I hate to have to post this, but I recently went online a few weeks ago to see if I can get some service from car care ministry.. because you cannot reach them by phone, by email only, I told them in the email the type of car I have which is a Cadillac and It needed a starter, brakes and motor mounts, they responded eventually by the name of pungyman he says he can do the starter and brakes but not the mounts and I needed to be there on jan12 which was yesterday. I called a towing service which cost me $75 to get my car to them and as SOON as we arrived these 2 older gentleman immediately refused to help me, saying that they didnt have the required tools to fix my starter, from my understanding they have been in business for YEARS, Im not quite sure what type of special tool they exactly needed, but there were tons of tools in their garage and plenty of mechanics working on other vehicles... So bottom line is that they were LYING and probably were a lil racist - I hate I EVER went there it cost me a round trip tow cost of$170.00 and they are the ones who told me to bring my car to them....a damn STARTER!!!!!! They were dead wrong for what they did plus it cost me as if Im not already struggling. They had this man literally in tears. Unbelievable. Do NOT GO THERE, IT MAY COST YOU. They gets NO STARS FROM ME!.

Replaced axles on a Hyundai today (bad CV joints). VSS on a Honda. And a couple of oil changes. Great experience.

I have been going here for over 5 years and have mo problem with them.
