This place seriously has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I came from out of town and had car issues and the employees were super helpful and went above and beyond. A special thank you to Thomas and Robert for their expertise and assistance.

Im new to Prescott and havent established many service providers yet. Had a hard start on my GMC Yukon last week and knew that after 5 years it had to be the battery. Went immediately to Costco, but was told we sell batteries...we dont install them.I asked the Costco tech where best to get a new battery and he directed me to AutoZone-Miller Valley Road. Best advise ever.The folks at this AutoZone location really know their stuff, and went way beyond to solve my problem. They immediately checked the battery and sure enough it was near death. They then recommended a replacement...not the cheapest battery, but not the most expensive battery either.Installing a battery in a GMC Yukon is not so simple. You need to first remove a couple of brackets, and I knew with the dying battery I wasnt going anywhere so what to do now? I was desperate and it was written all over my face.Not meaning to throw anyone under the wheels of the bus, AutoZone changed out the battery and got me on my way in 20 minutes. This was service way beyond ordinary and AutoZone-Miller Valley Road is the bomb. Thank you so much, and well-deserving of the 5-Stars+.

I was 100% impressed with my visit to Auto Zone on Miller Valley Rd. Robert was my technician, and he was so kind to come out to my car assess wether or not I needed a new battery or he could fix my old one. He showed me the date on the battery and assessed that a new one was needed. Not only did he show me my options but he went through everything thoroughly. I really appreciated this, knowing the morning that I had and needed someone to install it right away. He covered the warranty and made sure that I didn’t have any questions before I left. I am grateful for the help that I received. Oh, and it was so fast! Thank you so much! I will return for sure for future needs.

I am from out of town and came up for the night and my car was dying luckily noticed and pulled into AutoZone and the two men working helped me out so much and were going above and beyond customer service. Josh helped us get on the road and back home. I cant thank him enough! Overall extremely satisfied with both Josh and Brett as they both went above and beyond.

Top marks across the board for professionalism at AutoZone Prescott. I tackled a huge job on my DOHC 3.5; timing belt, water pump, plugs, wires, valve cover gaskets, and other things. Had to stop back in for odds and ends along the way. Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and patient. They listened. Theres a great taco shop nearby. Hope corporate treats all of you to lunch.

Joshua saved our day! Walked in and asked him to test our battery. After finding out that it was a bad battery he gave us price and availability and in 2 seconds he had us back on the road. Great job and thanks again!

Today Robert at the Prescott location went above and beyond to help me! Not only was he very informative about the part my car needed he was professional and polite even when I wasnt in the best of mood. Robert went as far as getting the tool needed to actually put on and tighten this part for me without me having to ask he immediately offered and was quick kind and knowledgeable about the issue! I had a headlight indicator come on recently, so today I headed to AutoZone, my go to for car parts...... Once again, so impressed with their Customer Service & their Staff!! Awesome service! Helped me get a camshaft position sensor and wipers. Even went out of his way to fix my vacuum leak for free! Heck yeah!

Was informed battery needed replaced, replaced battery - thats not the issue, must be started ... autozone doesnt take back the $170 new battery they informed us we needed and did not need.

I always go to AZ when I need an obscure part overnighted or even faster - the Prescott store may be small but they can get parts same-day in many cases. Business hits them in waves - if you and 5 other cars pull up it may take a while depending on the day, but the employees are very professional and will always help as much as possible if you are willing to wait.

The employees at the Prescott Auto Zone are great. After being told at a dealership that they would charge me $120 to diagnose my car and the first thing they would check was the battery, I left the dealership and drove straight to Auto Zone. They checked my battery for free and found it to be very low and likely the cause of the various issues my car was having. They advised me to make sure changing out the battery would not factory reset some of the electronic features of my car with a primary concern for the navigation system.Then they helped get the right battery and installed it for me on site, all for about the price the dealership wanted to charge for just a diagnosis. I left that day with the confidence that my car was safe to drive the hour or so home. I highly recommend this Auto Zone for great parts and service.

Thomas was awesome and saved me hours of bull****. He could of just said no and sold me a battery and moved on but he went above and beyond what he needed to do to make a customer happy. Thank you for the great service Thomas. I will always use this AutoZone anytime I’m in Prescott because of him.

My car was having issues with the battery. I would turn off the car and it wouldnt start. I got a jump and went straight over to AutoZone. Sure enough we needed a new battery. An employee by the name of Eli was very nice and helpful. Thank you Eli for all your help! We will definitely be back!

Great place to go. The people are always willing to do their best to make sure you get the right part you need. If they dont have it on the shelf and have to order it, usually its their in just a few days and they are faithful to call me.

Service is friendly and mostly competent. All the staff I have dealt with were very helpful. Place looks clean and well maintained. Prices are fair.

I was assisted by Mauricio who put on the steering wheel because it would have been impossible for me to accomplish it. He was patient, polite and pleansant, which I greatly appreciate.

We stopped by AutoZone to buy some snow chains for my car while on our way up to Flagstaff. This particular store only had one set of chains for my car, however, they took great care to make sure I received the second set I needed. The gentleman who helped us called around to several other stores before finding one with the set we needed and even gave us a map of how to get there before we headed up to Flagstaff. Great staff! I would definitely recommend this store for anyone who requires hands on help!

Prescott has the nicest people in the world! Today, after a fellow motorist was kind enough to tell me at a stoplight that my right taillight was out (thank you so much for that), I stopped by AutoZone at 433 Miller Valley Road to see if they had the part. It was about 4:30 on 6/28. I was lucky enough to have Bryan P help me. When I told him I had to leave first thing in the a.m. for Phoenix, he went out to my car removed the burned out taillight, (he knew by heart what the part # was) I purchased it and then he INSTALLED it for me. Im pretty sure I would probably have gotten stopped and a ticket before reaching Phx. What a terrific young man! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I hope I get the opportunity to pay it forward.

Most of the people here are helpful. There is one person who works there that consistently seems lost. I went in for parts and it took him nearly 20 minutes to find the right part and that was after someone else helped. Part ended up not being correct. Same associate read a check engine code for my friend and tried to sell her 3 very expensive parts she didnt need. I understand theyre not mechanics, but if all 3 coil packs start randomly misfiring on the same day, the coils are not at fault.

Always go here for our parts and they are Always nice and go out of there way to help you

Not my favorite place because corporate went after a small family business for their sound a like name. I try to go other brands if I can. That all said the employees are always great.

Picked up tie rod end for van. Some items here are a lot chepper than on line, i love going in here just to look around. They have plenty of items in stock for all types of vehicles at very reasonable price and quality and craftsmanship is very good. Stop by just to look.
