Great service and super knowledgeable. Very helpful from the time I entered the store. Went day after Christmas and was in and out very fast. Shouldve went here first and would have saved lots of time and effort on our part. The sales associate was very honest and helpful in the decision process as well. I would definitely recommend this as your first and probably only stop in any electronic decisions and major purchases.

Store was pretty bare. Looks like they need to stick and actually clean up the display areas. Many items had bare space in the smart home area. Seems like this one is ripe to be closed down
For a while there, I felt like this BB was going downhill fast. This may have been a few years ago, but its the reason I stopped shopping there for a very long time. Employees ignored your presence, and at times, acted inconvenienced if you had so much as a simple question. They also spent time engaging in inappropriate conversations, and without any consideration for environment. However, there has been a change! Im not sure if it was a management change or a culture shift, or what. But....they have become an excellent store with a solid staff! Ive wondered almost every department in this Best Buy, and have been greeted immediately and offered assistance on all occasions. The sales staff has been excellently trained, as they know when to hover and assist you, or when its time to give you some space. Im glad to see this place back in action, and making my experience positive again. Bravo guys!
I was looking for a new E-Reader. I wasnt sure which one I wanted. Id done some research, but still needed some input. I was there for a good 15 minutes, without anyone saying hello, can I help you? I finally ask a guy. He was sitting talking to another employee. I ask him about e-readers. He said, right over there, and just pointed. After another 10 minutes. A young man finally ask if he could help me.
Great service! I did an online purchase with in store pickup. They helped with loading it in the car and it went by super fast.
Very helpful and friendly staff. The clerk not only told me where to find the item, but took me to the isle and carried it for me. It made my shopping experience very pleasant and quick.
Under no circumstances let them activate your new phone. Seems the Verizon person wiped off all the IxXR apps off. Now I basically have is a up graded 8. 3 employees did help and went out of their way to help with pairing to car, the Sprint, person and others. The Verizon person has no clue

Very friendly compared to the usual Best Buy shmucks. The one in particular was Storm, I believe his name was.He found my Mother & I immediate assistance in the Computer area. Greeted us with kindness and a welcoming persona.
I Absolutely love bestbuy, just not when I check out. Which is not their fault. Im just into tech and have to remind myself that you just dont need it. LoL! But this best buy in general does a great job with staffing and educating them. Ill test their knowledge on on occasion and they usually do a great job. So kudos to them and management.

All the salespeople are eager and ready to help you. If they cant they will point you in the right direction. No sales pressure...they will guide you to the right item for you and not the most expensive item they have. I buy all my electronics here and am highly satisfied!!

I have had bad experiences at Best Buy in the past but Ive got to admit, if you know what youre coming for, the team can and will work together to get you taken care of quickly.I came in looking for a somewhat obscure item. The gentleman at the front door pointed me to the correct department and an associate there put the item in my hand in seconds!
Going into this store was a nightmare for me. I brought my computer in to be repaired. The tech said it was my power supply. He said that I had to order the part because the part wasnt available. Once the part arrived I brought it to the store. Four days later I called to find out what the status was and that us when I learned it wasnt the power supply but the mother board. I asked them what about the power supply that I had to order and they would not take responsibility for that. I called the corporate headquarters and they said Best Buy/Geek Squad employees DO NOT ask our customers to order parts on the products we service and sell. WARNING! IF YOU NEED YOUR COMPUTER REPAIRED STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS!
Didnt have what i need and the manager said and i quote we are closing this store if i dont have it on the shelf i cant help you. go to Montgomery while he was sitting down and wouldnt even look at me he was on the computer.
This Best Buy is trash. Ordered a laptop and received it broken, went in next day to return it and they said my replacement will be shipped to my home in the next few days; come to find out they never placed the order at all! Customer service hung up in my face after letting me know this, instead of ensuring my order gets taken care of. Definitely never doing business with them again. If you plan on purchasing expensive electronics I would highly suggest not buying through best buy.
Friendly staff appeared knowledgeable and frankly layed out pros and cons with regards to the various products and their features.The only issue I have with Best Buy in general is their 15 day return policy, less than most big box retail stores which makes me quite hesitant to make any purchase there that are substantial.
I Recently purchased an open box car audio receiver from the Prattville Best Buy. I also paid to have the head unit installed and set an appointment for the installation. Upon arrival for the installation, it was drawn to my attention that i didnt have the components needed for installation. I was made to wait for security to review footage of the day I made my purchase. Due to the fact that the Best Buy Associate Andy failed to give me all the components i paid for.....

Not really impressed with the customer service. We considered purchasing a tablet and went here to look at a display and find out more info, and ended up looking up the info on my cell phone off their website. Finally when we did get an employee to help us, he just pulled up the same website we did, and they said they dont have any Surface Pro 3 or 4s on display. Well probably drive to Atlanta and visit the Apple and Mac store where they can answer questions about their products and have all products on display and can demo rather than purchase a thousand dollar computer from Best Buy.

