife stealing our only car... She went to Western Washington maliciously.I fell in love with the Grand Cherokee and wanted to make immediate arrangements to buy it. So, I was given a 2 hr window to perform a demo ride. That was extended based on my taking care of a few other small matters... I came back later than sooner.No damage to the car whatsoever... Findlay promised to give me a courtesy ride home (Spokane Valley) ... Warren The General Mgr of Findlay... when I asked politely for that ride home... with the most evil look that I have ever seen in someones eyes... said ...Im not your taxi driver! Shaking my head in disbelief, at how a human being could treat another human being with such disregard cut right through to my soul... :(Sitting on a curb between Findlay and a police station, a police officer, came out and asked what was the matter? An if you have your car serviced in the after noon go have lunch at the moon dollar bistro up the block. They will drive you there. $10.50 for a burger an fries. I refuse to sit in a lobby. So i forever go to Findlay food an great service.

It was the worst experience I have ever had, they sold me a car, let me take it home then told me that they would have answer from the bank in three day Whether or not we got the loan. Three weeks later they still didnt have an answer for me, so I take the car back, and when I did they promised me they would have an answer for me from the bank, it has been 2 weeks now and they have not tried to call me or my wife once. They are unprofessional, and they lie. They tell you no money down and 300$ a month payments, that was the deal, then they said 500$ down and 390 a month payments. I qould never go to them.
Friendly staff. I came in without an appointment and they were glad to accommodate me. They were friendly, fast and professional. While I waited, the waiting room had snacks and drinks.

Findlay is the best to service your vehicle! They really care about you & your car. My truck is under an extended warranty and was having issues. When I took it in, we found out the water pump, header bolt & exhaust manifold were bad. Dugan was amazing dealing with the warranty company and suppling them with all the documentation they needed. He even got me a rental car while they were working on the approvals from the warranty service. They have fantastic customer service, are honest and provide quality work on your vehicle. I will definitely be back. Thank you Findlay and Dugan for all your work getting my truck up and running like it should.

I traveled from California to Athol the actuator in the turbo went out on the way up. I contacted Dayle he had me bring the truck in the next day. They were busy but he squeezed my truck in to get repaired. They shuttled me to and from the car rental place in Coeur D’Alene. These folks get 10 stars from me, once we move up there they will be my dealer of choice.
So so simple! Best choice Ive ever made was buying my first brand new car from Findlay! They were an amazing team and really considerate of my situation and experience at Lithia. I spoke and worked with James and he was very informative and continued to offer us water, coffee, and snacks as we filled out paperwork. Once all the paperwork was signed and I was ready to drive away he got in the car with me and he graciously went over all the features of the car and even helped me set up my phone to connect and helped add in contacts once the phone was set up. Just had some service done on my truck. My Service Advisor (SA) was Chelsea Eicher. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of vehicles. Made me feel confident about my truck’s service. The customer waiting room very comfortable with tables, tv, couches, and an assortment of coffees; very good coffee. SA Eicher kept me informed personally and via text on the truck’s service progress. While waiting, I heard the parts department rep. on the phone helping a customer with a parts issue. I just noted that she took extra time and effort to help the customer. Overall, the customer service at Findlay was outstanding and henceforth, Findlay and SA Eicher will maintain our vehicles.
Last month I went in searching for a Jeep and inquired about trading in my car with Josh. I talked to him once and he gave me little options to proceed. I asked him more questions and got no answers. I reached out to him once more by calling and leaving a message with the person who answered and still never received a call back. I went on to going through a different dealer who worked with me right away. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. Unfortunately will not be sending anyone that direction.

