Highest rated tire shop in the area and for very good reason. Tried to plug a screw hole myself and it didn’t hold. They took my truck right in and got me taken care of at no charge! Guess where I’ll be buying new tires from if I’m in the area. Outstanding customer service!

They are the best. My tire was completely flat with a nail in it few hours ago. I stopped by Prescott Tire Pros and dropped this tire and within an hour they called me back and said that its done. And when I arrived and was about to pay I was deeply surprised when a manager told me that its for free, no matter I bought tires from them or not!!! Had a screw in the front tire. Needed it fixed fast so I could make it to the Phoenix Airport by noon. They jumped right on it and had me going in a short period of time. The gentleman pulled my car up to where I was standing and sai that I was good to go. Imagine my surprise when I asked where to pay the bill and he said all flat repairs are free of charge. Had a nail in my tire. Had to wait a bit, but for last minute service it was expected. Fixed it up, and they made sure all my tires were still good, set all my pressures to the proper amount. No charge (I got a tire warranty with them when I bought the tires)

They were great...had a blowout on my RV, they sold me a used spare and checked the others to make sure they were ok..and got me on the way.... highly recommend them...Update..about 40 miles out of town my other tire that I had used as spare blew so I ended up having to use the tire I bought as a spare from Prescott Tire pros, the rim had been mangled some on the first blow out so they had glued the rim and tire to make sure BUT it looked a bit weird, I put it on and hoped and prayed it would hold all the way to Salome, about 110 miles AND it did and still is a week later on the RV so once again THANK YOU!!!

I picked up a bolt in my tire last friday @ 4:50 pm. They stayed open to get us back on the road. If I lived in AZ, Id buy all my tires from them.

Had a real inconvenient blow out and pulled into here. Real great hard working team. Very knowledgeable and helpful in my situation. The shop was readily equipped and does more than just putting on a new tire. I think I’ve found my tire shop for life.

I got an alignment and some tires on my car there before it was pretty quick. Go here if you have normal routine maintenance that needs done.If you have something bigger or more complex I wouldn’t come here. I needed an install done on my truck for a level, wheels and tires. Paulie seemed annoyed the whole time about the process and basically didn’t want to do it when he found out I wasn’t buying anything from them.“I’m just thinking about my schedule today and you didn’t really buy anything from us, I was expecting you’d at least get tires.”“You wouldn’t bring eggs and bacon to Denny’s and ask them to cook it for you.”Just my experience, I guess I should have bought everything through them instead. They get enough traffic that turning away customers isn’t really a big deal for them but the whole experience put a bad taste in my mouth.Update: It’s not a huge deal, just the vibe from one of the guys was bad. You guys run a great business and do some good work. I wish I had known that policy prior, the two people I spoke with assured me customer parts were good, maybe they were trying to get an easy job in and it didn’t pan out for the mechanic taking the job. His attitude after he found out I wasn’t buying anything that day is what changed the whole experience, prior to that everything was great. Probably a mis-communication between him and the one scheduling.Also I realize you run a business and part of that business is getting mark ups on parts from your suppliers. No hard feelings just poor communication.

In the past I have had good service from this shop. However, I went in to get a price quote for tires on my 2012 Touareg TDI Exec. We discussed various tires choices, and I went home to do research. As I was leaving, the person at the counter(Tim) said, Keep in mind we do price matching.I went home, did a little research, called Tim back. There was another tire that he had not mentioned when I was at the shop. After telling him about it, he said that he would probably make that choice too, as it was a good tire. I told them to order them.After placing the order, I researched the selected tire online a bit more, and found it for over $37/tire cheaper. I called Tim back, asked what I had to do for the price match, and was told just bring in a printout of the tire price, and they will honor it.My appointment for installation was today. When I went in to drop off the vehicle, I had a printout of the exact same tire, the exact same size as those ordered, showing that the cost of 4 tires was about $150 less than their price shown online. I was told they only compare out the door prices, as their tax rate is lower (6.35% s 9.1%). I left the shop, went to the store where I could order them online, and asked for their charges to mount/balance/etc 4 tires, purchased from their online site. They wrote up a ticket that showed their mount+balance cost per tire (less expensive), their charge for valve stems if needed, and it said plus tax.Now I go back to the shop for a second time (17+ mile each round trip), with the original printout for cost of tires from the online store, as well as the written estimate from the other store regarding mounting, balance, and optional fees, such as road hazard (declined), and the if needed Valve stem replacement. The same person I spoke to this morning, then told me they do not match prices for online orders. So that meant they went through three levels of tighter restrictions more than what I was told face to face at their shop during my first visit... 1)Bring in a printout of the tire cost, and we will honor it.; 2)It is not just the tire price, it needs to be an out the door price that will be compared, and 3)We do not price match for online orders, like amazon.Deceptive practices, would not honor either the first nor second requirements when I provided them the required paperwork, then after that, refused to honor an online price that I had multiple times specified were tires that would be ordered online. BEWARE. I wont be going back after this bait and switch.