I am pleasantly surprised Best Buy is still in business.. with so much competition from online retailers like Amazon, Newegg, Tiger Direct, and more beating their prices and guarantee. However, for non-technical folks who prefer to touch something before they buy it, (like some people I know), they serve a purpose. 😊

Customer service is a bit of a crapshoot. You either get an associate who follows you around the store (even after youve told them youre just browsing) or you cant find a single soul in a blue shirt at all. The stock is decent, but it should go without saying that you should do your research before you go to the store-- youre unlikely to find anyone who knows much about the products. This isnt a knock against the employees, this is after all just another retail job to most of them.

Always have a great time and easy to find things, sometimes have a hard time finding someone to open cases but if you dont need into anything locked then service is great.
Great place to touch and feel the products. Staff is basically non-attentive. Most of the time you have to coral someone if you have questions (take your chances. They tend to be brain dead or lie about merchandise info). I only go there to touch and feel, then I go somewhere else to purchase or buy online at a lesser expensive outlet.

Went trying to purchase conputer desktop accessories. While they had the fans and cpu cooling product, they did not have anyone there that knew about the products. Additionally they they did not try to find or ask others that might know. After trying to ask a couple different people, I had to search the internet to find the answers so that I could purchase the correct ones.

Went there looking for a chromecast and waited 10 minutes for someone to point me in the general direction of home theatre. I never found a sign that said home theatre, I researched what I needed on my phone and went to a different help desk and explained my wants, the inattentive person instructed me to go over by the Bluetooth after which I received another point to the general direction of what i allegedly needed. Pretty frustrating. I thought best buy had good customer service. No more trips there for me
The customer is terrible, they don’t want to talk to customer so they play recording that’s no help at all!!!! Then there no way no way to get a salesperson so I gave up will trade elsewhere... suggest don’t waste your time at Besr Buy Prattville or Montgomery

If you dont write checks alot dont use one at any telechek merchant. The machine will decline it. Highly embarrassing, having to use a check cause your debit card hasnt come yet and your check is declined. It doesnt matter how much a a loyal customer you have been.

My husband and I came into the store, he went in one direction to pick up a water filter for our GE Refrigerator and I in a different direction to pick up paper for my printer. I had a $5.00 coupon which I used to help purchase my items. That is a plus for me!

Washer started making bad squeaking noise after just one week of use and its getting worse even wobbling now. It was installed by best buy representatives. I called to have it exchanged and they are saying it will be a month!!! How do I go without washing clothes for a whole month??? Ridiculous. The worst part is they say the washer is backordered yet I can purchase and pickup a new one in 3 days according to their website. Awful experience. I will never do business again with best buy.
Well, I had to go to the front cashiernto ger help in the computer department after waiting around to get help for nearly 20 minute. The 6 associates on the floor were two busy talking, laughing, and looking at their phones to notice the customers in the store. Had to call management to get help.Another couple waiting near me left because of the lack of concern from the store sales people.Guess those employees were too bored on a slow night to care about customers. Not to mention the store was in disareay. Sad.

Went in to buy some stereo equipment and one of the pieces was opened and missing parts but it was the only one in prattville. But it didnt have a price on it. Very slow customer service that had to find a manager who was not in the store. I left the equipment on the counter and walked out.

I went in to buy a mirriorless camera, I knew in general what I wanted. Absolutely no one in the store knew anything at all about the cameras...any camera. Then I asked, well, maybe you can help me find a charger for my Garmin Forerunner?! And I will come back to the cameras and figure out what I want.. The sales associate took me over to the watches, points and says, all we have is Fitbit. Then stares off. I look literally a foot to the right and see the Garmin. 🙄 He walks off before I can ask if they can order one. I go back and ask someone else if they can help get the camera I want, I get handed off to a guy still that knows nothing about what I want. I was literally trying to spend a $1000! The kid was nice enough but knew nothing. I mean, you need some expertise. Took the fun out of buying it. And the selection was really sad but I understand you have to stock for what sells in the area. No geek squad here. 😕

The customer service at this location is horrible. You can walk around for twenty minutes and no one will ask to help you. I came in looking for an item for my computer. A member of the Geek Squad, Allen said that did not have it and I ended up finding it on my own. Allen by far has the worst customer service I have ever seen. He is not friendly at all and makes it feel you are bothering him. I have dealt with the Geek Squad in the past but dealing with him was the worst.
One of my favorite stores. Just wish they didnt do away with the C.D.s. Is why I didnt give 5 stars. And need larger display on car audio

Best buy worst service. I had a difficult time getting someone to assist me on my purchase. It got worse when my refrigerator was delivered. I was told I had to buy new water lines for the icemaker if I wanted them to install it. I spent an extra $30 plus dollars. The day the delivery was made the delivery/ installers informed me that they needed an adapter for my icemaker. The refrigerator with icemaker was taken out by them. I questioned why my previous icemaker had been attached. No valid answer. My husband came home and informed me that they had taken the adapter with the refrigerator they removed. I had to buy another part and my husband installed my icemaker. I requested to be contacted by customer service over this issue. I emailed and called them. That was in June 2018, still waiting...
