My daughters BMW had break issues. They could not fix as it is 18 years old and cost would be more than car is worth. But they told me how much time it would take and did not pressure me. They also only charged for an hour of shop time and in guessing they spent more time than that to find that the internal computers were not talking. Hard to find a car repair shop that treats you this fair. Thanks for trying.

Ive used Darrens shop since it opened for two BMWs and even persuaded him to work on my Lexis when I had it. In addition, my daughter and son in law had a major problem with their Explorer while visiting us and Darren solved that for them. Id much rather deal with him than any dealer Ive ever used for service. He and his staff are just great.

If there were a 6 star review, DeYoung European Motors would deserve that. They helped us in an emergency and fixed our vehicle while we waited. Not many shops would do that. Although we dont live in the area, we hope to have occasion to go back there.

We have been taking our cars to DeYoung for about 5 years now, and wouldnt consider going anywhere else. Darren and his team have always been meticulous, honest and highly capable. After our last Mercedes retired (at 290K miles following an unfortunate encounter with a mule deer), we decided to purchase another one - but only after consulting with Darren on which slightly used models/years would be a good consideration.
