Customer service and exchange policy is horrible. Better make sure anything you buy fits because you can’t get a refund, you can only get an even exchange. I purchased a shirt Saturday, and tried to exchange it today.Nothing else that I liked in the store in my size, and they only let you exchange within a week from the date of sale. So I have a $40 shirt, that I can’t wear and they won’t extend the week exchange policy. When I asked if she could call the owner and let me speak to her, she told me I could contact her on Facebook.
