I have a single hearing aid and it has been nothing but trouble. The hearing aid volume and clarity seem to change entirely of its own volition. Ive been back four times to different Costco hearing aid stores without success. Ive supposedly received a new, replacement aid, but it hasnt made any difference in my experience.

Although the hep has been fine weve had a very difficult time with their signature brand having broken wires! They work great when they work but in the less than 2 yrs Ive had them theyve had to be repaired at least 6 times! We live 45 miles from Costco in Prescott and then in CO in the summer there isnt a store within 5 1/2 hours so its been a real problem!

Very helpful, they cleaned my hearing aids. Actually, they taught me how to clean them. Good selection of different brands. They also carry batteries and gave me extra cleaning supplies. Very nice, helpful folks. I will go back for a new set soon.

I had an excellent experience from the hearing test through the fitting and follow up. I am VERY happy with my new aids and the price was outstanding.