If youre like me and you care about your vehicle, dont ever take your vehicle to Findlay ! Mine was in the shop for 2 weeks to do some warrantee repairs including electrical and putting 2 new tires up front. Picked up the vehicle and quickly realized not only did they put the new tires on the wrong locations but had flipped the rims being a doolie, putting the ugly face to the outside. Had to come back a second time to find that when putting the new tires in the correct locations they had badly damaged all four new Aluminum wheels!! Evidently very inexperienced worker using the tool incorrectly that takes the tires off the rim. To add insult to injury when I got home I had realized they had scuffed the inside of my door pretty badd so I took a picture of it and sent it to them immediately now theyre requesting that I spend my time and fuel to return the vehicle to show The damage in person and I live 30 minutes away which means there goes another 2 hours of my day and theyre the ones, that caused the issue in the 1st place. Also the inside panel of my door was damaged and now they want to try to fix it rather than replace it.... you cant fix damaged plastic and leather! I am including pics of door and wheels. ( Edit/add on.... After speaking with the manager of the store they sent out a mobile repair to aerosol spray can the inside of my door which is now two tone and you can still see the scratch and now owner is asking me to make yet another trip down so he can look at it because he does not believe the damage was done by them now. He Simply doesnt want to pay the expense of replacing the door panel which is really the only option..)Owning two businesses myself I would never make one of my customers inconvenienced in any way after causing them many problems already. When the new rims come in Ill be down another day without my work truck which will cost me even more money. So if you want your vehicle damaged while being serviced, I recommend taking it to Findlay...I wanted to add to this review after reading Finldays response which I find absolutely humorous. It is a lie to say that the rims have been repaired as the new rims are still at Finley Dodge I have made 2 additional trips to inspect the rims only to find issues and now I am waiting to come back and show the so called fix with the aerosol can spray paint on the inside of my door (when the manager returns from his vacation). As far as the aerosol can paint repair on the inside of a $70000 vehicle is a joke.. And Im certain that whoever wrote the response was not the one doing the work on the vehicle so how does he know the damage wasnt done as I know my vehicle inside and out as it looks like show Room new.. Yes mistakes do happen but its important to own them and get the problem resolved. And by the way the rims in the back were not even supposed to be worked on which kind of shows you attention to detail for lack of should I say and horrible management.

Had a great experience with sales a few years ago. At the suggestion of my local mechanic, scheduled some work at Findlay that should have been easy, but it seemed beyond their ability. The frustrating part is the clueless service writers. As a customer, I expect them to be the knowledgeable professional, not treat me like an idiot. Ill have to wait a few years before I try service again.

I walked into the Findlay showroom on April 5th around 2:00PM looking for a Dodge Durango to tow a travel trailer that I recently acquired. They only had one Durango and it was on their showroom floor.. I asked if I could drive it and the salesman hesitantly said I could if I really wanted to but they would have to move it outside. He also they had a couple others coming in but he didn’t know when and didn’t offer to find out. It was clear that he did not want to help me and he was extremely bothered that I was even there so I left without asking any more questions . He didn’t ask me a single question, didn’t introduce himself, didn’t ask me what I was looking for, nothing! I am a 63 years old single woman..... apparently I don’t fit the demographic for a Findlay customer. I will happily take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do so as well.

Decided to drive out to Post Falls to look at a Toyota that was listed online. We pulled into the parking lot, and everything seemed very quiet. We walked around the lot, and not a single time did we see or hear a salesman come to greet us. We didnt see the car we were looking for outside, so we made our way into the lobby. Upon entering, I was VERY disappointed. We saw all of the salesmen in a corner looking at things on their phones. I walked over to the counter to see if we could talk with a specific salesperson that I had been sent a letter from, but the person at the front desk never looked up from their phone a single time. We waited for several minutes with no contact or interaction all, before my fiance and I finally decided that we would leave. We never were greeted, no one asked if we could find a specific vehicle, nothing. Absolutely no customer service, at all. Incredibly disappointed in the first impression of this car lot.
I went there to get equipment out of a company truck and the staff was very polite and was greeted by four members of the staff asking how my day was.
This place is amazing. Great costumer service. Amazing reps. They treat you like family. its definitely a place to go to get any of your vehicle needs done.
I received a letter from Warren to help us buy a car and he was excellent to deal with. He did not try to push us into a car that we did not want. We purchased a Jeep Compass and love it. We went in with the intent to purchase a new Jeep Gladiator. We were met by James who did a very good job answering our questions and set everything up for the test drive. We had some questions about changing interior colors and went inside. While discussing the issue with James and another employee - both polite and helpful - another person started making rude comments from across the showroom floor. Turns out it was the General Manager who seems to think talking about customers is a good idea. So we left without ordering our new truck.

Absolutely will not bring our vehicles back here, would not recommend! We brought our diesel in to have the oil and filters changed (3 hour service) a month ago! Their “mechanic” forgot to prime the filters before he tried starting it for 2.5 hours. Told us all about it and then lays out the bill for the damage done and claims they’re not responsible for their own mistake! Our truck has been in there for over a month with no communication and a constant run around about parts when we call in to ask about the progress. That truck is the heart beat of our company and way of life and the staff could honestly care less, we’ve gotten calls on the weekends that our truck was finished, only to find out it was a miscommunication! We are so disappointed, Especially with the damage we have to look forward too after they fix the minimum of they’re own mistakes!! Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere with real mechanics who at the least know how to read an auto repair manual!

Best deal on the car, best price for my trade in, and even though I was willing I didnt even need to put any cash down. Best part was the deal was done entirely by TEXT MESSAGE so I just walked into the dealership, drove it around and signed the papers! In and out in 45 minutes!!!
