I ordered tires from simpletire.com on 10/16 who listed Major Service Center as one of their authorized tire installers. I had several choices for tire installers in the area that were authorized by simpletire.com but I selected Major Tire Center based on reviews on Google and Yelp. So I set my appointment to drop off my car for 10/22 (taking off a day of work to do so). I received a text in 10/18 that my tires were shipped to Major Tire Center and await my arrival for my install on 10/22. Great! Everything was in order and all I had to do was show up on my scheduled appointment date.I arrived at Major Service Center on 10/22 around 8am. I advised the man who was in the front office (probably Mike based in previous reviews) and said that I was there to drop off my car and had tires delivered there for my install. He said that he hd no idea what I was talking about . He said that He has no idea why Major Service Center was an authorized installer for simpletire.com and they were probably listed only because someone else order tires and had them sent before. He said that he didn’t have the machinery there to assist me and basically that it’s his problem and didn’t want anything to do with it and wondered why tires were even shipped to him. He said that he only installs tires that he sells. He was curt, ornery, acted as if I was an inconvenience, no apology, no empathy, and horribly unprofessional.So my tires sat for at least a day or two in his shop and he didn’t call simpletire to inquire why he received tires from them? You didn’t call me - as a potential client to tell me that you didn’t have the equipment to install my tires? You couldn’t recommend a business that could?What (possible Mike) failed to realize is that I work for a living researching, analyzing, and managing ways to retain customers and find ways to make my clients lives easier with the product I work with. A company is only as good as the way that they treat their customers. Even though (possible Mike) couldn’t help, he could have referred me to a business that could assist. He made the decision not to have me back as a customer.My recommendation is not to do business with a business with a “too bad…not my problem” attitude. Chances are, if they make mistakes or if you have a problem with their services perhaps, they won’t make it right and/or send you home with a bad taste in your mouth.

Great people who do great work quickly and correctly. Will be bringing my car here for all future repairs or maintenance. Highly recommend.

Well, they fixed my A.C. on my 93 Corvette a couple years ago and did a great job though extremely high, But having did a good job last time i had my Mother call for me, just awhile ago, I am hearing impaired, and have to do this alot, to see about a faulty gas gauge, The feeling my Mother got in trying to refer between us two Was who ever answered was put out and a bit rude, Now i know whoever answered may be doing 10 things at once, and you may not deal with people with disabilities often, however i have to deal with it everyday, all day, and yall should remember that the costumers are the reason you have this business, also not knowing if you could fix it or how long, but charging 100 bucks an hour? what if it took you all day and you cant figure it out? Your did a great job last time but for the 2 stated reasons you have lost my business.

I Must tell you, If You have a vehicle that needs service this is the place to take your vehicle. Mr. Hoffman does a Wonderful Job on servicing your vehicle and bringing it back to life. You Wont be Disappointed!

I have a friend who suggested Mike at Major Service center do the alignment on my vintage Mustang. I’m very happy I took the suggestion and took it here. Mike was great and was very knowledgeable about the car and did a great job at a very reasonable price. The shop is clean and tidy yet very busy, makes you feel better that you’re dropping your car off at a place that has standards. We will be back.

I took my car in for an alternator and spark plugs - they replaced the alternator and let me know I didnt need spark plugs right now instead of going ahead and doing it and charging me anyway, which we know can happen. I appreciate the honesty, and Ill be returning for all of our future needs

If I could leave zero I would. Stopped in for an estimate, gentleman stated everyones at lunch and couldnt help us. Okay understandable, but he seemed to be bothered that we were there. He said we could come back later he was there to 6 or we could drop in tomorrow. We decided to wait until the next day. We called first before heading out and now they only go by appointment and they are booked until Monday. Again we kinda understand but thats not what we were told the day before and we only wanted an estimate. We even asked for the gentleman that told us to drop by and now he said yeah appointments only you cant drop in??!! Really you just told us the day before we could drop in and wake l wait. Poor customer service.

I am a business owner and have a fleet of trucks. One of my trucks (2013 Dodge ram 1500 with 220,000 miles) was making a ticking noise. A friend of mine had a great experience with Major Service Center and refered me to the owner Mike. I called and discussed the problem with him and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They took my truck in on time and performed a free diagnostics. My issues turned out to be what I had suspected a lifter problem. The cost of the repair was more than I wanted to invest in a service vehicle of that age so I bought another truck. Not very accommodating. Basically made me feel like they didnt need my patronage or my money. I just moved to powder springs and was looking for a good auto shop to become my go-to for car issues. They have great reviews so I visited them. When I got there I explained my cars issue to the gentleman at the desk. He looked at me threw his hands up and told me he cant help me because everyones at lunch. Thats understandable I guess but then just stared at me waiting to see what I would say instead of following up with what I should expect or the best way to proceed. In my need for work on my vehicle I proceeded to pull out of him how to get them to help me. I followed those instructions only to be led to more hoops to jump through. I declined and found someone willing and able to repair my car in a timely manner and I didnt have to pull info from them. Instead Im willing to drive 40 mins for good customer and vehicle service.The reply from the business is right on par with the service you get there. They state they dont know who I am yet theyre sure Im the one thats wrong. Speaks volumes about this business. How could they possibly know who I am if they basically sent me on way, disregarding my patronage? Once you get down the one lane road you immediately enter the parking lot. In the parking lot they were a couple of really cool old school cars and a pickup truck. At the time there was a Cobb county Police SUV close to the entrance. I was excited to become a customer of such a nice looking establishment. Unfortunately the inside didnt reflect the outside. Horrible customer service!

Save your time and money. I took my truck in and they changed out a coil. It broke down on me the very next day. I took it back, they looked over the work and couldnt find anything wrong with it??? It was running horribly. Mike told me it must be something mechanical and to come back next week they didnt have time to look at it anymore that week?? I took it to the dealer, they replace the Throttle Body and its running good as new.

Very fair prices, friendly, professional, trustworthy and fast. All makes and models (especially classic chevys). They will never tell you need repairs that you do not need. Im a customer for life. They saying goes fast, good, cheap. Pick 2 Not these guys. You get all 3.