They have a loyalty to their customers and it shows by the loyalty that their staff has for them, there are many employees that of been there many years and that is not normal for this type of business. Jeep had a starting problem and we took the vehicle in. Although they were unable to recreate the problem, the shop did a great job trying to find the issue and made many attempts to test the car in a variety of condition from level to un-level. They did not charge to attempt to find the issue and we will definitely be back to take the car in if it acts up again or has any future issues. Great service!

I went to Prescott Tire Pros because another tire company said the wait would be 1 1/2 hours, to change out one tire. Prescott Tire Pros matched their price, so I decided get two new tires, the tires I got were better tires (made in USA) and had a better warrenty. They completed the job in less than 45 minutes. I was so pleased with their service I came back the following day for one more tire. Again great service Thankyou

Love these guys! Amazing service! They installed my tires last year in September. They know what they did for me, I wont go into detail on Google, Ill just say that thier generosity and kindness was my blessing and I am still in awe! So when I needed a tire replaced because I hit a curb, they were the first and only place I went. They were super busy, packed parking lot, but still checked out my vehicle immediately, and had a tire for me next day ready to be installed when I got off work. Literally went above and beyond. The customer service here can not be matched. I blew a tire in Prescott and needed to get back to Phoenix that night. I called big o, discount, I went to Walmart, I checked local mom and pop shops, and Prescott Tire Pros were the only guys that could get me back on the road and where I needed to go. Brittany worked her magic to get me the super special tire size I needed and Tim made sure that even once I was back home in Phoenix that I was well taken care of. Love love love this place. I have never before been consistent about taking my truck anywhere in particular to get things repaired. They are very friendly always and offer coupons for money off which is greatly appreciated. New to the area and needed some tires. Showed up without an appointment.(a flat tire is never planned) They were clearly very busy but got me in quickly. The specific tire I wanted had to be ordered, they got me a temp. used for the day and had my tires the next day. They were efficient, friendly, and honest all for a good price. Great experience at PTP last week. Wanted a wheel alignment because I had just purchased new tires and had never had the wheels aligned since buying the car. They put the car on the rack, determined it didnt need alignment (gave me the printout)...NO CHARGE...(they accepted my contribution to their favorite charity). Needless to say, they have a customer for life.

I was acknowledged as soon as I arrived, and they immediately began work on my car. And they were fair in their charges. That is service!I value integrity, and they exhibited their honesty, as they have in previous visits. I had a small additional problem that they brought to my attention, said they would watch it, but did not need to to do now, or even in the near future. No “you HAVE to do it now.” No expenses that are unnecessary. This shouts of strong moral values.I will continue to go to them for problems with my car. I suggest you do too!

I have been taking my family vehicles to Louie and crew since they were out on White Spar Road. Ive found him to be honest and dependable. He will usually give me all the options I have, make a recommendation for the best one, and then let me pick the one that works best for me (budget, time, etc). While his shop may not be the least expensive quote I get, I am willing to pay a little extra for the peace of mind that I am being treated fairly and that he stands behind his work. As long as that business model doesnt change, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Louie the owner and Paulie were fantastic to work with. They gave me exactly what I needed for my Jeep and I was taken care of very professionally and I was in and out! Would highly recommend!

To begin with I will say that I made a mistake and ordered the wrong tire size. It is what followed that leads me to the rating I gave: when initially making my appointment I confirmed that I could make an appointment first thing in the morning, as I needed to get in and out quickly. If this was not possible I would have made appointment for another time. I arrived 20 min prior to my appointment time, 45 min later my car has not moved from the parking lot. I had to leave and walk 4 miles to my home. While walking home my wife called and was advised it would be done in 45 min. I was not able to return until layer in the afternoon, so my wife went to pick it up 4 hours later. This is when we were advised that the tires were the wrong size. I called later and inquired as to why I was not called, with no valid explanation given, point being I was never called!!! This wasted several hours of my day, where I only have one day a week to get things done. Ultimately I went somewhere else and will never go back!

The gang at the Tire Pros provide a great value on tires. But my greatest appreciation relates to their services after the tire is bought. I live in a construction zone and theyve repeatedly fixed my nail-caused flats free of charge and without hassle.

Overall great experience at this tire shop. Knowledgeable and personable staff. Communicated with owner after hours through online chat and he had the 4 tires I needed delivered the next morning by 8:20am and all mounted, balanced and installed in less than an hour. Every other tire shop in town needed 5 - 7 days to get the size tires I needed. The owners and staff were professional, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They finished the work ahead of time and called me when ready. I was surpeised at how reasonable the price was.
