This Walmart pharmacy has the worst service I have ever had. They were not capable of completing anything for me. Go to Gail Gardner Walmart instead, at least they know what they are doing.

I transferred Sams to Walmart Pharmacy on Rte 69 today. Excellent service. Linda took care of me at the Drop Off window. She is efficient, polite and truly accommodating to my needs. My husband picked up my prescriptions about an hour later. He too was treated with excellent service.

This review is strictly for the Pharmacy. Having moved here over a year ago and using this location to fill our prescriptions, we finally had to switch today to the other Walmart. The reason is solely due to Linda at the front counter. I am not sure what her issue is but she has one and the employees in the Pharmacy at the other location acknowledge it too. I have had issues this year that amount to a complete breakdown of abilities to do her job. From misinformation to input of wrong information, it is amazing she is still employed there. The last straw today was a renewal of a prescription and the Drug Company coupon that I have had in place for 5 years. Suddenly it disappeared from their computer. I called the company and got the info, she input the info and said it would not work. I called the company back and got someone on the phone, they found that Linda had processed it, then reversed it. I had spent 45 minutes trying to get it done and left for the other Walmart. Nate got this done for me in 5 minutes and found all of my info in the system was wrong! Do yourself a favor go to the Walmart on Gail Gardner and ask for Nate, he is the best!

This is by far the worst pharmacy i have ever been to. I have brain cancer and am 10 months into chemo for an alaplastic astrocytoma and have developed an issue with painI got my very small amount and the pharmacist sat and asked me why i was getting them and exactly what for. That is soooo wrong and unprofessional and also against my HIPAA rights. This place should be shut down!

The hours for this location are horrible.
